It all started with a simple mission: wash my clothes. Armed with a pile of laundry and an optimistic heart. I did what any modern explorer would do: MapQuested the nearest laundromat. I set out on my journey. First stop--nope. The place looked like it hadn't seen a mop since the dinosaurs roamed. I noped out of there so fast, my socks practically folded themselves. Second stop--still no. This one had machines, sure, but also an unidentified puddle of doom in the corner. Was it water? Detergent? Tears from someone who lost a sock? I wasn't sticking around to find out. By now, my laundry and I were growing weary, but I refused to give up. Clean floors. Sparkling machines. Plenty of space to sit and contemplate my life choices while my clothes spun in bliss. It was huge--like, I could actually breathe without bumping into someone's overflowing basket and bad odors, And yes, there were kids running around, but for once, it wasn't an issue. There was enough space for them to zoom around without me fearing for my freshly folded laundry. Moral of the story: If you want your laundry done in a place that won't give you trust issues, this is the spot. Would I return? Absolutely. Would I tell my clothes they're about to have a spa day instead of laundry duty? You bet. 5/5, highly recommend. read more

4 stars for decent pricing. One machine ate my quarter (annoying). Came because I saw on Yelp they accept cards. This is NOT TRUE in the sense of the word meaning it needs a major clarification. One machine. One. For 6 loads it's $6 and you can pay by cc on that machine. Everything else takes quarters. Place is tidy. Not clean. Most machines are working. A few are in need of service. All of them need a good cleaning. Most of the detergent doors have mildew or some black gunk I avoided. I was able to find 4 machines out of the bunch (on the west side of the location closest to Richman) that didn't have gunk in the detergent compartment and used those. Regular maintenance and cleaning would remedy the issue immediately. The floors aren't clean so I'll be extra careful when unloading the washing machine and into the dryer. Prices are reasonable. It's quiet. Everyone keeps to themselves. 3 TVs in drying/folding area and none are on. Not sure if they're not working or what the deal is. Ceiling fans and open doors keep air circulating and cool. AM seems to be non crowded. No WiFi and no worker/attendant in sight. Edited to remove two stars. It's dirty like nearly to the level of don't come here. Gross (I didn't look at the ceiling and air vents near the dryers before -- yikes!). The place needs a good deep clean. I saw a water bug (cockroach baby) near the sink in the center aisle by the last 2 load machine. And I was wrong. You CAN use your card on their big dryers. So you COULD pay by cc to wash and dry your clothes if you opted for those two machines. Long story short. Price is good. That's about it. Major room for improvement read more

This business does NOT readily accept credit cards. They have an ATM and change machine in the corner in order for you to use their coin-operated machines. Most of their machines work and the place is well kept, but in a time of pandemics and coin shortages most of their machines still require quarters. read more

I have to take my clothes to the laundromat but this one is relatively clean but cheaper than the other ones. But about 1/3 of the machines are broken and it doesn't look like they fix them right away. It's fine if you speak Spanish but nothing else. I would not recommend this one. read more

Do not wash any light colored clothes here unless you want to risk their machines leaving stains all over them. After I asked the worker about it, she responded that she "just works here". And then when I asked who I could talk to about it, she just shook her head and walked away. Wow what a superb example of horrible customer service. Some of my clothes that are now ruined were very expensive. The risk is not worth the cheap price of the machines. read more

This laundromat is a really great place to come and do laundry! The old laundry mat I went to always had bums and machines were always "out of order". But this place is a huge upgrade! The machines are really nice, some even accept card! A laundromat that accepts cards! I'm in heaven! Even if the parking lot is packed and gives it a vibe of being "packed" it really isn't. The inside is very spacious with a lot of folding tables, dryers and even washers of different sizes. They have coin changers and even a vending machine with soap and stuff if you forget yours at home. Very clean and workers seem happy to work! I really do recommend this place and is now my go to laundromat. read more

We love this place. We make laundry a family outing! It's faster to bring all our laundry here and do it in their giant machines than to walk back and forth to our complex machines. We bring drinks and snacks and just hang out. The staff is super awesome. There is always someone cleaning. Other patrons are courteous and friendly. read more

My washer decided to take a break from household chores. I have not been in a laundromat in years! Found this one and so glad I gave it a chance. It's not in the best neighborhood but it's very clean with a variety of washing machines, regular size to extra extra large(6 to 9 loads). The machines were clean and the counter were wiped down by the onsite employee. I will be coming back to use the big machines for the comforters and bedding that needs cleaning, saving me in dry cleaning. read more

Our house is in the middle of rebuilding. We Came on a Friday night at 9pm, they were already starting to clean up for the night but still allowed me to wash as they close at 1030. Really enjoyed using this facility, super clean and the employees were courteous. They were checking each individual washer and wiped it down, wiped and double checked each dryer for lint. New to this area and I love this laundry mat and wouldn't go anywhere else! Always so clean and the ladies here are always keeping things clean and helping out if there is a problem. For such high traffic, of course there is gonna be a spot that may be dirty for a few minutes before they come and clean up since they are constantly cleaning up after us all! Outrageous prices. 2.50 (or maybe it was even 2.75) for 1 load?! And on top where you put in the soap was all moldy. There were 3 compartments for detergent, fabric softener, and bleach. And two of them were full of water so you couldn't even use them... Filthy. Expensive. Don't waste your time just go somewhere, anywhere, else. read more

First time here. Second time in a laundromat. The place is huge. Close to downtown. Not as clean as the one in Buena Park but it carries more types of machine. Same $2.25 for 2 loads machine. Met the new owner on the way out and had the feeling he's going to make this place sparklingly clean soon. It just needs 2-4 more TVs, couple more working desks and phone charging stations, more street lights in the front (it looks kinda ghetto outside), new name (a easier one to remember like Fullerton Laundromat, Happy Laundromat or Richman Laundromat), clean detergent dispenser/ wipe washer door more often and advertise on Instagram/Facebook/Yelp/local facebook would make this place a hub for Fullerton locals. I've been here three times. The first time was fine and were two employees on site cleaning the whole time. That next two times no one was around, bathrooms were locked and several of my shirts were ruined due to something black getting on them during washing or drying. The fourth time I went there I didn't actually stay. Some chick was fighting with a guy in the parking lot and started accusing me of wearing her shit and told me she was going to rape and murder me. My only crime was I happened to be parked next to his car and was unloading my laundry during their fight. So no thanks, I won't be returning. read more
