I honestly don't know why this place has such high reviews. Honestly, all she did was rub my back with lotion. She was massaging me with the sheet on most of the time and didn't massage my thighs. I came here for a couple massage with my boyfriend. We were running late, but they still saw us. Honestly for $70 I'm so upset with the massage. I came in for the sole purpose to get relief from aches and to get rid of the knots and I honestly came out hurting worse than I was before. My upper back and shoulder hurts so bad, Im crying. To say disappointed and upset is an understatement. It was not good. The lady was very sweet although she didn't have much pressure to it and she didn't target any of my knots because they're still here. We were told to do the deep tissue massage if we wanted hard pressure there was no hard pressure. It did nothing for me. It's such a waste to waste $70 x2 massages and we don't feel relief. There's nothing done and we wasted an hour. My boyfriend and I are so upset with our experience. Honestly, I would not recomend I recommend you find a massage elsewhere. read more

The massage was actually 60 minutes, instead of the usual 50 minutes with the allotted 10 minutes for undressing and dressing. 2 stars because my husband booked an appointment here for Mother's Day for me. We've never been here before and he booked this place based on google search. I was expecting a nice and serene spa experience for Mother's Day. I arrived to a construction zone. Nowhere on the website does it warn customers of the renovations they are undergoing. My husband paid for the service online so I felt obligated to go. Otherwise I would've turned around as soon as I walked in the front door. I was horrified when they took me to the back room! The service itself was ok. I got a deep tissue massage plus a "balm" add on. The pressure was good and she kept checking in with me during the massage. The $10 add on was just her applying a medicinal balm to my lower back that I could have done without. When I got home and showed my husband photos of the facility he was horrified and embarrassed. They are so easy to book (online, even same day) and everyone is very friendly. The prices are extremely reasonable and the deep tissue massage always leaves me better than where I started. They're one of the few places that I feel legitimately do deep tissue (not just a firm massage) and find the actual trigger points in the muscle. They were prompt and sent me a reminder text message an hour before the massage. We got a private room, they provide you chocolate and bottle of water. Olive went from 5-star customer service to absolutely rude. I tried booking a package for my dear friend in Irvine. She asked me to show her my credit card and photo ID, which I thought was completely understandable and reasonable. I understand she is worried about my being a scammer, so I immediately agreed to allow her to FaceTime me so I can show it all to her. She also asked me to sign an invoice, which I was in the process of DocuSign to fulfill this request. She cancelled the purchase before I could even sign, giving me less than an hour to respond. However, that was not acceptable to her. It seems like she insisted that she gets copies of my credit card and photo ID. She told me she "did everything I asked" and was "doing me a favor" by allowing me to make a purchase. Since she was "doing me a favor" by allowing me to be a customer, that I must do exactly what she asks of me. I continued to try to get to a middle ground with her by agreeing to show her everything she is requesting. She insisted that I do exactly what she says.. Finally, she told me she is doing me a favor and since I am not sending her photos of my ID and credit card, she is cancelling everything. She said it is her policy, which is odd that collecting photos of customers' credit card and ID is policy. read more

Wow. My husband and I came in for a deep tissue massage. Zoe gave him a massage and Eva gave me a massage. Both of them really focused on the areas we wanted them to, and they used the perfect amount of pressure the entire duration. The pressure didn't taper off for us at all. What really stood out to me was it seemed like Eva just knew what was wrong without me needing to say anything. She massaged my neck and noticed I was really tight, and that was accurate because I had a headache all day. My headache was 90% gone after the massage. She massaged my right arm more even though I didn't tell her that my right arm was more sore than my left. She's a true, experienced masseuse. My only complaint is that it did get a little cold even though they put blankets on both of us.
