We've bought 5 cars from them. We purchased a brand new 2023 Jeep Wagoneer on 8/14/23 and we've had…read morenothing but issues with it. Every time we take it in it's a bandaid fix until the next time. The most recent being this past week. My Wagoneer started shutting off while driving. They say it's only the battery and replaced both batteries. Yet this is the 3rd set of batteries in 3 years. One person claims that it's bc we live in FL and the heat is bad on the batteries, yet I've never experienced this before as a Florida native, and the other flat out said it's a known issue but yours doesn't have that. Roy was extremely rude and condescending when he talked with me, I'm guessing bc I'm a female and then got defensive when my husband called back. He told me WHEN it happens again then bring it back and we will run a full diagnostic on it...he refused to now and when my husband asked to speak to Arsenio the service manager he either never passed on the message or he didn't call either. Roy didn't look up our service record and claimed that the car has never been serviced there nor did we buy it there and basically called me a liar until I asked to speak with someone else. Then miraculously he found it. We used to love Thunder, but they've proven it's no longer about the customer, especially the loyal customers so we will never use them again. Think twice before going to a dealership that a) refuses to get to the root cause of the problem and b) treats it's customers horribly like they're an inconvenience
