The wash never cleans my truck all way, I'm always wiping off dirt after. They always close early. Idk if they have to close when it's rainy or what but I wanted to get a wash and they were closed at 6:30pm. Super Star Car Wash is the best place to go in GIlbert, AZ!! I always experience amazing customer service every time I go. My car looks shiny and clean. I was charged for a monthly membership and unable to use it because of their system. I decided to go somewhere else that was willing to appreciate their customers. When I called to let them know what was happening they didn't seem to care at all. You're just a number and when something goes wrong they don't seem to have the effort to try and fix it. Great and convenient service! Being that this location is across the street from my house, I find it very convenient with quick service. I've got two memberships for both my cars and my husband and I definitely take advantage of using it. They provide you with a wet towel and air freshener when going through the car wash. And even after, you can head on over to the free vacuums to work on the interior. Great place! read more

You missed out if you didn't go here in February for endless FREE grand opening car washes. Right now because of its newness probably, the shammy whirling brushes are new etc and it washes your car better than any other carwash around. If convenient for you this is by far the best car wash to use. read more

I drive a 2020 Subaru and the first time I went through this wash, the last brush snapped off my rear window wiper blade. I immediately pulled out of the wash and asked for the manager, Austin. Austin immediately said they refused to pay for any damage caused by their car wash because they have signs posted (which I never saw). Austin even refused to refund my car wash!! Love this car wash. When I'm in a hurry and don't want to take the time for someone else to wash my car, I go to these type. This one gave me a large wipe for the inside of my car, scent and have towels to wipe down the outside of your car! I will for sure be back!!! read more

This company is dishonest and I would never use them again!! I have gone to them consistently for my car wash and just recently noticed they had used my card info to sign me up for unlimited washes. I was charged monthly for over a year and they refused to refund more than 3 months worth when they saw I hadn't even used their car wash for 7+ months. Not to mention once they packed cars in so close they cause my car and the one in front of the me crash into each other. Save your time and money, go elsewhere. read more

This is my new favorite, local, close to my home, car wash. For $7 it does everything you need and has great vacuums that are free and a machine to wash the mats for free. Don't waste your money at one of these other places that want $20 $30 or $50 to clean your car. Very pleased with my first experience. read more

I was asked at the Kiosk to get a monthly plan for $10 for the first month and $30 every month after. I kindly said no but the employee was persistent. He said it was super easy to cancel and that I could do it right after my car wash. because he was nice and made it sound like he needed to meet a quota I agreed to take 1st charge for $10 and planned to cancel within the first 30 days. I went online to cancel my car wash on March 24th and was unable to online and also called and left a voicemail. I never got a callback. Online on March 28th at 6:41 AM I was finally able to cancel my unlimited plan online but it didn't register with the company because I got charged the next to months for a total of $60. I continued to call and left voicemails but never got a callback. on March 16th I called and talked to Stephanie and she said they could not give me a refund but would give me a gift card for the balance I paid. I never received a text with the gift card I was promised. I called again on March 17th and was told they were having issues with the gift card but that I would get it the same day. Once again that never came. I am feeling as though I have been lied to and had my money scammed from me. I am looking to take this issue now with the BBB, my credit card company, and the consumer financial protection bureau. Everyone I talked to seemed very nice but I am not getting my money back after multiple attempts on phone calls, voicemails, online messages, and attempting to cancel on the website. This was supposed to be a simple quick car wash and it has taken a lot of my time to get this resolved. I am not happy with the way this has been handled. read more

Agreed their customer service is terrible. The works on the outside act like they know nothing. The inside office people just say sorry times but never have a solution or even care about the problem. Do not deal with Victor he is the teenage manager and has no authority to anything helpful. Signing up for the fast pass is a pain. First time using this location and there is damage on the drivers side by the fog lamp that looks like it got rubbed very hard and burnt the paint. The shift manager couldn't do anything but take my name and number and said that tomorrow Camrin the manager would review the video. I had just driven from CVS on Lindsay and Warner to the car was and had walked towards the front of my truck before leaving CVS and there was no damage. Not holding my breath to hear back from them. Associate selected wrong car wash at the drive up and under charged me. I wanted the $10 car wash with air freshner and wet towel since their vending machine doesn't take card. They wouldn't even charge me more to fix it. Pretty much got the wash they selected for me. Their Small mistake could have been fixed easily instead got a 3.00 quick rinse, & bad attitude from the boys! read more

Super Star is by FAR the WORST car wash i've ever been to. I just recently got a new car a few months ago, & obviously since it's new, nothing had been damaged. I had paid for a membership to their car wash because i do like to keep it clean, but after only 3 or 4 times of getting my car washed there, my windshield cracked while inside the car wash. I noticed immediately & went back around, parked & asked for a manager. At first when i explained my situation, i was told they cannot cover anything even though it was clear in video footage that i didn't have any windshield damage prior to the car wash & that they're sorry for the inconvenience. Then, thankfully while still sitting in the super star parking lot, an employee came back to tell me after the manager watched the footage again, that they could POSSIBLY cover my windshield damages?? all very confusing. That same day, i called corporate so i could cancel my membership, however when they sign you up for your membership, they don't tell you how to cancel, or the fact that if you do want to cancel, you'll have to call at LEAST 5-7 business days before your next charge date, which is already ridiculous. but the reason i say at least, is because you'll be lucky if they actually cancel it for you the first time. I had to call twice because i was charged AGAIN after cancelling the first time. & no, they don't do refunds Guess they should change it to 10+ business days for cancellations... ya know to be accurate & lastly, thank goodness i didn't sit & wait around for them to call me back about POSSIBLY being able to fix my windshield, because again i was told "our manager, Dennis, will be giving you a call back in 2-4 business days to follow up with you about your claim" yet this was on June 23rd, 2020 & it is now July 6th, 2020 with still no word from them. So in conclusion, if you have a nice car, or just don't feel like wasting your money on bad business, i'd say take your service elsewhere! Super Star should get 0 stars but unfortunately yelp won't allow that :/ read more

A nice clean carwash. Great service, easy to use. Pricing is very reasonable, and the vacuums and towels are free at the end. There are plenty of bays, with vacuums on both sides. Such a nice change from some of the other carwashes in the area. read more
