I had a great experience using Super View Windows. Edgar was helpful with my estimate and arrived promptly on the day scheduled. He was more than willing at accommodate my request to have the insides cleaned first for my dogs and was extremely diligent and fast. He didn't only clean what we agreed on, but he also cleaned my front door, the door to the garage, and a sliding mirrored closet that he saw while leaving and he decided to clean it. I requested a quote three weeks ago, and specified that my HOA requires a certificate of insurance…read morebefore I could get approval for my solar panels to be cleaned. I explicitly mentioned that if this was a problem, I would not be offended if they passed on my request. I received a quote the next day (Sat) saying the COI would not be a problem. On Monday, I received another message asking to schedule the service before the COI. I was told I would have the COI shortly. Two weeks later and no COI, I remind the person who reached out to me via e-mail. I'm told I will have the COI in a day or so. I was also told my request for a COI was pushed back to accommodate work for a large company who shall remain nameless in this review. It's now three weeks since my original quote, and no COI, hence no solar panel cleaning. I'm done. If they didn't want my business - and as I said, no offense taken if that was the case - I would have appreciated not having my time wasted from the start. My panels could have been cleaned by now if I selected another company. Encourage others to go elsewhere. Update after the owner's response: I appreciate Rosalie's comments below, but I'd also like to add my own "if you are reading this" clarification to Rosalie's misrepresentation below where I am being blamed for saying "no rush." I did in fact mention that I was in "no hurry" to get the job done at the start. I own this. This was done as a courtesy, and I assure you I will never make that mistake again thanks to America's Solar. However, Rosalie's husband, John, did not get back to me after two weeks from the initial inquiry. Two weeks. I had to reach out to get an update. Then, John said he "should be able to get me the COI in the next day" (slightly paraphrased from a typo in his original message.) He did not reach out with an update if he had encountered any further delays. After four more days, I realized I wasn't a priority and my panels weren't getting cleaned by them ever. "I'm no rush" doesn't mean "Walk all over me," Rosalie. It's a courtesy to let you (or your husband) set the timeline and meet it! it doesn't get much easier than that, and you somehow fail to grasp that. It was *never* mentioned that insurance was being renewed. Much to the contrary, the reason for the delay was **explicitly** explained as "finishing a big job for Company X", where the highly recognizable company name was spelled out to me. If you are reading this and a business owner, think of whether or not you want John mentioning your company name as a client to others. I wonder how Company X would feel if they found out their name was being thrown around freely. Most large organizations make their vendors sign nondisclosure agreements. I've also had to get COI's for my start-up employer in the past, and we were on the bottom of the totem pole at our insurance agent. I've also had to get multiple at the same time. It's never taken me no longer than 72 business hours. Go ahead, blame the customer again, Rosalie.

Equipment doesn't last forever, after all - also, we had no idea if the upcoming migration to 4G wireless might affect us. Through Yelp we contacted a number of companies. Altho several companies were interested in providing quotes for new eqpmnt, I was lucky enough to talk with Franki at PV Repairs. After looking at a photo of the inverter setup, he patiently walked me through the workings of the system and reassured me we should not encounter any immediate issues with our current system. He informed us his company sells that same inverter, so if anything did go wrong, it would be a simple matter to switch out the old box and replace it with a new one. It's rare that one finds a company willing to be honest and say no, you really don't need to spend XX thousands of dollars right now! Kudos to Franki and PV Repairs - we're very grateful for their advice, and will have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone interested in solar!

This is a problem, because: 1. Each time I emailed, a different person answered. Probably 20 emails over 1 week were arranged before I could get a quote and schedule cleaning. One worker did dishes only during this time (at $40/hr, that's about $4/dish). The other cleaned the bathrooms. And of course they finished in less than 1 hour. 4. Communication with the third-party cleaner was poor. After all the time I spent emailing about what would be included, none of the details they asked about were conveyed. This was part of the time I paid for, because 1 worker called their supervisor to try to get out of doing the work.

Wow, what a difference Edgar made. Superview cleaned 2 houses for us in mid-March - one a 2-story with a gazillion windows, and the other a one-story with filthy screens, windows and tracks from the major construction next door. Actually, the tracks in both houses were awful. Edgar arrived on-time both days, wore a mask the entire time, used more gentle chemicals in the shower, and re-installed all the screens perfectly (way better than I did the first time I washed the windows). The tracks were spotless - I don't know how he did that because I tried with a toothbrush then a q-tip and gave up. I'm calling Edgar and Superview back to seal my gutters - I would hire him for anything he can do. I thought the price was very reasonable. read more

I was searching for a gutter cleaning service and found some outstanding reviews about Edgar at Super View. I called him and asked about his service. He gave me a quote which he stuck by and was at my home within an hour. Edgar is very kind and respectful and did a wonderful job cleaning my gutters. He took great care to clean them very well including a tough area around the patio overhang. When he finished he doubled checked everything rinsed out the gutters to make sure they were running well and then made sure he cleaned up all residue from the cleaning. Edgar got back to me with a quote right away. He was available the very next morning. He arrived on time, texted me as needed, and even sent before/after pictures. He did a fantastic, quick job and was professional the entire way. On top of it all, he's insured! Which is great considering we have a two story house and he needs to use scary long ladders to clean the gutters. I will definitely use him annually moving forward. Loved that he texted me to remind me of the next day appt. arriving at 7:30 and said not to worry if still sleeping, he would start on the solar panels. He was right on time and did 20 solar panels, all 10 windows inside and out including the screens, and all our mirrored closet doors, and 2 huge awning in the front of the house.
