The Supercuts at 3720 Beltline Rd in Addison is fabulous!! ALL of the stylists there have mad skills... Juani is amazing! Nick is amazing!! and the lovely Asian lady who's name I cannot remember ...Even when i have witnessed RUDE people , these stylists stay professional! i was there when a couple ( gf and bf) came in and asked for Nick... he had never worked with them before, but he did a beautiful job on the boyfriend, but the girlfriend kept complaining EVEN THO Nick was asking and working to get it right!! Then she didn't want to pay...they were nasty and ghetto... Nick kept it pro and tried to please them but they ( the gf esp) were just NASTY! I never leave reviews but this experience was so uncomfortable and awful I feel compelled to share so others can avoid this branch. While waiting for our appointment, the two stylists got into a heated argument about a clerical error that lasted nearly 10 minutes, with the male stylist berating the female stylist while 5 customers sat around awkwardly in the lobby. They then proceeded to fight over who would be relieved of cutting my 10 year old's hair RIGHT IN FRONT OF US after we waited 30 minutes to be helped even though our ETA wait time was 0 minutes. Mayra did a fantastic job at fixing my attempted mullet. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me tips on what to do when cutting my hair at home, and how to style it. Extremely DISGUSTINGLY RUDE lady here...purple hair...see picture! Went in to get a pedicure next door before my haircut appointment and she came out yelling saying I couldn't park in front of the store until my actual appointment time....?!!!! The spot wasn't even reserved under the SuperCut spots! They had two spots of their own reserve which were open and I took the one not reserved. There was nobody in the store to top it off and the lack of professionalism was just shocking on how she demanded me to move my car! No wonder there is not a single person in the store!!! I have REALLY curly hair and needed a quick cut for my split ends. Bopha cut my hair (gave me a v-cut, which is exactly what I wanted) and it's one of the better haircuts I've had as a curly girl. The other stylist was honest and said she didn't have as much experience cutting curly hair and I switched over to Bopha when she became available. I appreciate the first stylist's honesty so much and Bopha was JUST GREAT and very knowledgeable about curly hair. read more

I stopped in this place last night....at 15 minutes til close.... I was met with great hospitality by the manager. Usually when I go to these "franchise cuts" places I am met with apprehension because of the texture of my hair and the definition in my cut. Well, the manager was super nice and accomodating. She made me feel like an old friend. First, she knew it would be more than 15 minutes, no frustration. Second, she went ober everything in detail before cutting. She made sure she had a understanding. Ran it back to me like she was taking my order (i.e. ok, let me make sure I have this right, you want......). Third, she understood my misinterpretation and mis-understainding of "hair talk". We worked by talking, pointing out. She got it, ALL of it! Fourth, she made small suggestions of inexpensive tools to get hair magic! like how to get color out without damaging my hair for $5 total. WOWzers....Lastly, she didnt do a full cut so she was able to give me a discounted rate!!! To top off an already good experience. There was another lady ckeaning the entire time so the shop was well kept. Product displayed nicely, sinks clean. I was leery because of past experiences with these kind of places, but she definitely deserves a gold star. I left her a nice tip! Not to mention, she was pregnant, so I can imagine she is evem nicer when her harmones aint going crazy!! I think her name was Yesenia. Not 100 percent certain, but she is the manager. read more

Didn't listen to what I wanted, refused to trim bangs. Customer service does not answer phone and does not return calls!!!

I got my hair cut here three times. It wasn't horrible as I am pretty specific with what I want and most of it is just guard work. The staff is always really nice though. It's usually pretty empty here not too much of a wait but they don't seem to be able to keep employees here not sure why. Cheap. Quick. Decent hair cuts. What more can you ask for from a Super Cuts. I got a haircut from a guy that worked there, and he was fantastic. He did an incredible job. I walked in with long hair and an overdue haircut. I didn't really know what I wanted, but this guy took care of me! Highly recommend getting a haircut from the guy with scissors tattooed on his hand. I'm probably going to get my hair cut from him as long as possible before he becomes a celebrity! read more

The hospitality was good but the results were not. I asked for my hair to sit on my shoulders and unfortunately that did not happen. My hair was cut all the way up to my jaw line. I now look like a 10 year old boy. There's no turning back but I am very disappointed. read more

Shamika cut my squirrelly, multitextured, difficult hair. She completely understood what I meant when I explained what I wanted, and what doesn't work with my hair. I love the results, and she cracked me up the entire time. Unfortunately, she's usually at the store on Oak Lawn. I may just have to drive further for my next cut. read more

This review is based on my only time at Supercuts...I usually spend a LOT more than what they here charge at a higher end salon. I wanted to chop my hair off as a spur of the moment decision, and thanks to their online check-in I was able to see how long the expected wait would be so I didn't have to waste time waiting there. I got to the location a few minutes prior to my estimated check in time but was greeted and helped immediately. I had a picture of what I was going for and even though the cut wasn't exactly like the picture, I like it better than the picture I showed her. When she finished she asked if I would like anything changed, and she touched up part of it perfectly (it's like she read my mind). I'm not going to lie, I was scared to go as short as the cut is (and was probably in shock at first) but she did an amazing job and I can't believe how inexpensive it was. One thing that is probably common knowledge to others but I didn't know is that everything is a la carte - the price is for the haircut only, and if you want it washed or blow-dried afterwards, it is extra. One of my favorite haircuts to date. read more

Can get a pretty good haircut here for not too much money. You get in and out pretty quick and good thing is not lot of picky women in here with lot of hair and lot of demands from the stylists. Mostly guys go here and just want a good quick haircut without a lot of fussing.... the prices reflect that. read more

Janet is by far the worst person to get your haircut from. She was so distracted by the music and other people talking she barley looked at my hair while taking shears to it. I told her a trim, my hair is all one length except for bangs which I told her to frame to my face. I ended up with layers literally on one side of my head. (I part my hair down the middle so it's pretty noticeable) I guess I will have to go back to high end salons to get a trim and pay $40. read more
