    Worst car buying experience I have ever had and that's coming from someone who used to be a finance manager at a car dealership... I reached out to them for a car they had advertised on cargurus and dealt with someone in sales named Tim who was happy to give me the lease payments I asked for. I agreed on the lease number they gave me and I was asked for a deposit to hold the car and in turn, I asked for a buyer's order to confirm the vin and other details of the jeep I was interested in. At that point I was told that "my manager thinks he made a mistake. Give me just a few minutes." The following day I received a call stating that the payment would increase from $533 as agreed upon to $674....$141 more a month! I was told that the increase is because of an error they made when calculating the money factor........An increase in the money factor from 0.00190 to .00220 does not increase the payment by $141 a month......I am home from military leave for a few more days and my budget was $600 and this jeep had the wheels my wife wanted so I told them to send over the paperwork at the new payment. I did not want to spend my last few days of leave shopping around for a car. It gets worse from here.... The deal was structured with ZERO down, taxes and first payment rolled into the payment as I had requested. I explicitly made that clear to Tim when I first spoke to him and confirmed that with him on the phone several times. I then get an email with a credit application saying "The taxes were not included in the buyers order. I wasn't sure if you wanted to pay them upfront or not." From increasing the payment $141 A MONTH and then trying to say the taxes were not included when it EXPLICITLY says 0 DUE AT SIGNING, I would not recommend anyone to do business with this dealership. When I asked for a further explanation, I was told the finance manager that can explain that to me is not in the office today, they will call me tomorrow. How is it the end of the month and the end of the year and a car dealership does not have a finance manager that can break down the lease for a client? Keith then tried to insinuate that I was calling them a lier, all because I requested a breakdown of the payment and basically told me not to do business with them. Lets not even talk about the TWO THOUSAND dollar doc fee they tried to charge. Worst experience ever and I have yet to receive a call from their "finance manager" who can explain to me how they keep making these "errors" at the expense of the customer.

    Wow!!! This place was amazing all the way down the line.Tony Smith runs a awesome dealership. Saul our dealer was fantastic, friendly and very informative. Tom the financial guy was fast, friendly and made us feel very comfortable. If you are ever in the need of a new vehicle I highly recommend this place. I usually dread car shopping but this place set the bar.

We will make the trip for our services to be done there even though it's out of our way. Well this time will be the last time. Sent my truck in for Warranty work. Multiple different issues cam phaser going out, and truck shuddering hard when you accelerate or out under a load. Issue is found and it's a coil going out. No Big Deal Right? Well all we asked was for them to fix the coil going out and to see if there was a way to get the others covered under warranty since it's a known issue when one goes out the rest are to follow, but they said NO! A few days later my parents are driving the truck back to me out of state what happens it starts shuddering hard again. So they limp the truck back to us. My husband calls the Service Manager BRIAN JONES who was VERY RUDE and not understanding and just kept saying I'm not committing warranty fraud. We explained we are not asking for you to do that but with this being a known issue there has to be something that could have been done when we asked before it left their service center. He kept trying to talk over my husband and just very nasty in the way he spoke with him. Truck was then taken to our local ford dealership and they ran the tests showing there was indeed another coil out and multiple random misfire. Once they replaced the one coil they did a test drive and the truck with still shuddering so once hooked up it showed misfires in the other cylinders still. Once the plugs were pulled they found out they were FOUR cracked. WELL SPARK PLUGS JUST DON'T CRACK ON THEIR OWN! So I call Bartow ford to speak with BRIAN JONES because I feel like this isn't something I should be responsible for when the truck was in service there and to much torque when putting them back in can cause this issue or several other things could have happened. He refused to help any in anyway and made it clear they did not touch them when the truck was there. Which is a lie. To replace my cam phaser you can to remove them to get the engine in time to replace the timing chain as well. I then asked once they finished the service did they test drive the truck? No answer. He then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted any type of reimbursement for the spark plugs then I would need to meet him in small claims court. Very aggressive in the way he spoke and tried talking over me as well. I maybe a female but I'm not an idiot. And if this is the way he treats his customers with no customer service skills I will not be returning for anything! Oh and also one more thing to add to this list on Sh*t Storm. I picked up my truck from the local dealership today, drove it all of maybe 25-30 miles got home and was smelling a burning smell and seen some smoke. Called my husband he comes home and starts looking around come to find out whatever technician did my work did not put my dipstick back in so now after being drove 300+ miles 1 qt of oil left !!!! And just paid Bartow Ford for my damn oil change as well so here I go tomorrow to get another one

I have no idea what happened but appreciated their honestly that they couldn't find anything. They were super helpful and kind. I disliked that they had me leave my keys under the mat In my car and the door open until they could come tow it. Felt it was unsafe but didn't have an hour and a half to wait. I called a few hours ahead asking about the tow price and they made it seem like they could meet me with the tow truck whenever I was ready but that was untrue. All in all I would definitely recommend. Their prices seem right on point for an auto shop and they are truthful. I also know the owner and he's a good guy who's not looking to rip anyone off. Since I really didn't have much of a service done I can't give it 5 stars but will say that I plan to go back if I have another problem. Also I received 10% off my service by checking in with yelp.

    if you, my nephew car would not stay running so we contacted this company here and after everything…read morewas and done, he charged my nephew $2000 for a CV joints, control, arms, and tire not why the car would not stay running I continue to ask him, what did you fix on the car why it would not stay running he spark plug and tuneup. I said that does not cost $2000 and so he says well I told him he needed joints and all these other things so he told me to fix it and I said, sir, that was not what the car came in therefore and you should have it came in not all these extras so buy your beware because you'd send your car over they'll find any and everything to fix and overcharge you for it so beware company is shady.
