I've been coming to this salon for the past two years. Most reviews will mention the quality of their stylist and the relaxing experience, but I want to talk about how lovely the team is when the customer is unsatisfied too. Over the past two, I have tried various haircuts and color options. The ability of the stylist to deliver has made me brave to keep trying multiple cuts and colors. My stylist went above and beyond during my last visit to deliver a unique color and cut. I loved the haircut and didn't like the color on me. After six hours at the salon, I just wanted to leave and sleep on it. Well, after avoiding mirrors for a few days, I called to come back to have the color adjusted. My stylist texted me and offered to correct the color. I came back, and I was in and out within an hour. It has been an overall great experience to go to this salon. My suggestion for any visitor is to review the cost with your stylist. With my first few visit, I was often frustrated that the final price was more than what I booked for, and after a few visits, I learned to book the most expensive services and ask my stylist if the cut/color services would cost more than what was booked.

I showed clear reference photos and explained exactly what I wanted. I also had plenty of length and fullness to achieve the look--I've included photos of how my hair looked straightened before the appointment, which clearly shows the density and length I came in with. What I received was completely different. My hair was cut with extremely short, choppy layers that removed a significant amount of thickness. The ends were over-thinned, leaving my hair looking uneven, shaggy, and nothing like the full, blended look I asked for. It honestly feels like I lost a large portion of my hair. This was not a minor miscommunication--it was a drastic and irreversible change that does not reflect the reference photos I provided or the condition my hair was in before. What's even more concerning is that the stylist acknowledged during the appointment that the result was not what she expected and admitted fault. After spending over three hours in the chair, I left feeling extremely upset and uncomfortable with my appearance. I came in excited and left completely devastated. I had originally planned to return for additional services, but after this experience, I have no confidence in coming back.

I don't need to do them today. I just want to know if you have a manicurist that does Apres. Then he picks up the phone and calls, I guess the manicurist. In what I think is Russian he must have asked her if she does Apres. Who knows!! Did I mention that he told me that if I wanted cheap nails I could go somewhere else?! Conclusion: They do not do Apres. I left. Salon etiquete goes a long way, Sir. I'm new to Fort Lauderdale and I'm looking not just for a manicurist that does regular nails, gel nails and Apres. I'm also looking for a hair salon for styling and coloring ! That is supposed to say See You! In Russian. Just in case Google got it wrong
