Every single time I had an appointment I felt like I wasn't really wanted back. Usually when a service is done the client is asked if they want to schedule their next appointment. I was always the one who had to ask to schedule my next appointment. Not a huge deal, but it doesn't make you feel very welcome. The last time I had an appointment scheduled I received a call the day before telling me they needed to cancel my appointment and I would get a call the next day to reschedule. Sadly, I never received a call to reschedule (and yes, I could've called them myself). I have worked plenty of customer service jobs, and anytime we had to cancel on the client, WE were the ones to call and reschedule. Unfortunately I will not be returning. I'm sure it's not a big deal to lose a client especially when the client never really felt welcomed.

She told my therapist that I am the client for around 630pm. I then sat in the car for 15 minutes. I left at 645 and called to explain why I was disappointed. The lady who answered the phone apologized...but didn't really seem to care. And from hearing how this place is ran down...bikini massages, 'special' massages advertised on hookup websites..... ew. This has nothing to do with Reiki..... Normal spas..if you are late for your appointment, the time is cut off of that customers time slot.
