The salon is always clean, the staff are friendly. I appreciate the fact that I can just drop in and get what I need when my hectic schedule allows. Another fantastic super haircut. This time Sandraya cut my hair. She explained every time what she was doing. I'm going to cut your length, just about an inch. Then she said she was going to cut my layers, then she said she would cut a diamond cut so I can wear my part on the left side or the right side or the middle. She explained everything. Her work is very detailed and she was just as sweet as can be. I've come to this location twice. Had my hair cut done by 2 different ladies, and I've been so pleased both times. If you're worried about Covid at this location. Don't be. Everyone wears a masks. The counters are sanitized. The credit card machine is wiped down, and they hand you (using tongs) a q-tip so you can sign your name on the credit card machine. The chairs are sanitized as well after you leave, before a new guest sits down. The employees also take their temperature and write it down. I feel like they do this several times throughout the day. I walked in for a haircut and was told that there would be a 20 minute wait which turned into over a half hour. Then for my haircut where I asked for just an overall trim took over an hour? Which I do not understand because I didn't even get a shampoo and came in with my hair brushed. All of that wasn't great but it was fine until the stylist gave me a bad haircut. I am very upset and wouldn't recommend the person that cut my hair because they made my bangs uneven when I already had bangs that were even?! Not as in they aren't the same length but they cut a piece of hair that shouldn't have been cut so I have more short hair on one side than the other. This was an awful experience and I feel like my hair is a mess because that's exactly what I didn't want and had specifically said not to do. read more

Made my first appointment with Sandraya at this salon. Showed up at 2:15 for my 2:30 appointment. SHE was a no show. No phone call, no excuse, just wasn't working today even though I spoke to her directly and made the appointment. There was even a piece of paper on her mirror with my appointment written down, name , date, time etc. Very unacceptable. Never again with this salon. read more

I have been going to this place for over 20 years for the same stylist but it has definitely went down hill the last few years. I have stayed even though I've had more than one bad uneven cuts, Sat and watched them take people that came in after me. Today pushed me over the top I made an appointment for Myra but when I got there she informed me she had another customer doing highlights and to come back in 30 minutes. This is Supercuts, so those that are expecting a salon experience are ignorant. That being said 8 out of 10 times aI get the exact cut I am looking for. I wear a flat top, or a high fade which aren't easy for most people to do. Almost all the girls are skilled enough at baboring to make me happy. Everyone always says hello when you come in, and are pleasant. Why my would you spend more to cut your hair? Be cognizant of the time you come in. After 4 on a weekend mean only one person might be on staff. That makes for a long wait, and you can't make a reservation. This knocks you down to 4 stars. read more

Everytime I come in here I get bumped by people who are walking in. Waited 45 minutes got bumped by somebody walking in because they were "one of their usual customers." I decided to never be a customer today. To those who defend this establishment that I have stopped by probably 5 times in the last year every time they seem too busy to cut hair. Traded in my "Big Fancy Salon" ways for more economical... Not disappointed in the least! This is not the 1980's Supercut's salon that your mother forced you to go to! Great hair products are sold, solid hair cuts/styles/colors are happening AND the price is REASONABLE! I happen to use stylist Ana Alvarez and she's great; proficient, friendly, and has multi levels of cutting styles under her belt. I've had my hair, trimmed, highlighted, washed, blown and cut down 3inches...all in the past year. The other stylists in this location are always professional, courteous, skilled and upbeat. Yes, every once in s while your stylist might step away from you to answer a phone or check in the next guest but this is because there is no receptionist. I don't mind because I'm sure THIS is how they keep their costs down. Plus, as a side note, they do not take appointments in advance. So, I always call ahead for Ana (since she's who I use) and ask her hours for the day and if she can accommodate me. It will be at that time she will "book me" a time slot for that day. Pretty clear cut and simple. Every stylist is taking turns doing this and the shared tasks seem to go pretty smoothly. So, not only do I get a "super cut", save money, and pick up needed products ... it's close to home! read more

Great customer service, very welcomed. Nichole is a very talented stylist . Shop is very clean and comfortable we were greeted and felt like they wanted us their. My son had a unique style and it was done perfect and was given great instruction on how to style it himself each day. Offered a variety of products to help him. Ana has been cutting my hair for just over a year now. My hair is cut in a pixie style and nearly every single time I get it cut, that same evening, I receive compliments - typically from complete strangers! A pixie cut is not easy because it's all about the texturizing. Ana is very consistent - even when we occasionally change it up. Prior to Ana, I had been to every high-end, salon in the area. I've had the owners and top stylists cut my hair and although some were good, none could repeat their last cut. Ana has been at this location for eight years. If you call ahead and put your name on the list, you do not have to wait. Call ahead! There's no drama here. Just a great haircut at an unbelievably inexpensive cost. If you've got all day to sit around and need to be pampered, go someplace else. read more

I also don't like going to pricy salons, so I chose Supercuts. It seems, every time I go, they find something else to charge customers. I go with my hair already wet because they charge you for a wash. So I get the cut, I know I will have to pay more for it to be blow dried (I learned that at my last visit when they didn't tell me it was separate and was charged for it). But the kicker this time was I asked for it to be dried, and when she rang me up, there was an additional $12.95 charged for a misc. charge. I asked what it was for, and she told me because she used a BRUSH and not just her hand to dry my hair. I let her know she could have said that before I dried my hair because that is absolutely absurd. Of course after arguing they would not take off that charge, even though they did not notify me ahead of time. So, she did not get a tip and I walked out, never to return again. So to reiterate- the cut was $15.95, blow dry $12.95, misc. for using a brush $12.95. My total came to $41.85. I will be going to the local salon schools to get my hair cut from now on. Between the 2 school I know of, their cuts are between $7 & $9 and they do a wonderful job. read more
