At 18, I moved to Utah for school and I've bounced around out west and in the DC area on and off for over a decade, and have never had someone work the kind of magic on my hair that Misty does. Utah is a cosmetology metropolis, and every other girl you meet up u t there does hair, but NONE are Misty. I unfortunately came to town for 36 hours to attend my teenage years best friend's funeral, and Misty squeezed my mom and I in and I am alive again. Misty is quickly meticulous with coloring. She weaves the color throughout your hair like nobody else. You can show her any picture you find online, and she will duplicate it. She effortlessly runs those blades and coloring brushes she's through your hair and finishes with a masterpiece every single time. Do not even get me started on her formal up-dos. Literally looks like you're going to the Grammy's. If you question whether to go to Misty or not-always choose to go.

This visit was just simple for me with a trim and a blow dry as this was much needed and after the time it took Valerie to do this I could already see the results of how awesome my hair looked as she did an incredible job! For the awesome work that Valerie did her prices were just right as it wasn't too pricey but just perfect for the services that she offers which was awesome because I know that's not the way with a lot of other stylists. The staff are extremely friendly and laid back so while you're in a really nice, clean salon/spa, you also don't feel judged or stuffy. As soon as we walked in we were taken upstairs to the pedicure stations. We were each given a glass of wine (came with the package) and we relaxed in the chairs with our feet in the hot spa foot tubs while we waited for our pedicurists (is that a word? lol) to get situated. It was fun talking with them while they worked on our feet and they also respected our personal conversations between just me and my friend as well. They did more than I've ever received during any other spa pedicure. They scrubbed our feet, filed them, clipped nails, foot mask, foot scrub, lotion and massage, and painted our nails. It was the fastest hour of my life because it was so relaxing! I seriously could have sat there all day. When we were finished, the ladies helped us move into the next room so we could let the paint dry on our nails. My toes look great! The paint was perfectly done. This experience was worth every penny and before our pedicures were over, my friend said she wanted to come back. I don't think we'll be going anywhere else for salon treatments. This is THE place!
