She helped advise me on what services I needed (I came in with flat, dull orange hair and are restored it to a shiny dimensional dark brunette by pulling down my natural color through it, toning away the orange, and giving me a glossing treatment). It was only 165 for a full complex dye, a gloss, and a trim. The location is a bit hard to find and looks like it might be sketchy but once you go inside it is very trendy and well kept.

Sat and received the haircut and beard trim. Then I went to pay the person who actually did the cut. She says now the fee is $6.99 for the haircut and beard trim is $5.00 or $11.99 total. I present the coupon for $4.99 haircut. She runs it ,say no good, it is $11.99. I decide it is not worth a confrontation and actually pay $15.00 (with tip). Now having slept on it I am annoyed, No, it is not the crime of the century but I must say it was a dishonest and deceitful "bait and switch". I share this only warn "Buyer Beware".

I liked the website and they had an online check-in that gave an estimated wait time. They also gave the option of having a text sent when your appointment is 15 minutes out. Trying a new hairstylist, especially one that has not been recommended by someone I know, is always a roll of the dice. Thankfully, the young lady that I saw (Sierra) was great! The shop appears to be very organized, clean, and it's in a great location. The check-in app was on target. The 15 minute text allowed me to gauge my time. The prices are very reasonable. I walked away with a haircut that I'm very pleased with and I do believe I have found my new hairstylist.

I move around to different cities as part of my job & I make it a priority to come back to Clemson so Sheila can do my hair! I've had others do it, but not like her. She's make sure I am happy with my cut not just when I leave, but also days later as I am getting used to it. I have very curly hair that can be hard to cut and she does a great job, and her cuts are very reasonably priced. Sheila makes me feel comfortable and welcome from the minute I walk through the door to the minute I leave. I always look forward to my appointments!
