Closest car wash to my home and used to be decent but has rapidly declined in the almost 5 years I've had the monthly subscription. From broken equipment all the time - vacuums, air dryers to NO towels on multiple occasions to their inability to synch my license plate with my car tag causing frustration of having an attendant come over numerous times to manually enter. Wait, that's if you can FIND an attendant. I know they are young kids and I don't fault them, they are polite but c'mon management, fix your equipment & get your act together. One visit to any other location (I've tried many), will have you wondering how you can be in business. read more

This is a great self drive thru car wash. The vaccume is free, they supply towels to dry you vehicle and you even get a wipe to wipe down the inside of your vehicle. The staff is friendly and you never leave unhappy. I highly recommend this car wash. read more

On the surface is a good cheap car wash with free vacuums. Do not get suckered into the monthly subscription. The car wash breaks down often. And you will find yourself in a long line typically being backed out by the employees because the car wash broke. It's pretty frustrating if you paid for a membership. read more

I love this place! It's a new car wash here in Gilbert and definitely is worth a trip. I have always been a clean car fanatic either cleaning it by hand or some sort of wash subscription. I used another similar branded car wash business when I lived in Mesa and it had never held up to my standards of what I expected and was paying for; subsequently I cancelled my membership. Since moving to Gilbert I visited this location for their free car wash when they first opened and loved it! The location is really nice and well kept and the actual equipment does a great job, haven't been disappointed yet. Especially for $10 to get a pretty extensive wash! Most of these type of car washes include some sort of free vacuum but this place has two types of vacuums, air dryer, and free microfiber towels for you to use while you're there. I find this great as it give you many options to dry off the outside, wipe down the inside of the doors and get a good vacuum in every nook-and-cranny. Most places have one type of vacuum and it has bad suction or isn't working - this place has never had an issue. Also, the facility is really clean - which makes sense but some places are just dirty all around. While I don't always have the time to stop to vacuum and dry the car the dryer in the car wash is pretty good. I'll admit it does leave some wet spots on the car it is way better than the last place I used which NEVER dried it. The microfiber towels come in clutch tho. For me, all PROS: two types of vacuums, microfiber towels, air nozzles, great and new equipment, and a dryer that does a pretty great job. I keep coming back so it must be good! I went for the first time today as my car was dirty. If you download their app you get enough points to get a free express car wash worth $8.00. The greeter was friendly. Before the wash they hand you a fresh scented wipe to clean the inside of your car. Nice touch. After the wash you can park and wipe down your car with a micro towel and use their vacuum. There is also an air dryer to get the water out of your car's crevices. My car came out looking great. I would definitely go back. read more

This is a "Free Vacuum", inexpensive , car wash. I purchased a monthly pass which is $24/ month. I know there are cheaper ones out there but for a quick wash this one does a good job. The vacuums are pretty powerful and do a good job at cleaning the matts and carpets. You have to be careful because it sucks up any other objects like change, thumb drives, and in not sure what else. They also offer hand waxing, detailing, headlight cleaning, and other services. read more

Worst car wash. Their camera does not read ev or custom plates and no one is ever working the front. Don't pay for a membership because it's absolutely useless and you'll never be able to actually gain access to the service. Customer service online is absolutely terrible. My husband got a car wash on 5/18/22 and paid with his debit card.. 1st time at this car wash. Our bank account was charged $19.95 on 6/21/22 by Superstar car wash. Why? The car wash receipt looks like a normal receipt sooo why charge us again??? I've called and been left on hold for over 1/2 an hour. I tried getting an answer online. I submitted a request to cancel a subscription but the site doesn't recognize our license plate. How do we get our money back???? How do we avoid future bank deductions?? Unbelievable.... Free car wash today. Grand opening. Only it cost us $25 because the damn thing ripped our driver side windshield wiper off. They looked for it but said it was now where to be found. And we had to return after closing to see it it was in the drain. Wtf!!!! Bad customer service. Why would we want a damaged wiper back? That's what their wash did to our ford truck! Damaged it! Thank you for the reimbursement of my windshield wiper. But the stars didn't change due to the fact that on our second trip through your car wash this happened!!!! Update to previous review... The Chandler location has the rudest manager named James. He was too chicken to give his last name. Paid for an upgraded wash and they didn't bother to tell us the tire shine was broken. Inquired why was I not informed and he blamed his employee and said "I wasn't there". Train your employee.....you are the manager. He then wanted us to pay again to go through for all the crap that didn't even come off our car. No thanks, I'll gladly find a better place. I purchased the Monthly Unlimited Car Wash about four months ago. I had just purchased a new truck and like all new things wanted to keep it clean. I rarely drive and work from home. Plus with the corona virus going around I drive even less. I started noticing scratches on the hood and sides of my truck. So, I really started watching closely for new scratches when coming in out out of places. Last week I went through the wash and noticed new scratches that were several inches in length. I immediately called over a young man who was putting more towels in the bays. I informed him that I understand they have signs claiming they are not responsible for damages done during a wash. But I wanted to inform him that may truck just got these scratches and they should check for sharp objects stuck in the cloth brushes. The kid started telling me it was impossible I got the scratches from the wash. He told me maybe I didn't see the scratches on the black paint if it was dirty. He also said the scratches could have been from a shopping cart. On my hood and about 4ft high up on my passenger door? He said he would go in and check the brushes, but cars never stopped going through. Watched the kid for a few and he never even went inside. So, it was basically telling customer to F off. So, I will cancel my monthly membership and head to the one just south on Val Vista. read more

Went to wash my car. 2 employee stood over me at the kiosk as I went to pay. Was asked if I wanted to purchase a monthly pass, to which I replied no thank you. Employees continued ask personal questions such as do I live close by, and made false statements like I have seen you here before, you come here often don't you after the 2nd time I said not interested. One employee tried to touch my credit card as I was paying saying let me help you with that, when I said I didn't need help. I was so fed up with their harassment, I told them this would be my last time coming here. After I finished washing my car, another employee divulged that their company policy was to continue to press customers to buy the pass till they got 3 No's. I wish I had it on camera so I could have evidence to give it to the Az attorney General office and file a claim. Harassment, fraud, intimidation, would have been an easy fine against them. Too busy for that so, Yelp Review and not taking my business back there is all I'm going to do on this one. If they had done that to my minor teenager, it would have been a different story. Pros: Way super-fast; free vacuums that always run (no having to press the 'on' button repeatedly); free towels. Cons: the dryer doesn't dry well, so you have to use the free towels, which I don't want to do; Didn't do a good job of cleaning off things like bird crap; I got annoyed as I kept having to slide my credit card through, as 'fast pass' people just kept going by. I think I'll stick with the Shell station at Warner/Gilbert. Much better wash/dry (not to mention the beer selection!). read more

This was my favorite car wash due to service and convenience but that changed today, unfortunately. I had been paying monthly for unlimited washes and recently got a new car. Last month, I came in to get a new sticker for the windshield and the gal asked for my card used that synced to my account. I have her my card and she came back with a new sticker and said I was good to go and the next time I come, the sticker will sync to my new car. (I will also add even though I was a monthly paying customer, she charged me that day) Well today I came back and it had issues syncing to my new car. An assistant went inside to do it manually. The second assistant came back out and said they needed the card used... I gave the card and waited. (It had been over 10 min at this point and had to inform people behind me to use another lane) After another 5 to 10 minutes, the assistant came out asking if I could show when the last payment was or if I changed cards, I said no same card just updated expiration date...so now I had to pull up my checking account (also took some time but that was due to my banks app) I pull it up which showed the charge last month and she said "ok I'll be right back.". Waiting again and she comes out only to say "it was probably because of my updated expiration date. If anything changes to a card it basically stops then plan". I told her well I'm fine keeping my plan, I just need to get this done. (It had been 20+ min at this point) So now there is a "new promo " which would have cost more than I was paying before. I said "No..ill get the basic today and that's it". So because I got a new car and updated expiration date on my debit card, they couldn't simply update my information and keep my plan? Instead I had to wait in the line for over 20 minutes and then told I would be paying more monthly to start again. Not a great way to keep a customer... read more
