I went to supercharged last week with some friends, despite many people saying it's overpriced we had a great time. We loved the go karts, we did not do the arcade but we did go to the trampoline section after. They have 2 places to get food, instead of going to the restaurant we just enjoyed the pizza upstairs. Just went here and it was fun. The wipeout was hard in jeans and if you do that to make sure you wear gym clothes. They charge by the hour but I think they should give you the option to do 30 mins or an hour. We paid for an hour but was only on it for 30 mins. The arcade was fun but the "winners circle" was expensive. We had 300 tickets and could only get 1 piece of candy. For the amount of money we spent I would rather go to urban air in Bellingham. read more

So after leaving the car meet that happened today I felt as though I had to come here and write this review. I read a lot of these reviews are about the safety... the track, the carts and the system they have is plenty safe. If someone gets hurt on the track it is due to driver error. And even though I only did one race, not once did I feel unsafe. To top it off the entire facility is immaculate, the staff is professional and polite, and the food was pretty good too. I had the chance to briefly meet the owner at the entrance tonight while he was handling the additional traffic and he is a very genuine person. His wife, him, and the faculty have gotten a bad rap from the media, but that shouldn't stop you from coming here. I can not recommend this place enough. read more

Well, I'd LOVE to give this place a 4 or even a five but what happened while there and how staff handled it changed my mind. Went for my friends 22nd bday. Trying to have a good time before the snow storm hits so we got there as soon as they opened. This was our very first visit by the way. Check-in was amazing, friendly and thorough. I wish i remembered the name of the girl who checked us and and explained every possible activity we might want to do. So we went with just the go cart package. I think we paid like $120 for 3 races each. And each race is like 6-8 laps(they're timed). During 2 of the 3 races my friend was first on the track and first to finish but was marked 3rd place. The third race she was first out and someone bumped her. They cut power to her car until every passed then powered her back up. She ended up in sixth place. Not cool. There was definitely some favoritism going on. Idk if the other guys were regular but they definitely continually singled her out. Might see if private parties are available with family and friends only because some fishy was definitely going on there. read more

My kids Only did the ninja wipeout course, because there Was a 2 and a hour wait for a go kart race... ninja wipeout course looks like it might be fun... I wouldn't know because you can't go in with your kid unless u pay and buy the special socks (no you can't bring socks from other jump places what ever it's only 5.00 for 2 pair and these socks are better)... although the place seems cool I won't return here as a parent the only appeal to a place like this is maybe getting a cool video or pic of my kid doing some cool crap... and it's next to impossible here with the exception of the 1st obstacle.. if you are not going to let parents in there really needs to be an elevated viewing position for the us to watch read more

I went to this place for a birthday party, i am 17 years old. They say i have to be 15 to be able to ride the go karts. They made me call my mother and get her to fill out my waiver for me. LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT!!! There's no advertisement for that. The man in the front (jaden) i think his name was, was super rude. Made this interaction way more complicated than needed. He would purposely try to piss me and my four other friends off. That happen whatever, we waited for our turn to ride and we got in. The people racing with us were way older than us which already means that they are going to way harsher than us. They were and when we finally got off the ride we were talking amongst ourselves and a worker, never got his name, walked behind us and mocked us behind our backs. Super unprofessional. Most of the people who work there seem like they hate their jobs... Better employees would fix this problem. People in that building need to fix their attitudes. Won't be coming back anytime soon. read more

Compared to the other go carting entertainment centers, this place has the best bang for your buck. Other places are $30-35+ for 1 race while here it's only $25! Look it up. Staff was excellent as well. It does get very busy during the weekend so we decided to take part in the ninja wipeout course they have and had a blast. Im not athletic enough for the obstacles but you may be. If you get a chance make sure you stop by the cafe upstairs. I heard it's the best pizza around. Race was good also. Had some slower driver in the race but the track marshals did what they could to make the race good for us. Definitely worth a trip down! You will enjoy the experience! read more

this was not a good place to go have fun, the staff was pretty good but the go karting didn't go fast and we weren't informed. we paid 25 dollars, 25 DOLLARS TO not go fast than 5 mph. This place just opened and it's awesome!! Not only does the place have the largest multi level go cart track in the world, it has a huge full size ninja course and arcade and a full bar with good!! It's clean and right off route 1 down the street from Gillette Stadium! It's absolutely going to make it big here since this area is blowing up. Prices are decent and staff is friendly!! Went and waited in line for almost an hour just for them to send us into a different line. We waited in the next line for an hour too. Overall the customer service was just bad and it was way too expensive there. There isn't a whole lot to do either. Not a great place to bring teenagers. First time visiting was 2 nights ago. I must admit it was a great experience. Restroom was extremely clean and well stocked. Please don't bump anyone's cart cause it's not bumper cars & it hurts like a real accident. Carts are kind of small though. I felt like I was squeezing into a clown car & I'm only 5'1. I took away one star cause we were going to grab some food but they closed the kitchen early. Anyhow the bartender stated due to lack of business but he was still serving drinks with zero customers. Thank God Wegmans was open until midnight for a pizza. It has plenty of arcade games & a large competition Wipeout area. Make sure you bring socks & closed toe shoes cause their supplies are limited. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did. It is a bit pricey but worth the visit if you can afford it. Expect to spend at least $25-50 per person or more depending on the activities you choose. I will say by the end of the first race you're really just getting the hang of it. Don't forget your mask! Lastly, make sure you fill out the waivers on the kiosk before getting in line to pay. Not only did I talk very highly of this place to my girlfriend, I had a great experience at the Connecticut location. We changed our dinner reservation to 5pm just so we could get to this location 30 minutes earlier than our reserved time- which was 7pm, as required. So we arrived at 630. I was very excited to experience this with my girlfriend. It took us a little over 30 minutes with a line of a family of 9, 5 and maybe 2 or 3 couples that were ahead of us. So we get to the front of the line at 7:02, understanding that we had missed our time. Once we got to the desk the girl told us that we had missed our time and our only options were to wait an hour and a half or to get a credit for our next time. Since it was Valentines Day and we had planned our night around this event, neither option seemed satisfactory. We asked if there was anyone else we could speak to or if we could get a refund and were informed that neither were an option. To me this is very poor example of customer service. We had done everything that was asked of us- arrived on time, pre-paid, filled and signed our waivers 3 days prior. Good place, decent prices beer but we went on a day where they had a special going. Drank a few drinks while we waited for our race. Asked the lady if we could just get a race with just our friends. She said she will try but if other CUSTOMER come in then she can't. So about 20 minutes later our turn was up. We were with a race with 8 other people, all of which are employees of the establishment. They had time off says the manager, so if this was the case why didn't they go into a race with just themselves. Not 30 seconds into the race I got rear ended hard by one of their employees and swore at to move out of the way. I understands accidents happen once or twice but when they consistently do it during the race, it makes the experience not enjoyable. My friend also got hit a few times while racing, they have employees throughout the track to warn people about bumping, clearly they did not warn anyone about this. read more

I went once with a group of friends and then shortly after decided to join one of the racing leagues. Very glad I did. David Still, Will Mills and the whole staff put on a great experience regardless of if it's a league race or not. Tracks are challenging and the karts are quick. On top of that the food and drink is great, the gaming area has a awesome variety and even though I haven't personally done it i've had friends tell me the ninja wipeout course is challenging and fun. 10/10 would and will race again read more

This place was SO fun!!!!! I came here with my cousins who were visiting from California. They were staying with our grandparents in West Roxbury. We came first thing on the weekend and the ride was really quick. I did personally think that the go kart rides were a little overpriced, but it was basically worth it. The go kart track was fun. I got to race on both tracks. It's nice having the option to race on more than one track. But compared to other go kart tracks they do a poor job with safety. Before getting on the track you get a laminated piece of paper that is two sided explaining the flags and the course and then pointed to look at a wall with the same information. The employees dont show any concern for ensuring participants are aware of the rules. And it shows that no one is aware of these once on the track. Once on the track the martials lazely wave the flags at participants to move out of the way. Their is constant contact with drivers making it a very unsafe enviroment. The martials dont give any penalty flags to pull participants off the track and explain their poor behavior. The policy for slow drivers is to move to the right at all times. This puts them on the race line at times causing accidents between the faster and slower drivers. This caused many accidents which turned into pile ups because the martials never waved a yellow flag to caution you of accidents during my time their. Their are no lights on the track to make you aware of this either, as with every other track I have been to. Nor are the track martials locations made obvious to drivers. I will never be returning because this is not racing. It is high speed bumper cars and it is only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured. I did not find any bit of the racing their enjoyable and I use the term racing very loosely when describing what took place their. read more
