I brought a family member here for a last second cut and color before going to a Christmas party. They told her platinum dye was all the rage so she went with it. She said everyone there was chasing and having such a grand time and that it was a really pleasant environment. Her hair was really bright for a few days then called down. She didn't look herself, but that wasn't a bad thing IMO. She didn't feel it was an appropriate color for her age, but I thought it looked great. I went into the store show the style as the photograph of a haircut I wanted that is not what I got what I got is completely horrible. She never asked any questions so I asked her her name. She told me Nicole then I asked her if she needed to see the photo again she said no I got this. I looked at her in the mirror and she was just chopping away at the back. I really thought she knew what she was doing, but when a customer came in, and after I saw how she was cutting the sides by my ears, I was mad. I opened up the photo and I looked at her and I said this is not what I wanted pointing to my head this is what it should've look like you told me you knew how to do it and yet you didn't. My sides are so short and my back is so short. I think it's like an inch if that and around my ears a quarter. I can't do nothing with this haircut. It looks like crap. I don't recommend them the fact that they don't know how to communicate with their client is disgusting. I say run don't go in there cause you'll come out looking like a man instead of a woman. read more

The lady who took our information didn't care to really do our cuts and kicked my 8 year old outside for saying she has lice ( which in fact doesn't ) because I constantly keep up with that for school. Carl cuts my hair. I am fussy with a little to no care haircut. I have thick stubborn hair so it has to be cut right or I am miserable trying to keep it in any style even with lots of product. He cuts my hair so it lays beautifully with little to no product. He is so good that I drive 45 minutes to go to him. I get so many compliments on my hair and have even had another salon owner wanting to know who cut my hair as it lays so beautifully. Brought my 83 year old Mother in law in for a cut. She has a full head of very short hair! 35.00 for cut and blow dry...No problem!!! She goes back in 5 days later for color. She is charged 102.00 for color, wax and eyebrow tint! Too bad this company takes advantage of the elderly! We Will NOT be going back!!! Not worth it! She was originally told the color was 65.00!! STAY AWAY FROM BRANDY! I made an appointment for a root smudge at this salon I don't go to. I had a little red tones in the side I asked if a toner in that area would get it out. Brandy decided to take her own approach. She did not color my roots and bleached my entire head taking out my all my full highlights and dark color. I didn't want a trim but she said whoever did my hair before did a bad job. She must have cut 5 inches off and cut it short on the sides and poofed it out. I had long layers in my hair. I went to back to talk with her and she said out you wanted to grow out your greys so I changed your hair for that. I NEVER ever said I was growing out my greys and asked why I would book my appointment for a root smudge? I feel horrible. read more

Pathetic I just got the worse haircut ever by Brandy. If she would have just quit talking for a second and actually focused on my hair cut. I told her what I wanted and she just gave me trim without thinking . No one I was the place you think she would have taken her time and tried to give me a good trim. Less than a 10 minute cut. It was a 5 minute wait until another stylist walked in for her shift. She got to me right away. She seemed personable, efficient. Trimmed the ends like I asked and did it without wasting time. I had been to a couple of places and either the wait was too long or the staff ignored me and just let me stand there waiting. So I'm very glad I found this place. My hair looks amazing! CiCi is a hair goddess. I brought her a picture of what I was thinking and with her expertise she convinced me of other options that would look better. She really knows her stuff. I went from brunette to ombre blonde and I am in love. You wouldn't even know this exists in this salon. It's in a strip mall and mostly men were coming I and out getting their military hair cuts. I was referred by a co-worker as I'm new to Pensacola. I have come to this location a few times to get my sons hair cut. First time was alright.. not the best service.. second time they really messed up his hair. I'm not a hairstylist and I could have done a much better job. I stopped going to them because of these two incidents. A year had passed and my friend that cuts my sons hair now was out of town. So I decided to try them again since the staff was all completely different. I thought it might be fine. I got his hair cut and it looked nice! The very next day his head was uncontrollably itchy. We had not been any where else other then cuts by us. My kids stay home so they are out of school for the summer. I washed my sons hair but he was still very itchy. I checked his head and nothing a few days after this I found head lice. I thought back to after my son got his hair cut and I remember the comb that was used to cut his hair getting thrown into a drawer. If it didn't get sanitized after his cut, did it get sanitized before his cut? I'm pretty positive that this salon is where he got lice from. What a mess!! I will never return! read more
