Stay away from this company. Gregory came to my home for an estimate. I told him I wanted a one time deep clean (he advertises that). I told him to focus on the bathrooms, but we agreed to cleaning ceiling fans, mopping floors, cleaning baseboards, dusting blinds, cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms, etc. He said no problem, and he'd send his "best cleaners". When he showed up an hour late alone, I had a bad feeling. He complained about his "employees" being late. When they finally showed up, he introduced himself to one of them, and started to show her his cleaning techniques. ??????? This folks is his idea of "best employees". I left to let them clean. My big mistake was paying him $180. The estimate was $175, but I didn't have change. He wanted cash because his employees liked to be paid in cash. Right. After 3 hours, he texted me to tell me he was done. When I got home he was already gone.....He didn't stick around to make sure I was happy with the job. My house was filthy. The blinds hadn't been cleaned, the fans dirty. My floors weren't mopped....none of the furniture was dusted (even though he kept saying he was going to do a complete dust down...whatever that is.). My Master bedroom hadn't been touched. The master bathtub had dirt in it. The mirror was streaked. My tv stand had dried ice cream on it from the day before. There were coffee grounds under the coffee maker. The stove had dried food on it from the day before. My rugs were dirty. They did vacuum. There was still mold in my shower. My laundry room wasn't touched. And the skylight in my bathroom had cobwebs in it even though I was specific about getting them down. So, I called him, but he claimed he couldn't hear me, so I hung up and texted him. I gave him a list of things that hadn't been done. He said oh I'm sorry....I did the master, but I didn't check the work....blah, blah, blah. I told him I wanted my money back....he said ok. As the night went on he told me no he wasn't going to give me all the money.....we went back and forth for a bit, and then he started getting mean......then he texted someone else, but he texted in a group message that I was included in....complaining about me.....and pasting my messages, and I was getting all of them. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!!! DON'T DO IT!! He's completely unprofessional. He said he would give me some of my $180 back, but that he'd drop it on my front porch, as he didn't want to see my face again, and wanted me out of his life. We'll see if it happens. read more

This cleaning service is the best I've ever used. The work was done fast but thoroughly. Everything was very clean. Also very good and fair prices. I would recommend to anyone who needs any cleaning done. read more

He did an excellent job and gave us an excellent price, his workers did amazing and I highly recommend using them for a move out cleaning.

What a joke this business is. Promised me the moon and gave me the shaft. Move out cleaning was so bad I did not get my deposit back from rental co. I'm not typically one to post a lower-starred review, but this company has left a foul taste in my mouth even after a few years. I've used SuperClean Pros two separate times, to perform move-out cleanings on my past homes. The first time, everything was great! I was given an estimate, was satisfied with the level of workmanship, paid, and that was that. Fast forward to a year later, when I was moving out of my next home. I figured, Gregory seemed professional and gave me a good deal, so why not? The estimate was as I'd remembered it the time before: prompt, no-nonsense, and the quote was fair. He also mentioned that if I agreed to pay cash, he'd knock $15 off the quoted rate, mentioning that cash gives him an advantage to paying his cleaners in a faster manner. Awesome - a discount! On the day of the actual move-out cleaning, Gregory arrived with his cleaning lady, asking if they could use my cleaning supplies as he did not have everything on his person. Confused, I mentioned that the apartment was empty (as it was a move-out cleaning), my items were miles away at my new residence, and that I didn't recall this type of agreement at the time of the estimate. He went on to mention that, with repeat customers (it was my second time using him in a 12 month period), they only provide cleaning supplies the first time around. He then mentioned that it was my "lucky day", as he happened to have cleaning supplies with him at a job site not far away. Lucky day?! Last I checked, I'm paying YOU to clean my apartment! But I digress. I thanked him and let him know I'd be back in two hours (the time he told me to come back) with cash in hand, and he'd hand me my check in exchange - per his instructions, I had given him a postdated check at the time of the estimate that he agreed to hold onto until the cleaning was through. Gregory called me an hour and a half later, mentioning that he was finished and needed the cash immediately. As I was at work and had agreed to meet him at the two hour mark (giving me ample time to swing by an ATM), I let him know that I would be by as soon as I could. I immediately left, drove to the closest ATM machine, and headed back to the apartment within a 15 or so minute range. When I arrived, the apartment was cleaned well (which is the reason I opted to not give a single-star review), but Gregory mentioned he would be depositing my full-amount check because he had to pay his cleaning lady and couldn't wait up. This leads me to believe two things: 1) he's hiring and paying from under the table, and 2) he's not a man of his word, nor is he abiding by the contract he drafted up for me. I reminded him of our agreement and he merely mentioned that that's just how he conducts business. At the end of the day, he left without honoring the discount we had agreed upon, and made me out to feel guilty for not being there sooner with cash in hand. Uhh, two hours is two hours, not an hour and a half. I was floored, and agreed that I would never give this man my business again. Am I bitter that I got duped out of $15? Maybe a bit, but it's not the end of the world. What bothered me was Gregory's lack of professionalism and overall lack of empathy toward the situation at hand. In a city where there are many options for house cleaning, I'd certainly only recommend contacting SuperClean Pros as a very, very last resort. read more
