The layout encourages you to slow down and really browse. There are comfortable places to sit, talk, and connect with other enthusiasts or the owner himself. The environment feels welcoming rather than transactional, which makes a significant difference. Even the shop's friendly cat adds to the relaxed, community-oriented atmosphere. The owner is knowledgeable and approachable, taking the time to engage with customers and help them find specific characters, storylines, or hidden gems. That personal attention elevates the entire experience. If you appreciate comics, pop culture history, or simply discovering something unique, this shop is well worth your time. Plan to spend a while -- there's a lot to explore. Its location on A1A is another bonus, making it easy to pair your visit with nearby sightseeing or simply enjoying the coastal surroundings. It's the kind of place you'll want to return to. I Strongly recommended.

They also have a game room, which I thought was a pretty cool addition. It gives the shop a fun hangout vibe beyond just shopping. I did notice they had a couple of deals, but as expected, some of the older & more collectible items were on the pricier side. Still, it was fun browsing around & seeing all the different things they had. The person working greeted me & I told him this was a cool store! It was a fun little stop, especially if you're a comic book or nostalgia fan!

Everything is where it should be--grouped by theme or franchise--so browsing feels more like exploring a curated pop culture museum than digging through clutter at some grungy and junky comic shop. The selection is fantastic: from comics and statues to posters, small plush, otaku, Pops, action figures, high-end collectibles, and more! Whether you're a gamer, a movie buff, sci-fi fan, or just love cool merch, you'll find something to geek out over for sure. The staff? Genuinely great. Friendly, welcoming, and super knowledgeable without being pushy. You can tell they love what they do, and it will make your experience that much better. You can actually have a real conversation with these guys! I am so tired of visiting stores that hire snotty, vacant, or indifferent employees. You DO NOT have to worry about that here. Oh, and they've got a geek bar inside the back of the store. Seriously. It was a bit too early in the day for me to grab a drink but it looked awesome the way it was decorated, so I'm definitely coming back with my wife some evening (and hopefully soon!). Plus, they're open late--huge win. Also, the location is perfect... right off International Drive and not far from Universal Studios. Whether you're a local or visiting Orlando, this is a must-stop spot. Highly recommended.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made the visit even better. While we wish they sold more masks and costume accessories, we were pleasantly surprised by how many cool items they did have. The store is very clean and well-organized. Highlights included the giant Gremlins and Pokémon vending machine, though sadly it was out of order, it was still fun to see! We also noticed a neat speakeasy out back that we definitely want to check out next time. Overall, this is a great spot for any nerd, collector, or cosplayer. We really enjoyed our visit and plan to come back!

But upon arrival, I can tell that it was a pretty laid-back please. The desk clerk was very knowledgeable about the games and their history, as well as some nostalgic items that were available. They also have lots of Funko pops if you're into that type of thing. I even like the way they use the ticket gun to price various items in the store. It reminded me of the old school candy store with the little stickers label posted on it. The items look well cared for and wrapped very thoroughly and methodically. I believe lots of the items are fairly priced and not overwhelmingly expensive. I was most impressed with the miniature video game console that sat at the front counter that pre-dated the Atari. What surprise me most about this location is that they had a actual arcade in the back with various games from the 80s like contra, galaxa, pong, Qbert, dig, dug, streetfighter, or Pac-Man, and they even had a racing game. Even though it was not a very, very large arcade, It really did bring back quite a bit of memories.

Not a "something must be wrong" line. A "we willingly stand here because ice cream is involved" line. My son ordered what can only be described as an engineering marvel: chocolate ice cream in a waffle cone dipped in chocolate and then rolled in either Butterfinger, Heath, or some other delicious candy-coated masterpiece. I honestly lost track somewhere between "dipped" and "rolled." It looked less like an ice cream cone and more like a dare. My daughter got a twist cone rolled in Heath pieces and was equally thrilled. Both kids loved their treats, which is a pretty solid endorsement considering teenagers treat compliments like they're being charged by the word. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, there were plenty of benches to sit and enjoy your sugar-induced happiness, and they even have a rewards program. Because apparently they know we'll be back. We're locals, not tourists, and this place is ALWAYS busy. After our first visit, I finally understand why. If you see me standing in that line again, mind your business.
