Signed up for the monthly pass, which was easy to do. When you pull up there are 2 lanes and someone will come out to your car to check you in if you have a membership or to help you purchase a car wash. Staff is friendly. Typical car wash, dryer is good but I always have soap suds on my back window, which drives me crazy. Multiple vacuums with clean rags available for use. Just know that for some reason their system can't read the letter O so they have to type in the number 0 for any letter O's - so that has been an issue for me. read more

We stopped in here to give good ole Baby L a quick wash. These Quick Quack Car Wash joints are all the same. They provide exactly what they say, but the price has gone up as with everything else. When they first debuted, I believe the cheapest wash was around $7.99. It's not the best wash, but I guess if you have membership, it's worth it because you can go in as much as you want. Nothing beats a good old-fashioned hand wash, though. Cracks and crevices are sure to be missed, so don't expect a showroom shine. If all you need is a quick wash for your vehicle, this will fit the bill. Locations are popping up everywhere, so if you are always on the go, their membership options are something to consider. I've always bounced around between superstar, cobblestone and quick quack. Quick quack definitely has the best customer service of all the car washes but the only thing that's frustrating is you could never find a dry towel. Doesn't matter if it's in the morning when they first open or later in the afternoon, the towels are always damp and leave streaks all over my windows. Everything else is good in the staff is absolutely amazing. read more

Came here because I desperately needed a wash and the line at other wash down the street was long. Should have stayed at the other place. QQ is $4 more and I was not impressed. Towels left streaks on my car. Dryer at end barely dried my car. I appreciated not being haggled on getting a package. So let me try this and see if I can get any response from this. I have called the store manager many times to discuss an issue with an insurance claim for an issue that happened back in September of 2023. I went through the wash one evening, everything was fine until the "Brush" for the hood and roof ran over my vehicle and snagged a towel or a brush in my wiper on my driver wiper arm, not the blade the arm. because of this it moved the wiper from the rest position to mid-way and stopped. Once the blower hit, it pushed the arm back down and dislocated the arm mechanism. I went through the again explained to the cashier who was in charge and we did an incident report as we were supposed to, I had it repaired and paid the bill at the dealership. and submitted to have it re-imbursed. I was working with a gentlemen named Andrew, who was the store manager at the time and he was helpful to a point. Everything was in place in October, I did not hear anything back from them until November. At this point we were still waiting. Then December before Christmas I was told to come to the store and he will pay me from the cash register, he was not there. I spoke to the District Manager (Josh), and he informed me that shouldn't happen, and he would speak to him and find out what the situation was. Never heard from either of them. I waited until after the holiday and found that Andrew moved on and found the new store manager. She said that she will be working on this to get it settled. She handed me her card; I have NEVER heard from her. I have called several times, and she has never returned my call(s). She, being the new store manager, is now responsible, as Andrew was promoted to a higher position. That is the part that bothers me. The manager was promoted and this issue was lingering around. I have contacted the customer service line several time and they have been nothing but helpful with the abilities for what they can do. The problem has been that they have taken the information from me told me to that they would reach out to regional manager, and they would be back with me in about 3 days. Well, that was 2 weeks ago and last week. This has become unacceptable, and this is now to the point of taking them to small claims court. I don't want to do that, but this would be my way of getting repaid for something that I could not control as I was in the truck when this happened. If there is someone who could reach out to me, I would love to get this resolved. I did not want to do this this way but at this point in time Regional managers, District Managers, and Store Managers have not responded to my inquiries, time to take it to social and get this resolved. On top of all this, I had issues with this wash every time I went there. My side mirrors are automatic and I have the ability to bring them in. EVERY time I went through the was either my driver or passenger side mirror would get ripped out of position that it was in. This was not only at this store but there are 4 stores that I am close to and they all did it to my vehicle. In the end, I do not recommend this company. read more

Came in today to try the car wash station that im sure I'll be using often. The friendly girls at the front was a great addition to my experience!! I liked the wash. There were a few spots that didn't get cleaned,but thats usually typical fora drive through wash. Most areas were way cleaner than other car washes. The suds and such that get sprayed was fun, and colorful!! Would be a blast for kids to watch!! read more

It's not a full service wash which bums me out, because they are getting harder and harder to find anymore. This location is pretty new though, and are still offering free basic washes as an incentive to check them out. The location is easy to get in and out of going either north or south. The vacuums work well and the place was well staffed with people frequently restocking the clean towels for interior cleaning. read more

I've been a member for awhile now and generally go through at least once a week in my Challenger. After my last visit, I pulled around to dry and finish my car and realized that the hood and top were never touched. I drove back around and was told that they didn't do the top of my vehicle because they "didn't know" of my spoiler was aftermarket...Also they didn't bother asking. I have nothing aftermarket on my vehicle and have never before had an issue. The guy that answered my question was fairly short and rude about it. I've now spent 4 days trying to cancel my account, which has been a whole other pain. read more

Dylan the supposed manger is very rude and denied me service because of my after market parts that are bolted on and said "its a corporate policy " but a lot of cars have aftermarket parts. They had no problem signing me up with aftermarket parts and I've gone through several times but when Dylan the manager was there he denied me service. read more

This car wash is really great. This is certainly the first time I've reviewed a car wash, but I felt driven to. The folks there are so nice and they do such a great job of cleaning my car. And I signed up for the cheapest membership. I used to go to a $3 car wash in the West Valley, and after recently moving I gave this place a try. I had intended to just join for the introductory deal and then cancel, but found that it was still a great deal even at the regular price. If I go even just 3 times a month, it pays for itself and it's a much better clean than the $3 one I used to get. And the vacuum area is very nice. 2 vacuum types and one of those small blowers for the dashboard nooks. And free towels you can use! I can't recommend this place enough. read more

Not impressed with this car wash. Yes it's quick but it's lacking a much longer dry time. Our vehicle had a lot of water spots left. Also when leaving, the wall was very close to our mirror. We had a truck so I would say any side mirrors would have to be short. We have a lot of water spots on the windows. read more

Overall an excellent addition to the Queen Creek and San Tan Valley area. I really liked how they ran a month of washes for $9.99 and you could cancel any time. All of their staff is incredible, especially LaRay. He really knows how to sell their packages and really puts his customers at the core of his work. I've been maybe 5 times since they've opened and my car never really comes out clean OR dry. The back still has dirt on it. All the other car washes have towels at your convenience, whereas you have to remember to bring your own here. I also got stuck in the beginning of the car wash after the young boy sprayed my car. He didn't know how to make the belt go and the spray was drying on my car. Since then I haven't gone back and probably never will. read more
