Fatima is stimply the greatest stylist and best professional at her job at hair cutting; very patient, courteous, welcoming, and does the best for the client. Time for a brief followup. While there are multiple Supercuts in the local area this one seems to be my go-to because of location and because of its availability. What works here is the that the Supercuts website makes it beyond easy to schedule a time in advance by as little as 15-30 minutes or several hours ahead. While that time is not a reservation per se, I've never had to wait overly long when I show up. This location seems to do the best of the three of four in the immediate area of having enough stylists working so that wait times are minimal. Note that showing first thing in the morning is usually not a good idea as seemingly there are always a few people outside waiting to hip check you out of the way to be first in line. In my experience if you can swing a weekday mid to late afternoon, do it. Fast. While this location has not had a lot of turnover lately not everyone here fully listens to what you want them to do which is insane as I'm about the most non-pretentious person when it comes to what I would like done. Make it even with no Afros or Mullets and I'm good. If you use the website you can see who is working and attempt to request them although that doesn't mean that when you get there they may not be tied up doing some ninety year old's color job for two hours. To a degree everything with hair to me is relative. If you want an amazing cut of perfection then head to a foo-foo salon and drop a Benjamin but when you consider the ease of the process combined with the price this place isn't half-bad. read more

Autumn was amazing. Very few hair stylists that I've had in the past talk to me or seem to care. Autumn did both. She was so friendly and helpful. I appreciated her advice. She was genuinely sweet, caring and actually talked to me. It didn't feel pressured or awkward. I really enjoyed my time and will 100% be back and ask for her specifically. Honestly, I don't know why I even bothered with a chain. I wanted a soft curl look and they didn't even know how to use the curling iron. She didn't even know how to part my hair so the curls wouldn't be one clump. Anyone can get a license. Don't bother with them. read more

I have been going to Supercuts for awhile now. I like the way Patience cuts my hair, she is great with razor-pixie cuts. However, I would trust a lot of the girls who work there. I tried them several times because I'm pretty broke. And had decent cuts once. That hairdresser is no longer there. Each time, my hair was uneven, not even close to what I asked for, had chunks of random longer hair on my neckline, and overall looked awful! Stay away! read more

Really friendly girls with minimal turnover. Clean and upbeat. Not high-end but a step up from Holiday Hair. Even with my limited hair and easy cut (#3 clippers and blend it in!) - they don't rush me out and I enjoy the conversation. Then again I have a thing for girls who cut my hair... Kidding aside - the staff is very good with my kids (9 year old boy and 13-year old girl). They are helping my daughter develop her own style and that's been a long time coming - they suggest good shampoos for her oily hair which as a single-Dad is a plus! My sons haircut requires less skill than mine - but they always treat him like gold. Al One night I came late - about ten minutes before closing - and Lorilee didn't show a hint of irritation. As someone who has spent time in retail and HATES the last-minute shoppers I would have been less cordial and more apt to rush. I've had Lorilee, Nancy, Katy and at least two others and all have been good. BYou're going to wait most of the time - I don't mind but some might. They give all of their customers their undivided attention and don't try and turn you over quickly. B Con: Their register won't allow you to write out a tip on your credit card slip so they have to ask you verbally if you want to tip. I'm sure it's awkward for them and that REALLY needs to be resolved. I don't particularly like announcing my tip - I doubt others do as well. I'm loyal to this place. Sometimes the crowd is too much and I need to head to their Schoenersville store - but most times I settle in. I normally going later in the day when kids are home so that probably has a lot to do with it. I don't believe they take appointments - but as a guy I feel silly making hair appointments anyway. I don't know if this is the type of place a woman getting ready to be married would hit - but I'll leave that to someone more familiar with the hierarchy of hair places! read more

Avoid this location. Always busy. Calling ahead gets you nothing. Quality of cut varies wildly by stylist. Not worth your time.
