I had a pretty disappointing experience with the dryers here. I started a load and waited in my car rather than sitting inside. When I came back about 15 minutes before the cycle was supposed to finish, I found the dryer door wide open with some of my clothes spilled out. Unfortunately, I had work the next day and needed those clothes, so I ended up having to spend an additional 30 minutes waiting for them to dry. While I stayed and waited, I actually watched the dryer door open on its own twice, which confirmed that this wasn't simply a one-time issue. For a laundromat, properly functioning and securely closing dryer doors should be a basic expectation. Customers should be able to step away during a cycle without worrying that the machine will open and leave their clothes on the floor. I hope management addresses this, because it turned what should have been a simple laundry trip into an unnecessarily frustrating experience. read more

I had given this establishment a negative review some time ago. I went back and used their services again because to be honest, their washing machines are excellent. I was very surprised to find that they had fixed all the issues I had written about. When I walked in the facility was notably cleaner, and the equipment was in good repair. Its a decent size building with plenty of parking in from of business, some dryer unit needs tune up coz I noticed that when it gets to the end of cycle it will just spin but no heat. Front load washers are kind of expensive and tit starts with $4.50. But the one off Bradford starts at $3.50. Overall it's super close to jack in the box read more

My fiancé and I have been coming to this laundromat on and off for many years, it's a little further from home, but it's cleaner than our local joint, so we alternate depending on how packed that one is or if we're going to be running errands in the area. We were shocked today to see that not only had this place increased their prices a whole $1.00 (which is not even to keep up with other local laundries, those are still charging $1.75 or $2.00 so at $2.75 this is a total rip off) but they've also canceled the hot water because of the increase in gas prices? WTF? So what the heck is the extra $1.00 for? Also, gas prices have taken a downturn again so... they're just raising prices to pocket more cash? Very disappointed because this was my favorite laundry place and I could justify the drive before, but at this price? Nah. If you want your clothes ruined for an expensive price come here !!! I recently had some errands I needed to get done early in the morning. I quickly looked up some close laundromats with early start times for convenience; because that's the goal when washing CONVENIENCE. After finding the cheapest and smallest machine. I quickly loaded it up to find that even though I chose the cold setting my clothes were quickly soaked with hot water. With no employee in sight and in a crunch for time I sadly risked washing my clothes in hot water. Thankfully only 1 sweater was ruined in the process. Unfortunately this is not how things are supposed to go. I didn't come here to invest my money in hopes of risking ANY clothing. Everything is ridiculously priced. Honestly this seems like a scheme to take advantage of these lower end communities ; and sadly the people who live in them. Also made two calls to no avail hopefully the owner sees this post and offers to make things right ,with a refund, a new sweater or both. Also find it funny how 3 months ago they had no hot water. Now 3 months later you still can't choose the temperature. Won't be washing here anytime soon and you shouldn't either. read more

Let me preface by saying my family and I have been doing our laundry here for YEARS, and we've never had any major issues - minor, sure; but never anything like this. They've had several changes of workers over the years and it's sad to say that customer service has dramatically decreased over the years. Granted, it is a laundromat so you go in and go out, so honestly -- no problems there. However, my experience this time around was rather different and baffling. I was doing laundry and drying the clothes, like I would when I typically do laundry. It was a busy evening so there were many people waiting around for machines to open up or to finish up their loads of laundry. I, along with the many other customers there, were waiting. Of course - with how busy it was, some people had to wait while others finished their laundry loads -- patience, they had patience and didn't give others issues for it. However, I noticed there was another customer there and it seemed like she was waiting for a dryer to open up. That's a typical sight at a laundromat because if there are a lot of people, then of course - people take turns, wait, and cycle through their turns. I don't know what her particular issue with me was -- perhaps because I'm Asian and stood out heavily among the rest of the customer population in there, even with my mask on; but it seemed as though she mentioned something to the worker in particular about me. Keep in mind -- a TON of other people were also waiting around to do their laundry and yet, of all people - they chose to specifically choose me. Is this discrimination? Is it racism? Who knows? But it sure looks like it and was very poorly communicated. Regardless, while I was taking my items out of the machines, I was told by the worker that because it's busy, I shouldn't be drying my clothes since a ton of others were waiting around. Again, many others were around drying their clothes and waiting, yet no one gave them as issue, and specifically went to ME. Why wasn't another customer asked to give up their machines? Why specifically mention it to an Asian customer? This doesn't look good on their end, at all. In addition, this was just poorly communicated and in a manner than made me feel discriminated against and extremely belittled, despite being a regular customer here for YEARS. She could have chosen a different moment to communicate with me whatever she wanted to, but instead, while I was bent down near the ground, trying to get clothes out of the machines, she stood above me and told me. In that moment, I felt so belittled, as if I was being yelled at by my mother. Newsflash - she isn't my mother and chose a very poor moment to very poorly communicate with a customer who, like everyone else there that evening, was just trying to finish up laundry and go home. I was belittled, felt extremely discriminated against, and was so angry that of all places this could happen, it was at a laundromat. I can't speak for management itself because after that moment, I was speechless and chose to leave because I refuse to be in an establishment that belittles and discriminates against their paying customers. As for the worker - I'd suggest working on customer service and communication skills, so that this doesn't repeat in the future. The previous workers there have never given me issues when I did laundry there, busy  evening or not. They were so friendly. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the current situation. For future or even returning customers, is this a business you'd want to support? Being belittled and discriminated against for simply doing laundry? It's such a shame to say that of all places such events could occur, it happened in a laundromat. How baffling and unbelievable. read more

When it's brought to her attention she snaps back "my baby is fine - he can do what he wants - my friend works here - it's ok - you don't belong here if you don't like it"... We come here once a year for an annual trip that is long enough that we end up needing to do laundry. We LOVE this laundromat! It is very clean and the machines work well! They no longer have the video games but they have TV's and have upgraded their vending machines. They even have one with ice creams now! There was a lady cleaning the windows when we came this time which goes to show they clean the place often. ALSO, there is a number listed on the board to call in case of an emergency. At this quality, we will continue to use this laundromat when stain the area. read more

Super convenient place to wash our blankets and comforters. Can't wash them at home because they're too big for our washer and dryer. This is one of the few places I found that was open until midnight, which worked out perfectly for me. There are video games and some vending machines with a decent variety of options, or you can grab a bite at jack in the crack across the lot. I think there's a Sonic close by too, but I wouldn't really leave my laundry completely unattended; at least the jack in the box is across the lot so you can run there and pick up somethin if you get hungry. So there are definitely quite a few options to keep you occupied whilst you wait for your stuff to finish. Lots of carts available too, that's always overlooked when it comes to coin-op laundromats. The venue is pretty clean, there are a couple of TV's on and a few benches to rest on as well. Definitely gonna bookmark this spot. Plenty of parking and I think there's even free wifi though I didn't use it. Maybe next time. read more

This place is awesome. They have multiple sizes of washing machines and the dryers are a quarter for ten minutes. Everything is always clean when I come. They have free WiFi, a sink, paper towels, trash cans and even vending machines for drinks and snacks. There are a few arcade games too that are usually plugged in and working. They are open late which is perfect for my crazy schedule. The employees are very nice and helpful. read more

Washer #50 ($3) is currently stuck in wash mode and shows 2 minutes left. It has now been over an hour. Previous comments about staff not being around are accurate. I had to call the number about the issue with the washer. Text message received at 1235pm by owner states that Maria is on her lunch and will be back to assist me in approximately 20 minutes. It's now 135pm and no Maria. Wash still stuck. Picture attached to show the clothes level were not the cause of washer issue nor was too much soap. My clothes are basically being held hostage at this point by the washer until staff arrives. Avoid this laundromat. read more

My rating dropped one star due to the fact that the detergent areas of some of the machines still have residue goop from previous users. They should be cleaned out every night. .no one wants multiple degerents used on their clothes. Also, it seems the top dryers only give 8 minutes for 25 cents, while the bottom ones are the standard 10 minutes. There are NO signs letting you know which machines give you 8 vs 10 minutes. To me, you're cheating the customer by giving less drying time. I still like that for the most part this place is clean. .except for those detergent areas on the washing machines. read more

Okay, so I hate to do this, but this is my 8th time here, and they never have any staff working when I'm here, I'm mean ever, mornings, afternoons or evenings, I am really pissed, I left to go to the store to get some things for my house I was gone 20 minutes and someone stole both of my comforters, and then on top of that someone stole my bleach and soap and softener, and guess what? Their isn't anyone here I can tell, and when you call the # on yelp and inside it says, "the google # your trying to reach is unavailable?" Really!! Really appreciate the honesty and hardworking employee Maria there. I had some issues with a dryer that ate my quarters and when I contacted the number they listed, I got to speak to someone straight away. He had me refunded and later on when I had forgotten my things in the dryer; he made sure to check that Maria was there with my things. Thanks to Adam for his patience with me and helping me retrieve my stuff. All that aside, I love to do my clothes here when it gets slow. I always drive to the sonics in the next center and grab a slush after I toss my clothes in the wash so I can cool down. It gets kinda hot inside so I wish they had big fans. The late hours are a big plus if you ever are in a pinch. read more

Quarter operated - really not a fan of those places that use those cards. LOTS of machines, just be aware there are different types. For 1 load, 3 loads and I think 6 loads. I don't have enough of the same kind of wash to ever take advantage of it, but I think that would be a good choice for comforter and lot and lots of towels. Empty at around 6:00 p. and completely full by 7:30, so the earlier the better. Only wish they had bigger counters to fold laundry. And so very, very inexpensive. $0.75/load to wash, $0.25/10 minutes to dry. Had a little problem with the dryer not really drying well, maybe I just got a bad dryer. This place was a literal nightmare. Extortion-ish prices ($5-6 per washing machine, 0.25$ per 8 minutes on the dryer), hot and humid, no staff, and our dryer #3 was the most underpowered dryer ever built. When everything was done and we were pulling out our heavy load, we found out that someone left a blue pen in the machine, getting ink all over our laundry. I know it was not mine, as it was a blue Bic plastic pen, and I only use pilot fountain pens. I'd advise everyone against coming here. read more

Seems pretty clean. Several heavy duty machines which are $5 a load but they are high capacity. Dryers are $0.25. So the money is in the washers. Anyway looks to be ok for the occasional heavy duty wash like comforters and blankets Second visit here and am happy to get the heavy blankets washed all at once. Our efficient washer at home cannot handle the heavy cotton and goes all wonky during spin cycle. So for a $5 I can do everything at once and be done! read more
