It was close to closing time on a Saturday but she got me in anyways and didn't make me feel rushed. She was patient while I showed her numerous photos of hair styles I liked and ultimately used her expertise to help decide the cut. She did a terrific job and was very professional. As with any Supercuts, your cut and conversation can vary from stylist to stylist. If you have time to wait or call ahead, I suggest asking for Tavie, she is awesome! She does a great job and takes the time to make sure you really like your cut. Love her! read more

Shittiest haircut ever!! Side burns gone!! Out of nowhere! The back of my hair looked like roofing shingles wtf! One of my sides line up was round and the other was squared, is that autism or what??? I showed her one picture of Connor mcgregors haircut very short and she left my long and had to tell her 3 times to cut it shorter, idk if she's blind and can't see he picture I showed her or what... pathetic. Dropped in for a cut; the girls were busy but very clear about the wait time (45 mins - 1hr) and I decided to stick around. Both employees were pleasant and professional and everyone coming and going seemed pleased with their experience. About halfway through my cut, a woman barged in and was unbelievably rude to both employees, demanding a correction a month after she'd had her original cut. The girls remained calm, courteous and professional and explained their policy regarding corrections (within a week, etc) and this woman demanded the stylist's license number, threatened legal recourse and a bad Yelp review. I actually created an account tonight for the sole purpose of explaining the other side to her story. She stomped through the shop like she owned the place, demanded a correction but refused to pay for it, bullied her way into some information and stormed out. The other customers, myself and the girls were just dumbstruck over this horrid woman and her mannerisms but again, the employees both remained professional the entire time. I will definitely be back. The quality of my cut amidst all of that chaos was outstanding. read more

I would definitely recommend this place. I am normally not in this area, however I had to get my car serviced and my bf needed to get a hair cut. After looking at the reviews, we decided to give it a try. Gabby was an awesome hairstylist. Went in and waited about an hour, which wasn't really a problem she told me when I first came in and I agreed to it. I wanted to get hair hair cut to my shoulders, she cut it to my chin. I told her I just wanted to shape my bangs some and she completely butchered the sides of them. I paid $19 to look like a rejected Beatles band member. Will not be coming back. read more

I went to Super Cuts Salon this past Saturday afternoon to get my eyebrows waxed. It was my first visit and will be my LAST. I never do business with such general boutiques in the first place and this is why. When I went in to the salon I already had a BAD vibe and shouldve went with my gut feeling but instead I stayed. The girls looked fresh out of cosmo school and they didnt appear like they knew what they were doing just from watching them cut hair in the waiting room. I got my eyebrows waxed from some really nice gal and when she finished they looked really good. I usually always get red and sometimes I even bruise after a fresh wax but this time was different. The whole day underneath my eyebrow line was extremely red and began welting up. Then the next morning i was sadden to see that what i thought was only going to be a bruise actually was a scar... I still have the mark and even though its beginning to peal the mark will still probably be there. I will never visit super cuts again or wax my eyebrows again after havign this traumatic experience.. I will just stick to threading :) read more

FYI, $16.00 for a 3 minute haircut that is uneven is a rip off. On top of that I left a undeserved $5.00 tip. I went in asked the girl to leave it a little long in the back. She took her electric shear and cut my hair way to short. On top of that the sides were uneven. While I was sitting there another man came in and one of the other girls was going to wait on him when the Bimbo who was cutting mine yelled out "thats mine, I got him". It was at that point she went into fast mode and go me out of there quick. avoid the girl with blond streaks. Super cuts has a time limit on their girls but 4 minutes with no scissors? Terrible service. Got a half ass attempt at a haircut and the girl had a whole load of attitude the entire time. She tried to leave one side longer than the other and completely ruined the back of my boyfriends head. I highly recommend not coming here even if you're desperate. Unless you like girls who are the epiphany of a see you next Tuesday. read more

I'm a creature of habit. I've always gone to here to get my hair cut once a month every month for the past 4 years and every 3 months before that. I've noticed over the past 7 months that their prices keep on going up and the quality of my hair cuts have gone down. Always someone I've never seen before in there. But I give them 3 stars for the one familiar face that always does an awesome job. I've lived in the area for a long time and I think it's time to find somewhere cheaper and better. read more

It was my first time going to get a hair cut here an the did freaken worst job ever on my hair seriously my hair is completely uneven an everything is a mess I have to wear a beanie for my hair to regrow to get the hair style I want. Jenna did an absolutely horrible job, 10/10 would recommend to get literally anyone else. Or even cut your own hair. She spent basically the entire time just looking at these two kids. Pay attention to what you are doing! Couldn't handle even the most simple things I asked her for. I definitely won't be returning, and should you choose to come to this location don't get Jenna. She's clearly doesn't care about her health (so fat) so don't expect her to care about your hair. read more

I have been to this location 5-6 times and have also been to a few of the other locations in Sacramento. I have never had to wait long and the stylists are friendly and know what they are doing. There is nothing worse than a bad haircut and so far all has been good! read more

Went in for a bang trim, the dark haired girl (i think her name was Evon) took a pair of scissors and just cut (my bangs) straight across my forehead, i could have done that myself, in fact, i have done that myself and done a way better job at it. I have never had a stylist do this before, they usually pull the bangs up and out and then clip. Now my bangs are so short (i cant even go anywhere else to have them fixed) and they don't fall right, they flip up. Also asked her to take 1 inch off the length in back, and 2 (close to 3) inches was taken off. If you really care about how your hair looks, and falls, don't go here. I have gone to this establishment for the past year. About every two months I get my haircut and have become a "regular" with Gabby. She has done a fantastic job, has a polite way about her and engages her clients while they are with her. If they are quiet she continues professionally about her business in a polite manner and does a great job! As far as I can tell each of the gals there show a lot of care and concern for their clients and seem to take the time to do a fine job. If your child with special needs has a hard time with haircuts, I highly recommend Raquel !! Our 6 yr old son with Autism cries and screams and would not even sit in the chair at first, but Raquel is so patient and sweet. She's been cutting his hair for a while now and today was the first time he sat alone in the chair with out having us restrain him. She was even able to do an awesome style that we picked out! All the stylists there were so proud and cheering for him! Our family is so happy with the level of service we get, and the with the understanding and patience the staff shows us.
