I just had a timing belt/water pump done on a Toyota Camry and was very satisfied. A few years back I took my GMC truck in for a starting issue. They said they fixed it but the same problem arose a few days later. They towed my truck back and fixed it right this time and we agreed on a fair price for the visit. Pretty simple business model. Avoid super tech auto at all costs. They are crooks, I took…read moremy vehicle in because my heat was blowing hot and cold. They told me I needed a new radiator and hoses and thermostat. They informed me it was going to be $2700. I asked for a break down of the job When he said the hose for the radiator was $400 each at that point I knew I was being overcharge. I picked up my vehicle took it to another reliable mechanic the entire job cost me $720. They also said my power steering line needs to be replaced and that would cost $1100, the other (Mechanic) looked at it and said it doesn't need to be replaced but the cost to replace it would only be $400 when it needs to be done. They then gave me a list of issues with my vehicle, including pictures. They said my engine motor mounts need to be replaced. My battery is not holding a charge, my ball joints need to be replaced. Power steering line needs to be fuel line needs to front and back brakes need to be replaced, the list goes on . When the other (Mechanic) looked at their report and my vehicle, he determined absolutely everything except my front brakes were at the point they should be done. The other (Mechanic) said everything else on that list is a lie. He charged me $940 to replace a brand new radiator and everything that went along with that and my front brakes.

So we Went there, all they have is a set of 4 eleven year old tires that the sales guy told us we shouldn't buy. Tell Dustin this, Dustin says he's bringing some from his other location. Then stops replying to messages. Completely. Even the people at the store in Mission say this guy is a flaky, unreliable guy who often speaks without knowing what he's speaking about. Promising things he can't and doesn't deliver. Tires never materialized, communication completely broke down. This was like trying to do business with a small child. Avoid. At all cost. Do yourself a favor, believe the bad reviews.

Do not EVER deal with this company!!! They scammed me!! They sold me a "set of four tires" what I recieved was 3 tires of one brand and 1 tire of another brand. The bead blew off one tire ON THE WAY HOME and another had a massive bulge in it. I confronted the company and their warranty is "exchange only" and guess what? They have nothing in stock in my size at either location, and others have even said they were exchanged for even worse tires with METAL in them!! So they refuse to pick up the phone if I call, so guess I am going down there and standing at the edge of their shop for a day to tell all their customers what they are! Don't scam me, you've lost a whole lot more than a set of tires by not refunding me, you'll have your doors shut by the time I'm done with you. Shit storm: ignited.
