We travel fulltime in our motorhome and Supercuts is one of the chains I look for to get a haircut/trim. More often than not, I don't leave with the best haircut, but usually ok. The stylist at this Supercuts heard what I said, and trimmed it up better than I hoped for. Wish they were all this good! read more

This was my first experience at a Supercuts and there will not be another. I wasted some time signing up on their website the get a coupon that wound up only being $2. But the kicker was the manager would not honer coupons off their app unless I go home and print it out and drive back. She said this happens all the time and it's up to the franchisee to accept or not and they choose not to. There were many option she had to take a couple dollars off but she did not care. So, I paid the extra $2 because it wasn't worth the hassle but I never use Supercuts. read more

It is difficult to believe the negative reviews. I go there because of the first trip. Taylor was my stylist and asked how I would like my hair, I told her and when she finished it was exactly like I wanted. I brought alot of photos with me, because it was a drastic haircut. The lady who did my hair looked at one, refused to listen to me, had me crying by the time she was done. She spent all of 15 minutes going from long hair to a pixie cut. I kept asking her to do what I wanted, but she said it was a drastic haircut so she wouldnt. I don't have the money to get someone else to fix it. When she saw me crying, she said it was my fault for not telling her exactly what I wanted, despite me telling her at least 4 or 5 times. It was just like any other hair salon, very professional. My husband and I both went there last week to get our hair cut . We both have long hair. There were 2 new beauticians that I had not seen before. Both were courteous and friendly. They both cut our hair exactly as requested. The young lady who cut my husbands hair was the perfect beautician for him as she took her time and was very patient with him and talked with him a lot as he enjoys talking to people. The lady who cut my hair was also very professional and friendly and did an excellent job. We both got the senior price for our haircut which was very important to us. read more

I have been crying for days now. Went for a haircut on 5/8/2019 as my regular beautician was booked due to Mother's Day Holiday. Told the beautician at Supercuts what I wanted and she proceeded to bring out the "buzz clippers". TWICE I questioned her and hold her my beautician never used the clippers on my hair. Before I realized it, she had buzzed cut the back of my hair so short it was unrepairable at that point. I started crying and showed her my facebook picture of what my hair is suppose to look like as I hot curl my hair. There was no fixing or repairing anything afterwards as I had no hair to work with. I have NEVER wore my hair this short in my life. Refused to allow her to continue on with the cut. Went to several other beauty shops to try and have repaired but no openings. Was so embarrassed when I was finally able to see my regular beautician. Had to "fix" my hair and cut it even shorter to blend and repair. Have shorter hair than my husband now. Over a week later and I still cry at times when I see myself in the mirror. I did get some compliments however, from the beautician AT SUPERCUTS - "It's really not that short" and "Really, you don't look like a man". A big THANKS! Will never go to this supercut again as they hire inexperienced individuals with no empathy or care for their clients - just cut hair as fast as you can. FYI - I now avoid going out in public as much as possible, my self esteem is ZERO and I'm still crying over the lost of my hair. read more

I took my son in for a hair cut the other night. My son is only 14 and just wanted a simple haircut. The girl who cut his hair was rolling her eyes at his response to her question about how he wanted it cut then told him if she didn't leave it a little longer then what he wanted, he'd look like dumb and dumber. Even the other guy waiting looked at me with raised eyebrows when that comment was made. Then she snapped at him when he asked her to make sure she would cut his sideburns. My son told me himself that he never wanted to go back there. I didn't even have to make that decision for him! I wish I knew her name and I'd write to the company. We won't ever go back. read more

Hair cut ok. Eyebrows done and this is the 3rd time they pluck skin. 4 scabs to prove it. Stick with the cuts. You get what you pay for.
