I got a decent car wash here, the actual wash wasn't the issue. They have the free vacuums and air at this location as well. However, the man working here was so pressuring!! He wanted me to sign up for some expensive subscription plan that didn't even financially make sense. Why would I pay $40 a month for unlimited car washes when I only go every 3 months? Strange. The staff is MUCH nicer at the Riggs & Val Vista location by Basha High School. I will go there next time, even though it's a little bit longer of a drive. read more

NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! I got myself one of those rude pushy helper/sales people. Guy at the main entrance terminal asked if I wanted the monthly pass deal, I told him no I'm good, but this is one of those "I won't take NO for an answer" kind of guys, he kept going on and on and I told him no again, at that point he became extremely rude and very combative. Is this how these "attendants" being trained at this place, sell our monthly pass at any cost? Worst car wash customer service ever. Great place to wash your car they have towels for you to dry your car at the end to get all the water spots off for detailing, air for your tires, air for inside of your car vacuums with great section this is all included in your wash price so no extra fees. Also they give you a moist cloth for inside your car and an air freshener. I have to say Wilbur is amazing, an amazing employee. Most Pristine wash I've ever had. Took my car home after off-roading for a few days and it was CAKED in dirt and mud. The associate told me to get the super protect wash and in less than a minute, all of the dirt was gone and my car looked fresh. The associate's name was Willard's or Wilson or something. Stopped here to meet management at this location to discuss business and while I was waiting I decided to vacuum out my vehicle. The vacuums work really well. It was raining out so, there was no need to wash my vehicle. They had plenty of drying towels in the towel holders which was nice, as I used them to wipe down the inside of my vehicle. The guy who works here was extremely pleasant as he kept me up to date on the ETA of Management which was really nice of him! I noticed that this car wash has a free floor mat machine where you're able to wash your mats for free.( for customers). This is a game changer as other establishments don't offer this service. I'd return to this location if ever in the area again as this location seemed well organized and clean. They also have bathrooms which is another perk if you have the kiddies with you or even for yourself If you're into using public restrooms. I don't appreciate how this place pressured my 16 year old minor daughter into buying a monthly package using her teen debit card. She felt so pressured she finally just said yes finally. Luckily Gen Z is smart enough to know how to cancel the membership while going through the car wash. I took my car here once and got my first scratch on my new cars mirror. It's not a no-touch car wash, and does not advertise itself to be such. Lots of spinny brushes and flopping fabric strips. Seems to do a good job (beware your antenna!). They have a monthly subscription plan for unlimited washes, or you can just pay-as-you-go. I'm not obsessed with a shiny car, so I only wash it (usually myself) every few months. Went there around 7pm today, I have the unlimited but just got a new license plate so I needed to switch that over. There was only one guy working the wash and he told me where to park and that he would give me a new sticker. I parked where he told me and started washing my car, it didn't take me too long only around 5-10 min and I didn't have much time. It also wasn't too busy and he was just standing there the whole time with his headphones in while I cleaned my car. Never once communicated with me that he was going to get me a new sticker. Just stood there. Finally when I was done I waved to him and I know he saw me, he literally just turned around and disappeared. I waited in my car for a couple minutes and just ended up leaving. This is one of their newest locations. The facilities are clean and sparkling. The brushes within the wash tunnel are strong, that one of my windshield wipers flew off! (I was able to retrieve it and and put it back on. ) They hand you complimentary wet disposable cloth to wipe down the interior of your car but mine left a moldy smell, so sniff prior to thinking about using them! :) Besides the pushy salesman at the entrance, I was pleased with my experience and the through wash my vehicle received. read more

My experience was the same as anothers, go in to get a wash, a young guy runs up and says they are running a special for $5. He failed to mention he signed me up for a monthly plan, only finding out when I got the charge this morning. I know my family with five cars won't be returning to this establishment. Their employee added two vehicles to my account and then he said "this bull**** isn't allowed, who did this" and continues to argue when I told him to figure it out. 1st and last time coming here. I saw there were no cars so I went through the drive through wash. Half way through I hear a bang and my car shark antenna fall down the windshield. As soon as I got out of the wash I drove around and talked to the employee Austin. I explained what happened and he said "we are not liable for any damage to your car" I said ok well can I get my antenna back at least so I can try to reattach it. He looked for maybe 2kin and said. Sorry I don't see it anywhere. He got my number and said if he finds it he will let me know. Like really?!?!?!? It's 6pm and there is no one else in line and they can't get it for me?!? He kept repeating too that they are not liable. Super unprofessional. I go to drive through washes all the time and the shark antenna has never come off once. Will not be returning. Also I paid for the $20 wash and my car is still not clean. What a scam. I called the corporate number as they recommended in the response to this message and a "manager" from the Val vista location called me and said they clean the car wash bay every Sunday and will call me 1st thing Monday morning on 12/28 inn if they found it or not.
