I assumed the other items need to be done at a later date, but nope those other items are working fine. When you go to a small town business that does things right, they are going to be busy. I have no qualms about going for an appointment and if circumstances have changed (staff is out, jobs are backed up, suppliers not on time) then asking if it's a good day or does it need rescheduling is fine by me.
