I waited for several minutes and called the spa four times between 2:16-2:20 pm; I could hear the phone ringing inside, yet no one picked up. Please don't advertise walk-ins if there isn't staff available to greet guests or answer calls. Either update the signage/hours or keep the door locked when unattended. I can't comment on the quality of services, but today's experience with customer service was not good.

As we settled in, Shannon and Joanna got us all set for our Immunity Boost IVs. Both Shannon and Joanna were wonderfully smooth, efficient, and caring with administering our IVs.
