I have been going to them for years and been happy. I went in on 8-27-2025 and it was bad. I waited 40 minutes before I could get in the bay. There were 3 bays working with 2 cars in each bay. Then I handed the service man my Marvel Mystery Oil Synthetic and ordered the combination synthetic and regular oil change. No water was offered so I asked for it and was given 2 bottles. It was hot outside and I really needed it. The service guy forgot to put in the MMO and then I had to remind him. He tried to tell me I should not put the MMO in because he had to redo the oil change. He told me I was not supposed to put MMO in with an oil change. I told him I had been using it 20 years and to put it in. The service man got angry with me and the manager had to come over and apologize to me. It took me over 1 hour for the oil change and it was 72 dollars with my supposed 25% discount coupon. Not good service or price. Went here for my first oil change in my volkswagen , spent about an hour before i was helped or service, oil change costed a little over $100 so i expect my car to be taken care of by the hands of professionals. But i was wrong, car didnt last a day before i had to tow it due to knocking. They were disrespectful when approached about what they did. Totally unprofessional and untrained workers would never recommend anyone to come here especially not if you have a volkswagen. The cost was roughly $600 to fix because they did the oil change completely wrong and left unwanted parts in my engine bay, as well as misplaced simple parts on my car. My review is based only on today's car inspection conducted by the charming "John" who was able to help me in record time and did it with a smile. AOE is only a few minutes up the road from me and, upon arrival, I was first impressed by how tidy this small oil change shop appeared. I walked in and did not have to wait to be greeted. AOE is a registered inspector with Carco, as indicated on the decal on the front door. My point being, who runs this shop takes pride in appearance AND service accountability. I don't think I would trust AOE with my car service; I KNOW I would. read more

My car has a name. Her name is River. River needed an oil change; badly! In the past, we went to those ten minute types of places where you stay in the car while they change the oil. We weren't happy with them so we tried America's Oil. My husband uses these folks for his company vehicles so we figured we'd give them a shot with River. It was mid morning on a Saturday so we figured they'd be pretty busy. When you pull in, you go around to the back and they'll walk up to the car to check you in. They had three bays open, each had a car inside and there was at least one car, sometimes two, in line for each bay. Not terrible, but we figured there'd be a wait. A fella came to us right away and checked us in and said we could go inside the lobby to wait. There's a cute produce stand right next door so we opted to walk over there to do some fruit shopping while we waited, again, as we figured it'd take a while. We only spent about ten minutes at the produce stand and headed back to the lobby. We sat down for maybe a minute, and the technical came in to ask about a couple extra add ons; he wasn't pushy about, just wanted us to take note. He was happy with whatever we decided. About five minutes later, River is ready to go!! I'm impressed! I don't know how they did it, but they were fast, they did a great job (even cleaned out the inside!), they were super friendly and the cost wasn't bad. I think we ended up with a bill of about $50 for the oil change and a replacement air filter. Will we try them again? Absolutely! Great job, guys and gals! read more

At checkout I was informed that my cabin air filter is really dirty, but they have been unable to obtain replacements. The cashier said that if I order one on Amazon or obtain one some other way, if I will bring it in, they will install it for me for free. That is amazing customer service! The good: they got the car in & out quickly. The bad: wouldn't take their own coupon, didn't vacuum interior (supposed to be included), didn't wash windshield (supposed to be included), overcharge for in-cabin air filter (DIY retail is typically about $20, they should be buying them wholesale than from a mass retailer so no reason to charge $40), didn't ask if I had an oil brand preference (some brands are better than others, all typically met minimum standards), and didn't ask if I wanted a specific oil viscosity grade. For the price charged, I really expected a little bit higher level of service. For about the same price I might as well go to the dealership. Would I go back - Nope. Would I recommend - only if you just need an oil change, don't care that they don't do what they're supposed to do, and you're short on time. Cross your fingers and take your chances. read more

I went in for a gear box service on my jeep. The mileage was 98000 on my Jeep. whoever did the invoice { 409508} just typed in the first six keys on the computer(123546) when I went to sale it the carfax show it had 123546 miles. Just disappointed. read more

I am a fan of the ten minute oil change! I have been using this company for ten years and find them true to their word. Love that my car gets an interior vacuum as well. Prices have risen (standard oil change is $29.99) but they often have $6 or $7 coupons in flyers that helps. Have used their wipers--work great. They will check your tires and offer you advice. Have not had the more expensive services completed by them. read more
