Don't make a 9:00 appointment and expect anyone to be there on time. We specifically picked this location because it offered the 9:00 appointment. When the gal finally showed up, she didn't even apologize. We gave her a few minutes to open up the salon. When we went inside, she asked if we had a reservation. She wasn't ready, so we waited some more. When she was ready, she asked "Are you ready?" Really? We'd been ready since 9:00. It was 9:20 by this time. I sat down and the lady faced me away from the mirror. I asked if she can face me towards the mirror. She wanted to know why. I said I want to watch you cut my hair. She said nobody likes to face the mirror, that's why she's facing me away. I said I would like to face the mirror. She said if I do that then she's gonna be 12 inches further away from her station and the mats are positioned so customers can't watch their hair being cut. Took my dad to get his hair cut and the lady was extremely unprofessional and did a very lazy job on his hair cut. We asked her to fix it and she refused it because "we don't do this here" but other professionals there have done a way better job than this lady did today. I would not recommend this location. The beautician was great and cooperative with my showing a short video of what I wanted to accomplish on my hair. The cost was very affordable although my hair was cut dry with a spray bottle. I did request this on my own choice. It's customary to wash their clients hair. read more

My boyfriend got his haircut there today and he got a new girl he's never got before. Literally worst haircut ever, I don't even think this girl went to school to cut hair I could've done a better job. The sides of his hair are like a harsh line.. no fade or blending. The back of his head he asked for square and it's crooked as hell. I definitely regret paying. We've been going there for about 2 years now but I will happily say we will never go back. I came in here after having an awful experience at Haircuts +, my hair was so uneven and choppy after asking them for an a line. So when I got to Supercuts even though they were busy the girl who greeted me, Rosemary answered all my questions about whether or not my hair could be salvaged without it ending up super short. She explained what the last place did wrong and how it could be fixed. I then waited about 5 mins and had my haircut by Raquel. Again, she was super nice and willing to answer my questions and explain what needed to be done. She took her time and managed to even out my hair while still salvaging most of the length. She didn't give an false promises and said it would take time to get the look I wanted as I had to let some of the bad haircut grow out. She made it look presentable and I felt much better after leaving this salon. I wish I would of came here first!! read more

I came in to this location about an hour and half before closing, I was out on the wait list and greeted by Anna immediately. During the cut, I can say I have never ran into someone who is dedicated to their job like her. It was a great experience overall and she made sure I was happy with my haircut and stayed friendly and attentive throughout the haircut. Also recommended some hair product to me. I haven't been back to this location for years and I finally came back and a couple weeks ago and again today and McKenzie( I apologize if I mispelled your name) cut my hair. I immediately realized after she started that I was in good hands. She is detail oriented and makes great conversation to pass the time. Thank you for the great haircuts McKenzie! Usually not too long of a wait. The girls there are really friendly and get you in and out as quickly as you'd like. The haircuts here are very consistent and they always take time to make sure that you are getting what you would really like. Last time I was there they even let me know that they would put a memo in the system for next time so that they wouldn't always need me to answer how I like my hair. I think this location is in a great spot and the vibe is always mellow and relaxed. PS I LOVE the new complementary hot towels at the end of the hair cut. =] read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My wife and daughter walked in and checked in. They were asked sit in the waiting area and that they will be helped soon. But they sat for 30-40 mins not once were they updated to their wait time, and others were walking straight in and getting cuts immediately. When they asked why they had not been helped yet, they were told (very rudely) that online check ins are helped first. Needless to say that they deserved the finger as we walked out! read more

I always get exactly what I want and come out looking very professional. The stylists are also very clean and make sure to properly sterilize after every haircut. I've been to a lot of Supercuts in different cities, this is by far the best experience that I have had. The ladies are really friendly and engage in conversation. I came here to have my hair trimmed and then just blown out straight. For what I paid: $16 style + $18 cut + $5 wash I could have just gone to an actual stylist. Nothing against these girls but they don't have the tools or the time to deal with actual hair. Mine is long and the poor girl was trying to blow my frizzy waves hair straight with a paddle brush. My hair turned out evenly trimmed and soft, but I wouldn't classify my end result as a "style", but I don't mind paying people for their time and I just ended up finishing it at home. I have (had) very long hair, the second I sat down the stylist told me how much she wanted to "hack it off." & continued to make comments throughout the cut about how much she dislikes long hair. I asked to have 1-2 inches trimmed off of the ends, and my layers refreshed. The woman took off 4 1/2 - 5 inches, and then said "How much was I supposed to cut off again? One inch? I took off way more than that!" while having a good chuckle. Aside from the fact that she completely hacked off a massive amount of my hair, she blunt cut the rest of it. No layering, just giant blunt chunks and a glorious rat tail at the end. I've had bad hair cuts before, but never one as bad at this. If I ever return, it will be to demand my money back. read more

Each time I've come in here I've been impressed with the way I've been greeted and the sign in procedure. The gals always seem concerned about what I want and I've often said "I need a miracle!!" and that's just what I get. I've had excellent service from Synthia as well as few others but my experience today with Jessie was over the top amazing!! Not only did she take the time to listen to what I wanted she presented me with some ides of her own, which showed me she was more interested in taking care of ME than just "giving a hair cut".
