Received a haircut today that was done in less than 5 minutes. I swear she didn't even touch my entire head. She completely disregarded every single thing I said... and that's the thing, if you know you aren't skilled enough to execute a request, you should just admit that. I knew it was a waste to have her "fix" anything considering it was clear she wasn't trained enough to do so... I ran over to Ulta in TEARS, begging someone to salvage my bangs. I get my long, thick hair cut about once a year and seem to gravitate to Super Cuts. Their hip hairdressers here are professional and the price is just right. Only $17 for a cut & $21 with a wash. They always do a fantastic job at this location. I'm surprised because there should be more positive reviews on here since this place stays pretty busy. My cuts have been consistently great when I go. Each stylist I've had has taken the time to discuss my needs and have built a friendly rapport with me before starting to help me decide how much she would cut and I have always left feeling like a brand new person. Overall, terrific location, easy parking, reasonable prices, talented staff, great customer service and clean establishment. It was Friday and I needed a cut before the weekend and didn't want to make an appointment at a smaller shop. I was running around and getting some errands done in the area so I stopped here. This plaza has a Supercuts and a Hair Cuttery within throwing distance of each other. I decided to go with Supercuts since it looked empty from the outside, Hair Cuttery had what seemed to be two customers inside. I walked in and was seated right away. My stylist asked what I wanted and off we went. She was definitely a talker and I wasn't really in the mood. My hair cut came out okay, the fade could have been better but it wasn't worth fixing. I was charged $20 and left a tip. I noticed the sign in the store differed from what their website displayed but I didn't try to dispute it. Overall, I should have probably took my $30 and go to a locally owned shop, or just save the money and had my wife cut it for me. read more

I went into the salon thinking that I would get a little trim and maybe some layers but I ended up with at least 3 inches cut off. The hairdresser was very careless and went straight to cutting without parting my hair, and only focused on one side of my head when they were done I looked in the mirror and it was terrible. I've been trying to grow my hair out for months and she cut it to my neck, and the worse thing is she knew what she did and didn't even tell me. I came in here to get my hair washed and eyebrows waxed. I had knee surgery not long ago and I'm not able to get in my shower; while I have been able to bathe, I can't stand long enough to have someone wash my hair in the sink. I have very thick , coarse hair . I was badly in need of a serious cut . Had about 6 inches of dead unhealthy hair that simply needed to go .... young lady named Michelle came to the rescue . Not only did she clean up my mess , she gave me a fantastic , perfectly shaped haircut . Kudos to Michelle. My hair was cut so unevenly I had to go get it fixed at a different salon. Only wanted a half inch off and ended up having to take off a total of 3 inches to just get it evened out. The girl didn't brush my hair all the way through before cutting it so my scalp was hurting the whole time. I had to wear my hair in a pony before getting it fixed because I was embarrassed. This place may work for some people but I won't be going back there soon. read more

I have been getting a shorter cut for about 4 years now. I had no idea why it never came out like the picture until I ended up here. These women are fabulous!!! Harleigh is my go to girl now for my hair. She did my eyebrows too which came out fantastic!!!! I've never seen the shop dirty or unkempt, shelves are always stocked with product and I've always been greeted when I walk in the door. I think the longest wait I've had was the time it took Harleigh to cut my sons hair. 15 minutes. I moved to the Northside last month and STILL drive to see her. We all have our off days, but I came back before with a complaint and it was handled on the spot. read more

I walked in for a blow dry this morning. After having surgery last week, it's been nearly impossible to wash my hair and so I thought I would pop in for a quick fix. My usual salon is closed on Mondays and I just couldn't wait anymore! Supercuts takes walk ins, and there was no wait. My hair was washed and blow dried well, and the stylist who took care of me was very nice. However, the establishment was dirty. There was dirt on the walls near the baseboards, dirt piled up in the corners, signage was hanging in places they should not be, and there was even some pill on the floor that someone dropped. It was all quite unkept. Whoever cleans there lacks attention to detail (a scary thing to lack when you are in a profession that requires such attention!) I would never get my hair cut here. I paid over 40 bucks for a shampoo and blow dry. This is not my regular salon, and their prices on their board in no way accurately reflected the true pricing. I think the prices you see are their starting points and they add on from there. I have long hair and so I always expect to pay more, but I felt that was a bit much for a salon that is so basic they don't even sweep well. I'm glad I have clean hair now, but next time I will wait for my usual salon to open. read more

Harleigh is the best! I've had some bad experiences. I've been to a lot of places before trying supercuts. My hair is hard to cut and style. She did a great job and the highlights were perfect.
