Wish I could leave zero stars. I've had a decent experience w them over the years, but my boundary is stealing. I had $10 bill in my center console that went missing, I know it was there because I threw it in after I left McDonald's. Yes, I know $10 is nothing and I shouldn't have left it (I got preoccupied and didn't put it in my wallet) but that doesn't mean it's fair game. It's my property, I worked for it. I don't pay $100 a month to be robbed because they can't hire ppl that won't steal! I cancelled my membership after the manager had the nerve to have attitude, you can't tell me he has no clue, it's probably not first complaint. Also a side note, last month when i had my car washed/detailed, I left for a trip to the coast, when my son took his shoes off, his socks got soaked! Beware if you get just a wash and a mean worker lady puts your car in the wrong exit row. All I did was let her know I was in line before another customer and she put my car in the wrong row (detailing) so it would take me longer to leave. She even gave me a dirty look after she did it. Super weird behavior. Anyway, I figured it out and had a nice employee move my car to the correct row so I wouldn't be late back to work. If I didn't get the car wash free from my auto repair shop, I'd never go. Now I know to watch for this one person and make sure she doesn't try and mess with me again I thought we left that baloney in high school. If I could give this place a 0 I would. It'd be a big fat zero too. I took my car in to get a wash paid $70 for this service. I pulled up and and left it, they took my car and washed(though they missed the dog slobber on the window)and dropped it off to be vacuumed. I was watching the crew of 3-4 guys clean my car. Then I noticed them looking around acting suspicious. So I walked over toward my car to see what was happening. Conveniently they were done. When I got my car back I noticed my pain medication was missing. Not something I normally would leave in the car but we all make mistakes. I approached the assistant manager his first words were we didn't steal it. So I asked for the manager, he said he'd check the cameras and see who it was. Well as I expected he "couldn't see anything" so nothing is gonna happen to the thieves that work there. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others. I paid for one of their most expensive wash packages, expecting at least a decent cleaning. Instead, my car looked almost exactly the same as when I drove in. The exterior still had dust and grime along the doors and bumper, the wheels were barely touched, and the windows were left streaky. Inside, there was still debris on the floor mats, smudges on the dashboard, and it didn't even look like they wiped anything down. Between the poor quality, the ridiculous prices, and the rude management, this was honestly one of the worst car wash experiences I've ever had. This place provided good service like 2 years ago since I came to this place but recently very disappointing. On my last two visits it was unacceptable. An employee left a rag on my windshield. I mean, check everything before you hand over the car back. And the last time I had exterior and interior wash, they didn't dry my carpets completely and my car stinks for days! On 3/23/26 I went in for a car wash. I was approached by Josh who said I walked out without paying 5/2/2022. NEARLY 4 YEARS AGO!! He asked if I "was prepared to pay". I'm a 70 year old woman who has never stolen anything in her life! I asked how he knew and he said from my license plate. I didn't want to make a scene so I paid. I went home and checked my credit card statements it was there! I called the credit card company and asked if there was anyway it wasn't paid if I paid the balance on my statement. They said that is not possible. I emailed ZOOM and got a call in the morning. Josh wanted my to drive in with proof. It's about 20 miles each way from my house! I texted a screenshot and he had me wait while he looked at his system. He kept trying but didn't find the payment. I said I have proof and would dispute on my credit card. He refunded after that. I said he should pay for the car wash I had yesterday. He said to come in and he would give me some free washes. I mentioned the price of gas. He said he would mail them. So I love coming here.To this location off hammer and have been doing so for many years. Everyone's friendly they do great work,except a few minor things once in awhile. It can be a bit pricey. That's why when they slack off and don't take care of details that I pay for I get a little upset. Basically, I got the package that included a ceramic coating. Tire gloss, vacuum, windows cleaning and wipe down all of the inside of my doors and dash. Firstly, I didn't pay attention to the receipt until I got home and noticed that they charged me $7. And it stated it was for them to wipe down my seats? I never asked for them to wipe down my seats in any special manner and it should be included, as it had in the past The second problem was, you would think if they were slow, that they would do a better job because they had more time to work on your car.But the particular woman who worked on my car and maybe her partner did not pay attention to detail. There was a sticky circle on my inside windshield, from an old car phone holder, I had.... After they gave me my receipt and walked away.I noticed that it was still on there.They had never cleaned it. Luckily the nice manager was nearby and I asked him if he could have someone clean that up and he did it in less than twenty seconds.I don't understand why his staff couldn't do that. Second thing I noticed when I got to another destination is that they did not put the armor all completely on all of the tires. It's like they just kind of did a quick partial wipe on each tire. They also did not clean and wipe out the center. Cup holders, and they did not wipe down the dust from a small compartment below the stereo. I'm sorry but if I pay 60.00. Every now and then you may have some spots that were missed during the cleaning but overall, it's been great compared to other car washes. Don't be surprised if your car isn't that clean after the wash lol after it was done I asked for a towel to get a bunch of the spots they missed. Dude offered to go through the wash again I said fine. To be called zoom and have my car done in a hour was crazy but whatever at least it came out cleaner than it was. Carwash is always good. This review is regarding some so-called gourmet popcorn they sell. I ate two kernels of it and tasted a toxic flavor that possibly came from the bag it was vacuum sealed in. I took it back into the store to ask for a refund, mind you, I saw no signs up at the counter that say there are no refunds on food items. I explained to some heavy set tired looking woman who I guess was a manager how the product tasted and she refused to refund my money. This experience has soured me on this place which has been the only car wash I have gone to in years. I will not be returning. I came in for the first time a few weeks ago as I just moved to Stockton and am too tired these days to detail my own car. Being the mom of a toddler & always on the road.. you can imagine my car is extremely dirty inside & out. So you drive up to the cones, wait in your car, an employee will come up to you with an ipad and packages ask which you'd like. They then print your receipt, you get out the vehicle & go inside the store which is like a gift shop, they have a bunch of items, few snacks, tables, chairs, bathrooms. You pay, get your receipt and wait for your car. Don't be startled by the amount of people you see waiting.. actually goes by pretty quick. They have hella workers and like 4-5 lines. I waited maybe about 35 mins overall. And my car came in immaculate condition! Everything outside was washed, inside vaccumed & wiped down nicely. I watched as they did it to make sure it wasn't half assed. I definitely recommend them. They also offer monthly plans which I think I'll be purchasing that way I can bring my car in as often as I'd like. read more

My car has mud every where!! It wasn't vacuumed well. The side doors weren't cleaned. It's so disgusting still. The spots are so noticeable. There's no excuse for this poor cleaning service. Then the manager came out saying okay I can ask someone wipe it down for you and rinse it. So let's see. I usually come here after a car servicing bc Toyota gives me a coupon. This place has the worst customer service. So I get my car washed using the voucher from Toyota and upgrade it- I pay the difference. I include the extra fee to wipe the doors down and seats. After doing such, I go inside and wait. My car was ready in about 20mins. Not bad on time but when the car came out it was shining but the inside was dirty. I flagged a lady and asked her to wipe the inside down so she did. She told me that bc it's getting hot the staff get lazy but she came and wiped it down. As I heard this I go to the supervisor named HAROLD! I explain to him about the inside not being wiped down or shining of which I paid extra for. Harold proceeded to tell me, "I'm sure it was wiped down but not to your liking". I said excuse me! Then I advised him it's not okay to assume that I am unhappy with what was not provided. I also told him that he needs customer service training as my doors were dirty and seats weren't cleaned. I paid for the Wheel Deal, told the guy that the last time I was there they did a terrible job vacuuming and with the basics, like cleaning the dash, etc, he put a note on the receipt to "Vacuum well", but that didn't happen. I'm not a complainer, but when you pay almost $50, you should get what you pay for. I sat and observed them clean my car and when I was flagged, I checked the dash and how well they vacuumed, nicely told the girl it wasn't cleaned, and she just argued they did it first; I told her nope, but she just kept arguing. So much for customer service! I've had the same experience at the one on Hammer, too, minus the arguing. Is there any full-service car wash in this area that does a good job? I paid $166 total which included shampooing seats ($120) & the zoom special $46.99. I didn't expect it to be perfect, the backseat was pretty sticky. However, after waiting 2hrs this is how they returned my car. With stains, trash, etc all over the floor. Basically I had to reclean after the detail. Never again read more
