If I could give this a negative five, I would. The woman who cut my hair was just FINE. IN the three years I've been coming here I ALWAYS DRY MY OWN HAIR. She had no issue with that. But the beanie wearing guy decided to scold a 70 year old adult customer- not a good idea. Note to MORON: YOU DO NOT PICK A FIGHT WITH THE CUSTOMER. YOU DO NOT PICK A FIGHT WITH THE CUSTOMER. Oh, and just for one more for a three peat? YOU DO NOT PICK A FIGHT WITH THE CUSTOMER, GET IN HER FACE, GET AGGRESSIVE WHEN SHE'S TRYING TO CHECK OUT, CONTINUE TO ARGUE AND MAKE AN ASS OF YOURSELF. You could have been an adult and walked away, instead you had to hover over the counter like you're threatening the customer when she asked you to walk away and get this over with. I will never return to this store, to which I have been happily loyal for three years, and I strongly advise that if you don't want to be bullied by the help- I'd find another place to get a haircut. Need more customers service. Not have to wait 45 minutes when you check in on line. You need to be able to understand the hairdresser.

Milena has cut my hair on 2 occasions and she is excellent! She listens and has recommendations and is a great stylist.

Horrible attitude to customers. I came in with my child, they lost my reservation took another reservation that was after my time slot before me and wouldn't tell me what the wait would be. We left before my child's hair cut because of her rudeness not only to me but to the other customers who had reservations. Never take kids here especially the current blond staff person is horrible. read more

It just makes me sad when, as a customer, I'm as respectful and polite as can be, but the stylist (in this case Michelle) is as rude and unprofessional as can be. The bad haircut is to be expected sometimes when you go to Supercuts, but getting a bad haircut and being treated with disrespect just makes me sad. read more

The person who cut my hair yesterday had a client just before me. She didn't sweep up any of his hair or clean off the chair or any of her tools. When she called me over I said "oh there's still hair on the chair" and she just looked at me. So I wiped it away myself, after walking through a pile of someone else's hair. I regret not walking out at that point. The haircut was extremely rushed, and when she got to my fringe, she didn't even try to section it off. I saw multiple pieces sliced off that weren't fringe, long hair no one wanted cut, just gone. If ya'll don't have time to follow basic procedures and focus on a client, why don't you just say so? read more

This was quite awhile ago but i was questioned about the scars on my head. Which is a very sensitive topic for me. When i didnt reply, i was asked if i was purposefully cutting my head. I said no actually i went flying into a windshield at 80 mph, obviously not wanting to talk about it. The hairdresser continued to ask questions about it. Asking who was driving, i said "can we change the subject?" Sternly. She said "yes but you dont have to give me attitude." -i almost lost it. I would not recommend this shop. The hair stylist Kara and one other person were working. No clients but me. I told Kara I just needed reshaping as I was growing my hair back out. She cut 1 inch off the back, trimmed my bangs, and shaved the back of my neck. Then she took 3 whacks at the back of my hair "for texture" and didn't blend the sides to the back at all. I was out of her chair in less than 3 minutes and $20 less in my wallet I mentioned that I'd just moved here from out of state and her response was "you're the reason my rent keeps going up!". I'm visiting from California and once I landed in the land of the Ducks I realized my hair looked WRONG. I googled the closest place and sat down at a chair in this shop. Usually I have no expectations for chain salons like this one, but this one was unexpectedly great. I waited a few minutes to be helped - nothing out of the ordinary - and was met by a very eccentric, talented, and honest stylist. I kick myself for not getting her name, but I know she is the manager of the salon. I sat down, she asked me what I wanted, and immediately got to work. Her work is quick and precise, and her conversation is honest and refreshing. I always ask for a high, square fade and usually stylists are hesitant but she knew exactly what she was doing. Following the cut I requested a wash and she noticed that I have some irritation behind my ears. She asked what it was from, I told her, and she gave me a laundry list of suggestions to rid of the irritation - one of them worked. In all she is a rock star and if I lived in Duckland I would be a regular at her station. read more

Hadn't had a haircut in a few years.....went in to get a shorter cut. What I got was a chop job; I'm still cutting chunks out of my hair, in an effort to clean it up, 3 weeks later. SIMPLY THE WORST HAIRCUR I'VE HAD, OR SEEN ANYONE HAVE. It's easy to make it look good when it's wetted down with a handful of goop in it. However, not how I wear it and not how I asked it to be cut. I really like this Supercuts! I walked in probably 6 months ago, got a great fresh cut and been going back to see Sheena ever since! I used to go to high dollar salons for a shampoo, cut, blow dry and flat iron, and pay over $50. I now just go to Supercuts, get a cut and dry for less than $20. Plus tip. I can shampoo my own dang hair before I go for free. Glad my high dollar stylist stood me up that day, that's how I ended up at Supercuts. Snooze ya lose, chick. read more

We came in for a quick haircut for my son before school started. The hair cutter was so welcoming and friendly and made my 6 year old feel like a rockstar. She was caring and attentive. Super its was clean and bright. The stations were very spiffy. I like that they just sprayed his hair to get it wet for his cut. We got in right away and she had a nice booster for him to sit on. He enjoyed watching himself in the mirror. We walked away with an adorable haircut and a very happy boy! Thank you Supercuts! We will be back! read more

I was too busy and stressed before vacation to get a haircut. After hiking all morning, we came upon SuperCuts in Eugene while looking for lunch. I want to say how positively wonderful Brittany was in cutting my hair. With very little description, she cut my hair just the way I like it and very quickly. I went in yesterday to get my son's first haircut since today is my son's birthday & the lady ( not sure what her name was ) but me & my husband had to continue to tell her numerous times where to cut & at the end of it all , it looks uneven everywhere & she didnt cut the hair on the back of his head & still she charged us $15.50 & remind you my son is only a year old . $15.50 for an infant & yet used her ass to cut my son's hair definitely would not recommend coming here . read more

Tired of pulling my just past the shoulders hair into a plastic clip during this VERY hot summer, I walked into the Supercuts on Willamette Street this afternoon, and after waiting less than 15 minutes, got a GREAT haircut. I asked for an Elizabeth Warren/Helen Mirren cut - sadly I do not look any more like either of them after the haircut, but Holly gave me a great haircut, and I cannot fault her for not turning me into one of my idols. Closest thing I've ever experienced to a traumatizing haircut since age 3 when I was afraid of clippers. I think I may revert that to that stage... The haircut began by the stylist not having the length of clipper I wanted...bad sign. She proceeded to unevenly buzz my head in a strange circular motion. Did one pass of the top of my head with scissors, never relating one section to another. She was apparently done, when I assumed she was about half way through.... I asked her to even out the back since it was very uneven, to which I was told it was my fault for moving.....perhaps I was squirming out of fear. To end the experience, she didnt brush off the apron, and pulled it off, leaving a giant pile of hair on my legs. read more

I have been a fan of Supercuts for a long time. I know each franchise is different, but I have had a lot of luck with stylists at Supercuts from all different states. This location is no different. My SO and I got haircuts today, and the employees greeted us warmly and took great care of us. My stylist communicated with me so well and checked what I wanted all through the process. When I asked her to adjust what she was doing as she went, she did an excellent job listening. The facility was clean and well maintained. We both got haircuts together for the price of one haircut at a "high-end" salon. Supercuts does a great great job and I will definitely come back here for my next cut! read more

At Supercuts the price is cheaper than other salons but you pretty much get what you pay for. I've had decent haircuts there but I've also had bad ones. I think that if you can find a stylist there who is competent and only see that one person you will probably find this place a steal. But if you favor consistent quality, look elsewhere. read more
