The manager on duty Justin told me after going in the pit, he could not remove the plastic housing on my Sonata and didn't want to break anything or be held liable so per him verbally they could not complete the oil change. Told me to come back in the morning "cause his boss could get it off". So I assumed what I was paying for was the oil added to the vehicle and labor. To top it off, the dealership servicing my vehicle today informed me that you guys stripped the bolts or something and essentially broke the plastic housing underneath costing me $60 to replace the part when you already overcharged me for incomplete service. I will be disputing the charge to my card and recommending no one use this place. Extremely shady way of doing business and negligent.
