She finally answer and I politely explained I can't find your shop and asked for further directions, because the address lead me to a shopping center. My Facials are my time to take care and pamper myself. I understand that Tatiana is the proprietor but she should not allow her staff to walk in during appointments to ask questions and gather supplies. This is simply unprofessional and disruptive to my experience. Sadly, I no longer go to this Spa because it was getting much too frustrating for me to appreciate the experience. I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars because she really does do a good job. Just the lack of respect for the client is my issue.

I then asked a simple question: "Is my waxer ready right now?" She said no, she's still with another customer. So I asked for clarification: "Are you limiting my services because I'm 7 minutes late, or because my waxer isn't ready?" She couldn't give me a clear answer. At 10:55 AM, my waxer came out and told me she couldn't take me at all because I was "10 minutes late." I explained that I had actually been there waiting, and that she herself was not ready at my scheduled time. She insisted she couldn't take me because it would "mess up her schedule." I pointed out that she wasn't ready at 10:45 anyway, so it didn't make sense to place the blame entirely on me. Instead of any effort to accommodate or resolve the situation, I was simply turned away. This experience felt unprofessional, inconsistent, and dishonest. After over a year of being a loyal customer, I was treated with zero flexibility or accountability on their end. I will not be returning.

Lastly, the hot towel she used on my legs she also used to wipe down the chair & drawer next to the chair. Not a very good experience at all. They also do not offer hot wax or rocks. Just a tree hut scrub. Very disappointed. But, that's what happens when you just google random nail salons in an area. Again, staff is nice but it is not a clean salon.
