He was the most miserable person I have ever come in contact with. I politely asked where the closest place was to get champagne so we could toast in the bus and he threw his hands up and rudely said that he didn't know. I felt scolded for asking a simple question. As we drive, he slammed on his breaks numerous times as our videographer has on tape and every person on the bus spilled drinks because of it. To top it off, we arrived at the reception at 6 pm when we had paid to be on the bus until 645 pm. I asked why we had arrived so early and he responded with: "You had reservations until 630 pm and I have somewhere to be so this is going to have to work." He also said that he already talked to his manager about me, called me a F****** B****, and said that his manager said that he would expect nothing less than someone like me from a party like that. All while this lovely conversation was going on, he coasted in the parking lot and SLAMMED on his breaks, throwing everyone in the bus. The bride and groom spilled drinks all over themselves before entering the reception. Our videographer saw everything and was even nervous about our safety. Nobody deserves to be treated like this. I would hate for anyone else to have such a horrible experience on their wedding day. Luckily, being the "type of party" we are, we made the best of the night to celebrate the wedding we were in.

The driver initially dropped us at the wrong location, requiring a return trip to the correct exchange point. As a result, we lost approximately 1 hour & missed our scheduled afternoon activity. We request a full refund for this portion of the trip. Chundu Island Our stay at Chundu Island fell below expectations: Limited and underwhelming activities. Repeated confusion regarding prepayment for Victoria Falls activities, despite prior confirmation. Significant ant infestation upon arrival, resulting in multiple bites (see photos) & ants on dining utensils. Two encounters with a bat in our room. Unreliable hot water, allowing effectively one shower per person per stay. Frequent boat operational issues, including collisions and a broken steering line, leading to modified excursions. CapeTown Dinner cruise was cancelled; we requested a full refund. Missed opportunity to hike Table Mountain despite favorable conditions. Our requests to arrange an alternative guide were denied, causing significant disappointment. Insurance We purchased travel insurance through Travel Insured Intl (Crum & Forster) for $1255. Ntaba did not provide the documentation needed to submit a claim for the 4 paid activities affected by cancellations & operational mishaps. Our travel advisor, Jodi Oechsle of Krafty Travel, never submitted the claim on our behalf. We request immediate provision of the necessary documentation and clarification on why the claim was not submitted. We acknowledge and appreciate that Ntaba provided a goodwill gesture of $500 in recognition of some of the issues experienced at Chundu Island. However, this goodwill gesture did not address the four paid activities that were missed due to cancellations or operational mishaps. We request a formal response addressing each concern, along with details regarding refunds & compensation.

We camp here with our Toyhauler a couple times a year, during the camping season. We have friends…read morethat have a Seasonal site here, which is why we come out here. The campground is very well maintained. The campground is situated around a decent sized, rectangular shaped clean lake, with open fields around the campground, and Highway (Route 6), runs next to it, at the North end of the campground. The campground caters to the seasonal campers here, but it does have limited sites open to weekenders. The seasonal campers that I've met have been really nice. It's usually quite here, a great place to take kids to, as they can't really get into trouble, or go to far away. The lake is clean, with a little beach, 2 floating decks for the kids to play on. They also rent paddle boats and life jackets too. They have a small play area for the kids to have fun in. The showers are clean, they have a small general store/office that usually has what you may need. If not, Wal-mart is only about 1.5 miles away, as are other stores and restaurants. I suggest that you call and make reservations though, because they do fill up on weekends with different events going on in the area. And like I said, they don't have many open spots for weekend campers here, First come~First served.
