Worst choice ever was to make a reservation with this company. I was told someone would be there to pick me up at Dulles Airport at midnight last night. No one was there. As I was calling the number for your company, I saw a Supershuttle and flagged him down. He had a passenger. Apparently that pasenger had been waiting for aboutr 45 minutes to get a ride to Rockville, MD. I told him where I was going. He did not know where it was. I told him. Then he apparently told the other passenger that she would have to go with us while I was dropped off. He had apparently told her he would be dropping her off first since she had been made to wait. She asked him about that. At that point he got very loud, confrontive and abusive to her - yelling and arguing over her as she tried to tell him she needed to go, and was already late. He did not care. It got so bad that I got out of the van, interrupted him and told him I was no longer interested in hearing any more of his abusive language. I asked him to get me my luggage. He told me, "No". I asked again, and again, he again said, "No" and told me he would get me to my destination. I finally insisted so loudly that he gave me back my luggage, that he did give it back. By that time, a passerby had stopped out of concern for what was going on. He made sure that the other woman got her luggage (Driver did the same thing to her as me and would not return the luggage). He walked her away from the van to another area to talk. The last I heard, I believe law enforcement was called. I hailed a cab and paid $65 for my ride into town. I called your tollfree number only to find that there is not anyone who actually speaks with customers. Nice. My return trip is Sunday, January 21st. You do not get to these emails, according to your recording, for 7-10 days. Wow. What a racket. I talked with someone here locally who told me there was nothing that they could do to help me, and I needed to go to the website. Terrific. And so this driver will likley being doing the same to another woman tonight, the next night and the next, etc. because your company has no human being who can do anything to help, and the best we can do is wait 7-10 days. I am disgustedl. And certainly, I am not getting back into any van belonging to Super Shuttle. So there it is. And now you can lose this complaint, pretend it did not happen, or just plain allow this person to perpetrate upon women traveling alone late at night. Nice. I want a refund. And I want compensation for the cab ride. I will take a cab back to the airport and assume it will be $65. My compensation would then total $130, in addition to a refund of the money I paid for this terrible thing to happen to me and another woman. And now that you have read this, I wholely expect you to disregard this. I am not going to let this go. That is a very fair resolution for you, unless, of couse, you decide that treating women this way is appropriate and that we can now both be disregarded.
