I wrote them twice now I tried calling wasn't allowed to speak with anyone. so I'll let you know about my experience I had the membership for a total of four days. I came back on the fourth day to do a wash. It was pretty dirty. I had a handprint on the side of my car. I went through the wash I came back out. Handprint was still was still dirty, but the most obvious thing to point out handprint so I went and showed it to the guy and ran it through again. The handprint was still there so I went up to the and I said hey my really dirty and the is still there. The black spots are not coming the handprint isn't what can we do about this? The gentlemen proceeded to tell me well I already let you go through twice so figure it out I don't know what to tell you. I said I'm gonna cancel my membership. He said do what you need to do. I was so taken back by how I was I car and drove you guys twice health tab no email back. I'm super disappointed. It's going on two months. Still nothing from you guys. read more

Staff is polite and attentive. The quality of the car wash has gone down. Now, after 5 years of going to SSCW, they will no longer wash the windshield, roof or back window if you have a rack on top. I've heard it is because the owner is cheap and does not want to purchase better equipment. I cancelled and will never go back. I question the integrity of this place. read more

I am a mon5hly subscriber and am fed up with the lack of or poor service at your locqtions in San tan valley az. Everytime i go to either one your cameras will read my plates i have to wait for one of your employees when they are available to come and let me in. Today i went to the one on Rand Highway in tge home depot lot and your employee there was un helpful walking around with a drink in his hand ignoring me he ran offvto talk to another employee ignoring my requests to be let in. I finally drove off in disgust i dont have to continue going to wherr i am not serviced i pay over 30 a month I can go somwhere else get a better wash with better service. Nice powerful vacuums here, and plenty of clean rags to do the interior of your car with. I still had to scrub some off the bugs off the exterior but still they did a pretty good job of getting the car clean. The entrance requires you to cross where cars come out of the tunnel there so pay attention when you enter the parking lot. read more

The manager of Super Star Car Wash 567 east hunt highway san tan valley arizona was rude. There were still bugs on the grill of my 2024 denali after going through the super wash, most expensive wash and I tipped the attendant. He came out, looked at my license plates and said, did you drive this all the way from Washington State? Well, sir, I've had it washed since I've been in ArizonaHe then proceeded to tell me I should have bought the membership and I could have gone through twice. Why would I want a membership at a place that doesn't back their service?! Earnhardt Chevy dealer did a better job washing it with my oil change the week before. I will never go back to that Super Star Wash on Hunt Highway again. read more

I normally don't like to give feedback on mediocre service, but over the past 6-7 months regardless of the location, I always have an average experience. Some days are ok and others leave me scratching my head. I like to give positive feedback where I can, so here goes. First, the workers at the gate are normally polite and friendly to talk to. The gentleman I talked to today was super friendly. When I pulled into the bay, I noticed that there were no window cleaner bottles out. They didn't exist today, whereas I normally see a few bottles hanging around. That's a nice option if they are available. The pricing is cheaper than Cobblestone which we used for years, so that's great too. No on to the critique. Today, the vacuums were horrible. I tried 3 different bays and there was no pressure at all. They sucked and not in a good way. I had to pick my floor carpets clean. I'm not sure if they disable or if the vacuums need service, but they didn't work as normal. There are days I come here and towels have to be hunted down because of high volume. Lastly, I never had to move my mirrors with Cobblestone but each time I come in, the brushes knock my mirrors into the car, and I've seen small scratches on the side panels of my car. I didn't get those until I switched over, so perhaps the brushes need calibration. I would highly suggest that if you have a custom or specialty paint job do not use this carwash. Until we get a full-service carwash, which I've always used before moving to STV, it's a price to pay. I just want to see some consistency with this place. Before this, I pulled around and did not have workers at the beginning of the car wash to get the front spray, towels were depleted, vacuums had no power, etc. Other times, they have 0plenty of stock, window cleaner, vacuums work great, etc. You get what you pay for, I guess. read more

Since this place opened up, it's been pretty busy most of the time. I started going there the second week they'd been there and did the unlimited plan. You can go as many times as you'd like while you're on that plan. And more great news-there's no sticker to mess up your windshield, they track you by your license plate. Just make sure to use the Fast Pass lane when you're checking in. As of now, you get a free air freshener in Black Ice & a dash wipe every time you go through. I've been going to superstar for years and it has gotten worse everytime I go. The glass cleaner is a hit and miss. They regularly keep the bathroom doors locked or forget to unlock them when they open. The air to blow off your car and the vacuums have such little suction or such a terrible blow, that I can't even vacuum. It's pointless. Which is half the reason I go. Or the vacuums are broken or the stahl you pull into has a missing part to a vacuum or no air in that stahl. I also have severe damage on every single wheel rim from these car washes. It's actually not even worth paying for anymore. read more

The kids don't care , who work there , they don't really spray your windshield pre wash , compared to MOST other locations . One of the brushs to clean your car inside the car wash didn't even work as your car brushed against it , non operational . The biggest thing at the very end of the car wash , the high pressure rinse to get the remaining soap off , well there was NO rinse period 1 jet only worked !!! So basically afterwards my car had soap and residue all over it still . This was today, thought I would see if things have improved , nope gotten worse . Highly advise driving somewhere else , they do not maintain this location and it's a new location sadly !!!!! read more

I've always been a fan of Super Star in general, no matter the location. However, my husband signed up our newest vehicle for the unlimited plan as it was during a promo where it was very discounted. A couple weeks ago, I went to take my car there and apparently the plan "expired." I didn't even know that was a thing. We never received an email about it or anything. The two ladies (one being a manager I believe) were questioning the heck out of me and even asked if I was sure it was the right license plate. I said yes, and the one employee didn't seem to believe me and walked around to the back of my car to check my plates. I didn't have my debit card on me because I wasn't expecting this situation to occur. Instead of being courteous and offering a complementary car wash, they literally made me back up all the way out. The younger employee made a snippy remark, "You can do it. You have back up cameras." HAHA. Backing up wasn't the issue, I can do that just fine. It was the way they handled it that rubbed me the wrong way. I might as well have been in an interrogation room. I'll take my business to the one down the road across from Walmart. read more

Buyer beware. I took my car through this car wash yesterday at 11:15 and halfway through the wash my husband heard a snapping noise on the back of the roof area of the car. Lo and behold we lose radio signal immediately when this happened and come to find out the antenna had been snapped off completely (pics attached). The gentlemen running the wash was helpful and took the incident report which we then took to their recommended shop for the repair. They will get back to us once the part is in for the repair. Well we get back from the shop today and park in the garage only to see scratches all over the tail fin that we're not there prior to the car wash. The paint is completely ruined. I am so irritated that this car wash not only broke off the antenna to my car, but also ruined the paint on the tail fin. I Will not be returning to this car wash ever. We had purchased the monthly wash plan, but will now be canceling. Edit: spoke to corporate and they are sending an email to the regional manager in regards to the paint scratches on the tail fin but she stated that if the damage wasn't reported on the same day of the wash, that their policy is to not be held liable for the damage they have caused. I'm hoping this is not the case as I didn't notice the scratches on the fin yesterday because I was already distracted by the sheared off antenna. read more

Only continue the membership because of convenience. The quality is terrible. It used to be so nice. Half the vacuums don't work or are missing, the product is leaving a terrible film, and there are never towels. I pass three on my way to work and have tried all of them! At first I thought it was the one near my house on hunt and gary. So I tried the one on Ellsworth. Nope both are terrible. Not to mention the people running it give 0 cares! The gentleman started the wash, handed me the air freshener and walked away. Would have been fine had the equipment not stopped moving. I sat in my car until someone else got in line minutes later. When I approached the man his reply was "you have to wait for the attendant!" Sir! You handed me my stuff! He was down right rude and acted like I was stupid. I have been a member since October 2019 and for the most part it's been good. Today the manager Saxxton at the San Tan Valley facility got so pissed off that he called the Pinal County Sheriff on me to get me trespassed for saying the machine f------ up and only applied soap, no water and no brushes to get it off. Now it's dried and spotted . He yelled at me and got really angry because I said the machine fu___ up and the guy at the check in booth said he would run me through again and upgrade to the ceramic wash , the manager Saxxton didn't do what was promised , I expressed that Jacob promised me an upgraded wash and then Saxxton told me to back up and leave his facility with soap all dried on my car. He finally ran me through as a normal wash without the upgrade then when I spoke to Donna about the situation after going through , he came over after shutting the line down and told me he is calling the sheriffs department for me to be trespassed Because I used profanity at him. He called them and 4 sheriff vehicles came and after that, they left and we shook hands to part ways peacefully. that was a major embarrassing moment and now I am in the sheriff data bank for a disturbance, OMG. Never have I ever had the police called because I expressed my dissatisfaction. A manager is there to resolve issues, not antagonize the situation and disrespect the customer and cause a big scene. This manager needs to be retrained or be fired for wasting the resources of the police because he had many customers upset and could not handle the stress of me saying that the machines fu__ up. I am still very upset and it's been 3 hours since this happened. No customer service links for Superstar Car wash unless you are requesting to upgrade your membership.
