When I foolishly slid my car into a snowy ditch the first snow of the winter season just outside of Fostoria, Reinhart was there with roadside assistance. When I smacked my car into a deer on the 613, who helped me get back into my car when I couldn't open the driver's side door? That's right...Reinhart. So for the year and a half that I've been in Ohio, they've helped me out significantly in a timely and friendly manner. I'm not praying I get into another situation that requires them, but if I do, I hope it's somewhere close to Fostoria!

This place is just appalling to deal with. first off they are just out to take advantage of people,…read morebefore you get into a tizzy let me explain. On a dark winters night my husband was on his way to work, it had been raining for some time now, as a matter of fact it had been raining for many days. He took his normal route to work and spotted the high water sign, now mind you, My husband works third shift and it was dark, and by the time he had hit the water it was to late, the van had stalled ca-chunk-dead it was bricked. Luckily there were people home not far from where he had hit the water and a nice gentleman loaned my husband a pair of wading boots and went and got his truck and pulled him out. Now by this point unbeknownst to my husband, the nice gentleman's wife had called the sheriff to come and take care of the rest of the "situation". So Said Sheriff arrives gives my husband absolutely 0 time to call anyone and just calls Reinhart to make the tow. Now My husband had not asked for said sheriff to do so, and when Reinhart arrived my husband made sure to inform both of the gentlemen in the cab of the truck that he didn't have money for their services. Now one cannot feign stupidity here and tell me well I didn't know that meant he didn't want towed! They went ahead and put the van up on the flatbed anyhow. So my husband asked them to stop by the house so he could drop off his things and also he wanted the van dropped here. now this is where I came in. I came out side to say the least at this point I was beyond livid, and told them that what they were doing wasn't right and they knew it. That in order for me to pay this whole bill up front I was going to have to forgo buying groceries for my children and I would have to forgo my lupus medication and my fibromyalgia medication and my migraine medication. One of the "men" told me if you can't handle your finances that's your fault, yes because I went and got sick just to screw up our finances... (eye roll) So at this point I told them isn't there a payment plan we can set up then he accused me of trying not to pay my bills. That's when my father in law came out and told them that what they were trying to charge us for the tow was ridiculous and the other guy told my f-i-l to go out and buy a $65.000 rollback then you can go and charge people what ever fees you want. see what I mean just out right rude. so if you can help it please do not do business with these people.

Eric and the Yark team were able to give me a great trade-in value for my previous purchase, and I was able to get into a vehicle that better suited my needs, and stay within budget. Even though I purchased a new Dodge, he was able to work with the staff at the other dealership to make sure the transaction was smooth and pleasant. Since I'm not from the Bowling Green area, I had no experience with any of the car servicing businesses. I first called the Volvo dealership in Perrysburg, a twenty to thirty minute drive from my location. My first two calls for the service department were sent to an answering machine. I called back a third time and asked the receptionist for a live person, and she assured me that if I left a message, my call would be returned right away. I didn't wait for the call (it finally came almost three hours later). I called a service company in Bowling Green, and they directed me to Lyric Auto as the best place to work on foreign cars. I called and got someone on the phone (not a machine)! I explained my dilemma, and I was told to bring the car in right away, that they would "squeeze" it into the schedule. Fortunately the drive was only 5 minutes away, as I don't think the car would have gone much further. Rick and his son Eric were in the shop and Rick took the car into the garage right away. He quickly diagnosed the problem ( a misfire due to a broken spark plug which had then caused another part to fail) and ordered a replacement part. It took a while for the part to arrive, but after that, the repair went quickly. My 10 hour return drive back home the next day was uneventful, thanks to the excellent work by the Lyric Auto team.
