Used to be good until new owners took over. Poor customer service. Prices doubled. Never will I go back again.

I used to go here all the time when the prior owners were there. It was excellent. I went yesterday and realized there is new owners and some new employees. I specifically asked for a male massage therapist as Tab(tabourah) usually takes care of me and he is strong as hell for deep tissue. They said yes, Male therapist. But a woman walked when I'm on the table. I tried to explain I'm looking for a male therapist or if tab was available, they literally did not understand what I was saying. I'm noticing a lot of these places up here change owners pretty frequently. which sucks because you find someone who's really good and then they leave months later. It's hard to make a connection and be comfortable with a specific therapist only for them to rotate out all the time. I ended up leaving. they were pretty nice about it though, but I highly suggest these places really get some male massage therapists. They do exist as many feel more comfortable with men. Happy day wellness has some. Went there instead. Sucks cause tab was incredibly good. read more

Gotten a gift certificate and lost it found it and there is no expiration date on it. It's from 2016 it was a Mother's Day gift. I called and they will not except it they said it's only for one year but it doesn't say anything on the gift certificate. Will not be going back there again. read more

Awesome price for a foot wash, best service in the desert! Nice atmosphere, very relaxed and the staff ensures everyone remains quite to enjoy the experience and enter a peaceful state. If you are looking for a professional place, this one is it. I live a bit away from this one but its worth the ride and I wont trust anywhere else now to take care of my friends and family because other places are always a roll of the dice. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! During my last massage the man's hands smelled like tuna. He was massaging my face and it was awkward. My biggest issue is the customer service. The two working the register are so rude. I handed a lady my card to pay for my service and she asked if I wanted to tip. I told her "Not on the card." She kept asking,"Why?" (I didn't feel like I should have to go into detail about getting cash from my car.) Then a man comes over and starts yelling in another language. Then he says, "If you are not going to tip then don't bother coming back. You had a service done and now he won't get paid since you didn't tip!" A tip is a choice! I was going to tip but the man was being so rude I just paid for the massage and left. P.S aren't employees supposed to get paid hourly? read more

I've been going to Super Spa for a couple of years now. These ladies are amazing. I don't have to ask for any particular massage therapist because they are ALL good. I've never had a bad massage here. English is not their first language but I've never had a problem communicating with them. They also try to keep it quiet in there so you can relax while getting your massage. I like that they also try to keep the areas that they are not working on covered. I don't like to feel like I'm exposed while getting a massage. They are very respectful of my privacy. They work hard to please their customers. I love that I can walk in when it's convenient for me and I only ever had to wait once and it wasn't for long. All of this and their fees are super low. I'll never go anywhere else. This place is awesome. I have read a couple of reviews here that complain about the fact that Super Spa expects their customers to tip. Seriously. The fees here are less than half of what you'd find elsewhere and you don't want to tip? Any other spa expects their customers to tip on top of their (much higher) fees. Why should these ladies be any different? If you can't afford to tip then you can't afford the massage. These ladies (and gentlemen) work too hard to be treated like that. read more

Worst experience ever! Myself, along with two other black females go in for a massage. As my massage begins the lady running the desk interrupts my massage to ask us to pay first!!! Asks 4 times! I was so livid, feeling that this was very rude and unusual, that I couldn't even enjoy my massage! After my massage it turns out that she asked the other ladies I was with as well, interrupting them! When I expressed how rude this was she then explained that two people had run out without paying. I asked her why the young white couple didn't get asked to pay first, there were no answers, just silence! Perhaps, if this is a concern they may want to ask ALL customers to pay first instead of screening people based on color!!! As for the massage, they rushed through one party whom they started late on too! Poor customer service! They get one star because NEGATIVE stars wasn't an option! read more

Great massage place..Came here a few times and love the massages. Have to say I like the old owners.. Very nice. Didn't ask for a tip.. After my massage I heard she didn't charge a guy a $1 to use his card but for me she did, I didn't speak up but found that weird and she said how much, I said $23 total, she's like $26? More tip? Jason provide a wonderful massage. I would've given 5 stars if it weren't for the language barrier which resulted in lots of grunting and pointing from the female host and excessive loud talking outside of the my spa room. BEST $20 1 hour "foot massage" I've ever had!! I thought it was only going to be my feet but ended up being my whole body! Mary was awesome!! Very soft hands but gave a great hard massage.
