When you walk in, you will see a long counter bar, on the left, with plenty of seats where you can order freshly made cookies and pretzels, along with a variety of floats. On the right side, you will see many products to purchase. Towards the back of the shop, on the left, there were a few couches surrounding a big screen TV where you can play games. Just beyond that, was a large table with chairs that can be used for things like playing board games, trading cards and enjoying the yummy treats they sell. Apparently they have some board games in the back that they can retrieve or you can bring your own. The right side had 2 mini arcade style machines, along with 4 gaming stations. They each had a docking station for you to use your own Nintendo switch. We were told it was all free to play. Wow! Finally, the bathroom. The bathroom is decorated in a Super Mario theme, which is so appropriate right now with the new Super Mario Bros move right now in theaters. What a way to get the kids out of the house, in a nice environment where the family can enjoy playing some games together.

We were on a mission to find Inside Out characters for my 8 year old son and they not only found the spot they were in but also hunted around to find the items he asked for. They gave us tips to find things in other areas of the store as people tend to hide things they want and they let us know where to look for those gems! This is the first and usually last place I have to go to find what I am looking for as they have what I need. There are so many props and fun things to look at as you wander the huge selection. I spoke to Gabe at the counter when he rang me up all the opened Funko's or four dollars so I snagged Mr. Oogie boogie. I will be cleaning him up and dusting him off and then I will be bedazzling him. Most of the comics I got besides from the two dollar comic were $.50 apiece and then he also bagged them up and put a paper backs in them as well for me. They sell them for I think $.15 apiece for the bags in the bags; they also own the store next-door, which is called last pack magic it is a trading card game store. If you are ever in the area, Mike's comics and collectibles has a wonderful selection of $.50 comics as well as comics that come out now I highly recommend stopping here. I went in on a Saturday and found parking fine. The area was bustling! This book has A LOT. It was a little confusing to figure out where I wanted to go, but I found myself browsing. The mix of books is actually impressive. They have a lot of bookish merch too. I ended up purchasing a book, bookmark and book holder. The service and value were good. This place is a lot of fun and a great stop if you do want to make a day out of visiting the shops and checking out the markets.

It reminded me of the old school candy store with the little stickers label posted on it. The items look well cared for and wrapped very thoroughly and methodically. I believe lots of the items are fairly priced and not overwhelmingly expensive. I was most impressed with the miniature video game console that sat at the front counter that pre-dated the Atari. What surprise me most about this location is that they had a actual arcade in the back with various games from the 80s like contra, galaxa, pong, Qbert, dig, dug, streetfighter, or Pac-Man, and they even had a racing game. He even has some vintage Harry Potter collectibles, which are a rare sight for any fan. I also enjoy that the prices are very reasonable -- it feels like he is not trying to be a "reseller" in the respect that the prices are not unreasonably inflated. For instance, I purchase a Disney Nuimo that sells for about $20 brand new for only $10, which makes sense as it is a used item. But, what I tend to see with more recent resellers is that they would sell that same item for $30 simply because "you can only buy it in the parks." I will certainly be back in the future.
