Our very expensive washer broke so I have found myself at the laundromat until it gets repaired. You will need cash to get coins from their coin machine. They have one vending machine with snacks, soda, water & laundry detergent. You will need powder detergent for these machines. They have washer machines that do 1,2,3,4 & 6 loads- costs vary, settings on machines vary. They do have a quick wash cycle. The dryers are quite large and can easily fit over 3 loads. There is no AC, too warm in the large room in my opinion. They have one bathroom- you have to pay a quarter to use it. They have a sink out but no soap which I found inconvenient after touching dirty money. Vons is next door in case you need to buy laundry detergent or dryer sheets. read more

This the laundromat is probably the best in San Diego! This was my go to laundromat before I moved into my apartment that had a in room, washer and dryer. I used to wash my clothes sometimes twice and rewash them and soak them here. I hadn't been here for a year and I recently came back and they have BRAND NEW WASHERS. These washers wash incredibly good. I no longer have to use the top washer. I use the front loading washer now. It has a setting where it pre-washes the clothes rinses them and then I add detergent and it washes it a second time for me. It even has a setting where it'll wash your clothes essentially three times and rinse it twice. It has a setting where it can wash your clothes for almost 40 minutes. My clothes smells so fresh when they come out I use Purcell detergent and I started using borax the laundry booster. And a new rinse additive. I only pay a dollar more to double and triple wash my clothes sometimes two dollars more depending but it's very affordable. You don't have to worry about mold in the washer from an old washer or eating your coins and having to try to figure out how to get your money back. My clothes come out smelling fresh like the detergent I use as opposed to stale like they need to be re-washed again. It's amazing! I highly recommend. read more

Sometimes you just have so much laundry from a spring cleaning that it just makes sense to go the a laundromat. If you are ever in this situation then the laundry basket is an excellent choice! Exceptionally clean, great layout with large folding tables and roller carts, and surprisingly affordable. read more

Huge points for being clean! But it was pretty small. Hard to access available machines during normal busy times like weekend afternoons.

The hours say they open at 6am. It is 645 and it is locked and closed. Wasted my morning. Aggravating!

First of all, thank you for responding and coming so quick to help during after hours! Backstory, I come here because it's clean and fair priced. I usually use the bigger washers but I used the medium sized one for my delicates tonight. The washer got stuck in wash mode and the attendant had just left for the evening. So I yelped the business and find the number! I leave a message and it's responded to within 10 minutes. The owner, whom I didn't catch his name, said he'd be in within 10 minutes. He was! He fixes his own machines which is amazing. I like self sufficiency! I've been coming here for a while now and will return. Are these laundry machines or slot machines? Been here three times so far and each time I lose money in the washers. I finally gave up on doing my laundry here because I'm tired of the cycle of losing money, filling out the little slip (they've run out, BTW. I wonder why) changing machines, praying that one won't suck up even more money. Gave up today. Filled out the slip, gathered my laundry and left. Thankful for friends with an open washer/dryer so I can stop losing money. To the owner: please get it together and empty the coin receptacles on a regular basis so we can stop losing a few bucks each wash day. It's not like we can afford it. read more

Super clean facility! Well maintained machines and the place was attended by a super sweet gentleman who was wiping down machines after each use. I went in to wash a comforter on a Saturday morning around 9am and it wasn't busy at all. read more

I'm absolutely baffled that you have to pay 25 cents to use a restroom that has puddles of pee and a terrible odor that hits you as soon as you walk inside it. It's laundromat i wasn't expecting much but paying to use a restroom that's extremely unhygienic made me actually laugh. read more

I was in town at a nearby hotel and had to wash some of my kids' clothes. I chose this because of its location and good ratings. I arrived at 8:08 and was told I couldn't wash my clothes even though they are open until 9:30 and have a sign that says last load 8:15. Thanks for nothing. read more

This laundromat has been a dump for quite some time and the new owners have done a fabulous job with the renovation. Everything is stainless steel and clean. The owner Scott was very receptive to customers and even offered to give me a quarter when I was short. Overall the new place is very clean and I highly recommend you check this place out if you're in the area and need to do a ton of laundry. read more

Update: changed my one star to a two star because management refunded my money. However, I'm leaving my review because once he arrived he didn't let me explain anything. He just angrily kept telling me how he is trying to run a business and the one star was detrimental to his business. I told him I considered removing the comment altogether after he called me back. I decided not to because when he arrived he was rude and did not let me speak. What is it with laundry mat owners? I've had an awful experience before at a different one. 6 load machine stopped without finishing as I was washing blankets. Nobody here to get a refund or restart the machine. Clean and bright. One star deduction for needing to pay to use the restroom. Should have something in place for if you are using machines/a paying customer it should be free. The hours posted online for this business or deceiving. Washing is only available until 8:15p even if you want to run a 20 min load and take it home to dry. This place is rule oriented, not customer oriented. There are other laundromats open until 11p for working families. read more

This place is a rare find in the laundry mat world. Always clean and tidy, machines always working, and did I say CLEAN? Nothing is dusty, or crumby. They have washing machines as low as 3 dollars for a top load, the commercial sized ones are huge, the medium sized commercial one fit my 4 by 6 foot rug just fine! highly recommend coming here for any laundry need. read more

The NEW and IMPROVED Laundry mat is an incredible change. It is so clean and comfortable now. The machines are clean and new and they even have a bathroom which most laundry mats never have. I have a washer and dryer at my house but I had to do comforters and blankets and needed large capacity washers. I was so impressed with the new laundry mat that I may come back and do ALL my laundry at once and be done with it so I can GO TO THE BEACH !!!!
