I am reviewing this for my wife and my son since they are the ones who got their haircut. They made appointments and they still had to wait about 15-20 minutes. The woman who cut my son's hair was really nice and was patient with him. There were several people who came in while they both were getting their hair cut. These people wanted to be next even though they signed up on the app for a later time. The stylist told them that the time on the app was accurate and that there were a few people ahead of them. One of these individuals said that he would come back at that time; however, the other one stomped out of there and was visibly angry. The stylist said that there was nothing that she could do. She can't take him ahead of others who are ahead of him. She doesn't like telling people "no"; however sometimes she has to because that is what the app is for. Both stylists did a pretty good job although my wife did mention that she was surprised how long it took to cut and blow out her hair. This place is good for basic haircuts although you can't really be in a hurry. Even kids haircuts take some time. read more

Saw Leslie first thing in the morning. Showed her a photo of what I wanted, she said she could do it no problem. She gave me the worst haircut I've ever received. She cut the length too short and gave me uneven sides. Long story short, don't let Leslie cut your hair. read more

Worst haircut experience I have ever had! I came in the morning for a haircut after growing out my hair for 18 months in order to donate it for wigs for children who have lost their hair due to medical issues. I have always had short hair, however, I thought it was a good cause after my wife made a donation herself. I decided that I could suffer through having longer hair than normal to make the donation myself. When I walked in I told the stylist what I was doing and asked if she was able to help me tie up the hair in bundles and cut it off to the required length. Her English wasn't great but she seemed to fully understand what I wanted and said no problem. When I sat down she seemed to have a bit of difficulty and the stylist next to her stopped cutting another client's hair and stepped in to get her a ruler. The other stylist spoke with me for a minute to ask what the requirements were and explained them to my stylist again in Spanish. She tied up the hair on the top of my head into a bundle and proceeded to cut it. When she was done my hair which I asked to leave 2 inches remaining was long enough to reach my nose. The bundle she cut off was barely 8 inches at best when it should have been nearly 12 inches. She tied a small bundle on the right side of my head and cut that one off closer to my scalp than the first to give a longer length to donate. Then she took her scissors and quickly just cut everything else off without even trying to bundle it up for donation. I was in total shock! If she didn't want to help me with the donation or didn't know how, she should have just declined or had me wait for another stylist. I am beyond disappointed that I spent so much time growing my hair out for nothing and more importantly that the charity will have one less donation this year. I purposely left the stylist's name out of this review because I don't want to affect her livelihood. As far as the final haircut she gave, it was fine and if that is all you are going in for you most likely won't have a problem. However, if you plan on donating your hair learn from my mistake and be very careful. read more

Really pissed off!!!! I called at 2:40pm Wednesday to make an appt with Cathy for Friday 10/28. Cathy was not there and the computer will not allow me to book an appt for Friday (only Wed-Thurs). The gal who answered the phone refused to set the appt and told me to call back tomorrow. I will be quite busy tomm and forcing me call back a 2nd time is absolutely insane. Your staff is forcing me to go elsewhere. Called the store when Amit answered and was so rude to me. she hung up after answering one simple question I had about pricing.

i called in advance and specifically asked if they could bleach my bangs. they said yes and to come in any time before closing. when i showed up an hour before closing they had me wait twenty minutes to then tell me that not only was it too late to do it, which is why i asked ahead of time, but that they dont even bleach hair there, and proceeded to act like nobody answered my call. by then it was too late to go somewhere else. i dont recommend these people they gaslight customers and have ghosts taking their calls apparently. read more

AVOID this place, no Kid friendly, very rude staff, after waiting for 40 min with my 2 kids, the lady hairstylist decided to help a customer who just had walked in, saying that he was there before me!! she did NOT tell me that there were expecting a customer, very very rude, and they didn't even care. I am really disappointed..... I am not mad at the salon or the person that took care of me i am just disappointed on how un professional this place it i was taken care of by Margaret i believe her name is and i have light brown hair .... I wanted her to just have my natural hair color show on the roots and have it fade down to a lighter blonde color ... To the point where it matched my blonde extensions.... But she did not do that .. Now it just looks like the hair grew out and my roots are showing Today is july 25th on the begining of the year on january i had dyed my hair with a semi permanent manic panic red which i though completely that was already gone because it did not show on my brown hair so when they asked me i told them i only had some blonde highlights in my hair .... The part where my hair instead of blonde turns red is actually my fault ... But the fact that she kept the bleach on my hair ... Even after she saw the red coming out is what bothers me she let me know red was showing and all i kept telling her was ..... What i was telling her from the beginning was just as long as my hair matches the extensions i am fine with it .... Because the wedding is next week and i paid $600 for my extensions i needed it to work ... After she finished ... I litterally look like a blonde/orange/pink freak with grown out roots .... She kept talking about how that happened before with someone else but the persons hair turned out green ... Because the lady she did it for didnt tell her she had blue in her hair ... They litterally make you sing a sheet of paper before they do anything on your hair for their protection so i really cant do anything ..... She had told me before we started it was going to cost with the haircut and everything $116 before i left she said she was going to give me $20 off since i am unhappy still ended up paying a full $100 read more

For those who know me, I have long hair. My regular hairdresser is now in Aventura and he's pretty pricey- although he's fantastic! Think Adam Sandler in Don't Mess with the Zohan. He makes my hair silky smooth but right now it's not in the budget. I was in dire need for a trim. Like nearly 6 months dire :-( it's been on my mind but one thing or another came up. I looked up cheap haircuts in Plantation and voila! This location appeared. I tried to call to get pricing but their phone was busy. No problem, I drove over since it's 2 minutes away from me. I was greeted by a friendly woman named Betty. She told me a haircut (no wash or blow dry) was $16 bucks! Not even a shampoo??? Geez, we'll good thing my hair was still wet from my shower. She cleaned up her station from her previous client and then sprayed my hair with water because it was starting to dry. She asked what I wanted and I asked her to trim the dead ends. She cut straight across but took her time and kept checking that it was even, which I kind of appreciated since 1. I want it to be even and 2. If I'm paying $16 I want you to pretend that the service takes more than 2 minutes. She then trimmed the sides/front. Gave me a mirror to check her work and cashed me out. I arrived in time because 3 other people walked in after me. I came home and blow dried my own hair. It's much healthier. I'm not sure about "real" haircuts but they did a good job trimming hence the 4 stars. read more
