Anthony is the biggest dick I have ever encountered. First off, no one was there to direct me into the wash so I had to wait a little while. Then, he starts directing me and gets mad that I'm not going where he wants me to even though that's where his hands are pointing. He then grabs hold of my wheel and does it for me very aggressively. I can't say enough about how great of a job these guys have done on both cars we've sent them. I was selling my car and wanted to get it cleaned up. Ended up springing for the full detail package hoping that the price I could sell it at was more than what I paid of the detail. They made the car look brand new (and it was a 2007, so that's impressive)! We were considering listing it for the mid $7k range, but when we saw how good it looked, we decided to go high and went up to $8400. It sold in less than 12 hours for $1000 more than I thought I would get for it! They did such a great job, that I took the car that we bought to replace the old one (which had already been detailed) and they did the most incredible job on it. I'm planning on taking in my other car just to round out everything in the next few weeks. Once I saw what they did to the car we were selling, I just can't help but feel like my daily driver is dirty by comparison! If you bring your car here, make sure you ask for Kevin to do the detail. I've been a membership holder here for years and sometimes my car is perfect and other times it's absolutely horrific. I come often so my car isn't ever *that* dirty inside. Last time I came through was the worst it's been. Instead of cleaning the 3rd row they just folded my seats down, and the passenger side was completely untouched. Trash still in the door cup holder and crumbs on the seat. I did ask the employee to finish wiping the windows in the back, and he seemed confused as to why I seemed like the job wasn't done, and I felt so awkward I just left and came back a few days later to avoid the confrontation or to come across like a Karen. I just think the management needs to know that he results of their employees work varies WILDLY and i think some quality and performance checks could help improve the experience of lots of customers like me who want to keep coming back but are getting 2-star results about half the time. I hope management can make the necessary changes or I might take my membership elsewhere! read more

UPDATE: The manager called me back and was very kind and had me bring it back in so they could buff out the scratches. They got them out and it looks new again. The manager was very professional and kind and apologetic. Everyone I spoke to was kind, my biggest complaint is that I left with scratches on my brand new car. I know it can happen when debris gets caught in the brushes-but it's very disappointing to pay to have your new car cleaned and leave with it damaged. When I called to let them know the woman who answered was kind, but did not apologize and simply said "I'll let my manager know to check the brushes" and hung up. Then, I go inside, and they looked confused and offer nothing. I ask what we can do, they give me a card to contact corporate. Then, I contact corporate stating I have photos of the damage and the receipt. Then their "adjuster" comes back saying I should have filled out a report onsite. Your lack of proper training of your staff should not be my problem, yet it is.... The employees demonstrated poor customer service and evasive behavior. I just wanted a wash and some vacuuming. I was too tired to do it myself like I usually do, so I decided I was going to pay a little more for them to do it. Drove up and I was the only one in line. The guy was friendly and I made sure to tell him I only wanted the basic wash and vacuuming.... He ignored the fact that I said I was only there for the basic stuff, and went on to tell me what he thought I should get. I sat and listened to his whole up-selling conversation. I ask for the price and he says for about $150. I almost died... I say no thanks. And he then offered other packages. I sat there for about 10min. Got called out, they gave me my keys, and off I was. The job was pretty good and my car smelled really clean. Nice car wash but the annoying up selling must go. Now that I'm old and disabled, I cannot even vacuum the inside of my car. I've gone to several car wash places but this is the best. My car was washed, tires are now shiny and it smells like cherries. The weird debris was vacuumed out, including the trunk, Mike and the young man who dried and vacuumed my car were especially nice. He did miss the very edge of the back window but I was able to clean that small area. Given that the last place did not even clean up what looked like spilled ice cream (which was not there before), I was very impressed with Super Star. I've been going too this car probably about a month just getting a simply wash. Then I met Justin, he saw the paint was faded on my passenger side fender(I wish I took before picture too show y'all how bad it really was). He walked me through all the option they had and we did a full services. Which was about $250.00. Anywhere else we're gonna charge anywhere between $400-$600. The waiting process I didn't mind because I knew they were putting good work into my car and I knew my car was in rough shape. If anyone was wondering I believe it took about 4-5 hours too work on my car. And their work shows inside and out. Love this place! At 72, I am disabled and cannot clean my car. I went to Super Star and Yalisa, clerk, went over all the options with me. I made my selection and asked her what I should do next. She said "have a seat" and called a manager to take my car through the wash and deliver it to the drying staff. Everyone was so nice and my red car now glows in the sun. Next time I don't think I'll have them add an air fresh smell since it did not last that long but my car is so clean! They even got out the embedded sand on the front mat. read more

I asked him, "Dont you have to put a sticker on my windshield?" Nope our gates automatically read your license plate. Fine.. drove all the way to the wash and of course the gates don't open automatically , no one was available after hours to talk to. This happened twice. I remember the sales guy telling me I could go online and cancel anytime... So I proceeded to do so of course was unable to cancel online... Since then I've been unable to talk to anyone by the customer service phone number as well. I've walked into the Greenfield location and higley location and both Mgrs onsite are unable to cancel my membership?? So in other word, I've had my car washed once by being there during business hrs to have the gate manually opened!! How convenient right?? l My debit card has now been charged 4 times for $29 and I have yet been able to get my car washed by the gates automatically reading my license plate!! If I could give zero stars I would. My father had his car detailed at this location in Gilbert and when he returned to pick up his vehicle, he paid in full for detail job ($199) and was handed a TAPED broken key. The technician admitted that he BROKE his key and when the manager Francisco Leyva came over to speak with my father, Francisco grabbed a pair of pliers to try to start the car. He then told my father that his car is "old, a 2009. The key broke from wear and tear." Took no accountability, no apology and told my father to "do whatever he needed to do." My father had to pay to get a new key made and reprogrammed and when he brought the receipt in to see if Super Star Car Wash would reimburse him for damaging his property or work something out, this "manager" told him NO. This place is horrible. My father paid for his detail service in FULL. They broke his property and smugly told him that they will not take ownership in knowingly breaking his key because his car is a 2009. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! We were on a weekend trip and ran into two swarms of honeybees. So we took the car to superstar car wash to have the bees removed. Rico was very helpful in getting the bees removed. Rico power wash the front of the car and then sent us through the auto wash. We came when we came out the other side. They were all gone very good. Haven't done a drive-through car wash since the Monsoon, so it was time. I went for the Signature wash with the Simoniz Ceramic Sealant. You never know if these extras are a rip-off or not. In this case, I was happily surprised at the quick and superb job that was done on my Ford Escape. It was sparkling inside and out. I had a horrible experience at this location. I bought the membership for the car wash in July 2021. This is when Covid was going on and I did not receive a microchip windshield sticker. I had just bought a new car so they did not have a license plate to link my account to. I had been charged all the way through June 2022 due to the customer service not getting back to me. They refused to refund me for my membership despite paying for it for a year. I got to use the car wash one time when I first signed up, but I did not have access for a whole year. read more

This location is easy to get in and out of, which for me is always my number one priority as wrecking my ride when I just want it washed is something I try to avoid. Beyond that however they are affordable, have plenty of vacuums and their wash tunnel is well maintained so you don't feel like you are possibly jacking up your paint as you run through it. I prefer a regular car wash when possible, but this one is conveniently located to businesses I go to in this part of town so I stop as needed. read more

Employees are super helpful especially when you have a express line ticket but want a full service and get you help but don't like I saw a tall man in black verbally attacking a employee for no reason when told he couldn't do something due to his position. This does not sit right as these Employees should be encouraged to help and that was hard to watch as the employee did not merit such treatment. When the time come to me I said I am new to the area and would like to try the place out before I buy a month or yearly pass...he finally relented and let me pass. Car wash sucked I am not sure if it malfunctioned or because I only spent $10 I did not rinse or blow the excess water off it pushed me out as I am trying to see through soapy windows so I missed the 90 turn as you exit so some dude starts yelling about how I am in the wrong line. I couldn't be happier with the personal attention I get at the Higley location. Justin is top-notch, head of the class, king of the hill, or (insert superlative)! Yes, getting a car washed may not be the most important thing in the world, but I get treated as if it is. I am so glad I found this place, especially after going to the place a mile north, also on Higley. I paid for a detail, but was told that because it wasn't noted on the work order, they wouldn't clean the headlights. 4 minutes may have saved me as a customer, but I guess I wasn't important enough to them... I have come here for a couple years for washes and oil changes, they are usually pretty close to the time expectations that are set. I am sitting here now going on 2 hours and my vehicle is still sitting in the oil/lube bay. They needed to order a filter which hasn't happened before. They called the shop and said it would take an extra 20 minutes, no problem. An hour later I had to check in with them and they said the shop driver dropped off the wrong filter. This happened two more times. And since my old filter was removed, I was forced to wait it out or have them install my old filter which is not good. After 140 minutes it is finally going through the wash. They did give me a gift card for two ultra washes but I already have a monthly wash membership here. We will see how long I keep that. They should re think their part ordering process from O'Reillys read more

Came in and did the ultimate wash for $40. I was a little surprised that I drove through the car wash myself, but no biggie. Then you leave it with some peeps who hand wipe your windows and car outside. I am not sure if they did anything to my interior since my interior wasn't that dirty lol, but I was very surprised how quick they were so I tipped $20 and dude was super happy. I did have to ask them to wipe some more bird poop (it did look like it was car scratches, but once I told him it was bird poop and he could scrape it off, he did). We were given a gift card from a friend worth $199 for a detail. We redeemed it today and waited patiently for 1 1/2 hours for the job to be done. While the outside of the truck looked nice and shiny, the inside was a very sloppy job. So many spots missed with their shiny cleaner. The floor mats weren't even washed. There was still dust in lots of little nooks and the air freshner was so strong it made you gag. So glad it wasn't our $200. Doubt we'll ever return to this establishment. read more

I'm not sure what happening and if they just have so much business now they don't care, but , my washes have been terrible. The guys on the finish side are TERRIBLE NOW. My trim on the top of my car was tore off. My car is 4 months old! They found the piece inside the car wash ruined of course. We now have to have the trim replaced. None of the staff told us we need to fill out a claim while we were on site. I was going to contact corporate when I got home and then read we have to file a report on site before we leave.
