I wanted to like this place because we called and they fit us in 30 minutes later.I got a mani-pedi with no polish and I was completely done in 20 minutes-- no buff to make nails smooth, no detail to attention, no cuticle oil...I have bits of cuticle still on my nails, and she butchered my fingernail--clipped them down to the quick and then could barely file them. My friend's manicure was done so quickly every finger's polish has bubbles. To top it off I spent $64 for a 20 minute sloppy no polish mani pedi. read more

Anna is an excellent manicurist - I always get American French and she does a perfect job. Her sense of service is excellent, always a ready smile and remembers my name each time. Wow what a horrible place! Made an appointment for my daughter who was home from college and myself to have some girl time together. When I got there at my appointment time there were two nail technicians and six customers waiting. Needless to say it was not a happy experience and I never got my pedicure. Please learn how to book appointments according to how many people you have to do nails. Poor management, poor service, and overall a horrible place. We had 5 people, walked in on Sunday afternoon, they accommodated all of us with pedicures and one gel manicure. Was it the absolute best I've ever had? Maybe not, but the price was crazy cheap $35 for a pedicure. The man who did my pedicure gave a great foot massage; intense, but not painful. The gel manicure was very reasonable. I would recommend them. If you are going for the ambiance, maybe not, but if you are going for a pedicure or manicure and don't want to spend a fortune, go here. They were very nice. read more

The WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I got nothing but eye rolls when I asked for cuticle trimming, and said "this is what you get for 20$ bucks, we aren't slaves". went here looking for decent acrylic and gel nails with a friend. the gel were great and the woman who did them was very nice. however, for the acrylics they were way too thin. within two hours of leaving one of my nails had already broken in half and i had to go back. then the next day i hit my thumb on something and it just snapped off. when i returned the woman said i couldn't get it fixed without an appointment, which to me was unacceptable considering they were the ones who made them paper thin. overall the experience was very nice for the gel and the woman who did both was very kind, but the acrylics were not ok. read more

I wanted to come here to relax. There was no massage nothing. It was disgusting they didn't even put hand lotion. The guy ( the owners husband) plucked my cuticles way to hard and it hurt. All of a sudden he got up and left to go play video games on the computer. So unprofessional. They did my nails way to quick. When I like to go to the spa I like having the employees take time on me. My nails were done in less than 5 minutes (both hands). The nail polish came off the next day. I didn't even touch it. Not to mention the fact that they are really rude when they speak to you. It is hard to understand them with their accent and when you ask them to repeat themselves they yell at you. The owner is rude when she talks to people and so is her husband, Tom. Her husband is the worst. Rudest person I've ever met. If you guys want to be in the business industry then be polite. Tom commanded me to go over there or dry my nails and stay put. They charged me an extra 10 dollars for a sloppy nail design they did horribly. They didn't even let me choose the color for my nails. The nails were really badly done. Oh and also to mention I had to wait 45 minutes just to get in my chair and then another 45 to get them nails started. Never going there ever again. I got to Kim's nail salon now. Not fancy schmancy decor-wise, but they do a good job with the services they offer and are inexpensive. They are located upstairs from Kemosabe. The staff is polite and the environment is clean if a little plain. If you want a wood burning fire, plush chaise, oxygen mask and cocktails while you wait for your service- head to the St. Regis. If you need a great set of gels, shellac, a good basic pedicure all for a good price- head to Super Relax. Tom does a fantastic set of gels, with a coat of shellac, and you are good to go for two to three weeks. The pedicures are basic (thought they offer a deluxe with leg mask, etc) and they use a fresh liner with each foot bath ensuring you aren't soaking in someone else's ick. This is my regular haunt if I don't want pampering, but need a quick, inexpensive, quality service. PS- haven't tried their waxing services, but have seen it on the menu. They take appts and are open for walk ins. read more

We were walk ins. My daughter and husband had a good experience. There nails were fine. Me on the other hand , not so good. I had a young man that had little experience in pedicures. He cut my one nail on the side so close to the skin that he actually took some of the skin off. It started bleeding and he just laughed. I was not amused. I said what did you do he said hangnail. There was no hang nail he just cut the side. Then he barely scrubbed the foot and to top it off he used nail polish to try to cover up the bleeding. I finally got them to put antiseptic on it. Run don't walk away from this place. The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because my daughters experience was good. read more

I walked in today from out of town, nervous to be trying an unknown place and was pleasantly surprised! I needed a fill and pedi. Service was quick, friendly, great quality, clean and good price! I also do shellac over my acrylics and they had the exact OPI colors in both shellac and polish that I was looking for for both my feet and hands. Highly recommend if you are looking for no-nonsense, fast and meticulous service. Glad I walked in! read more
