Juan clearly stated each modules objective, enhanced the training with relevant examples and posed thought provoking questions to encourage discussion/interaction. He demonstrated techniques using various training aids prior to attendees performing return demonstrations. Juan was really good at monitoring the group/individual exercise/activity using effective non intimidating intervention. The pace of the class was not too fast or slow.
