I don't get haircuts often. I usually let it grow out and sometimes too long, with the longest being two years of not getting it cut even when the length is still past my shoulders. I haven't had any issues with my cuts, and I'm actually here now for my daughter's haircut with Lori. She's super nice! Friendly vibe, with plenty of parking. I wouldn't mind though if the seats in the waiting area were vacuumed now and then, and floors were checked. There's literally a small pile of cut hair right on the floor in front of a chair. Weekly haircut, $25 x 52 weeks.. I recently returned to Supercuts after a year, hoping for a better experience. I had a bad experience in the past so I said I would not return for one year. Unfortunately, I was once again disappointed. It's especially frustrating since Supercuts is conveniently located across the street from my house, and I have to drive past it to visit another haircut place. I made an appointment for 1 PM and decided to kill some time at the grocery store beforehand. When I walked into Supercuts, I decided to ask if they had any openings. The older lady with dark hair gave me an unclear response. I asked again if they accept walk-ins, and she said they do if there's space. She was busy cutting hair, and another girl was hanging out in the back. When I inquired if they had space right then, she mentioned they could take me if they weren't busy. Thankfully, a blonde girl, I think named Alina noticed my frustration and offered to help me. It turned out there was room after all. Alina did an amazing job, and I got the exact haircut I wanted. She didn't speak much, but the haircut was perfect. However, a smile and clear communication from the older, dark haired woman would have made a significant difference. I get my haircut weekly at a nearby place, but this experience has me reconsidering whether I'll return to Supercuts anytime soon. Maybe I'll try again in a year. read more

Please do NOT come to this location. Worst haircut in my life. I showed the pictures of haircut style I want to the hairdresser, asked her to do it longer than the ones in pictures, and I need to be able to tie a ponytail up. Nothing complicated. I ended up with a super short haircut, can't tie a ponytail, and not even in the back. Not once did the hairdresser asked me the feedback or if the length is okay. Paid the full price + 20% tips out of respect to the hairdresser's time, but I do NOT recommend anyone to come to this location. read more

This was the worst haircut I've ever gotten @ Supercuts . The left side is longer than the right, it's just a simple haircut. Will have to elsewhere to get it fixed. We have gone to this location for years, had different stylists cut our hair but there is one person who is always amazing! she never disappoints! Lorri can cut all hair types! My MIL "who has struggled to find a stylist in a different state due to fine hair " has had Lorri cut her hair and walks out with an amazing cut. Show her a picture and She can cut it! If you have fine hair she is your person no harsh layer lines! My daughter and wife just got cuts from her and it looks like they came from a high end salon! The first time I went there, they were not allowed to use the shampoo and conditioner that they sold me the previous time that I was there because they said I might've put something inside of it. They don't know what was in the bottle it was anti-thinning shampoo to make my hair grow back. The second time I went there I had to scheduled an appointment online. They were not allowed to blow dry my hair because they had back-to-back appointments all day. I said, OK I'll get a shampoo. Can you at least get the water out with the blow dryer real fast after I could do it on cold blow dry only. Mine knew I have an appointment at 5 o'clock for a celebration. And I drove 45 minutes to get there And I have short hair and it only takes about 20 minutes to shampoo and blow dry my hair in the first place.. now the first time I went there when I did let her shampoo and blow dry my hair anyways and just said forget it I don't care if you use my shampoo or not she burnt the crap out of my head and put blisters on my head so this time I was not even gonna use that girl in the first place. very unprofessional very rude. I will not go back there like who's gonna put something crazy in their own shampoo and conditioner anyways, that makes no sense to me. Every time I go somewhere I take my shampoo that they sold me and get my hair washed nobody has a problem with it.. if you're going to sell product to somebody, you should not have a problem using that product if they're going to come back for weekly shampoo and blow drys read more

My 1 year old just needed a quick trim. I was told they won't cut her hair if she can't wear a mask. Not only have I never seen a mask small enough to fit a baby, it simply isn't safe to cover the airway of a child so young. Goes against any and every recommendation for masks. I have no problem wearing a mask and having my older children wear masks. But having to mask an infant is ridiculous. If you're looking for a straight and even cut, Gina is NOT your gal. I walked in and asked her to take 3 inches off of my hair, no layers, just straight. I had it parted on the left side (like I always do). She wet my hair in the sink, and took me back to the chair. She cut all around my head and then asked if the length was good. I asked her to take off more because it was evidently not three inches. She became a little irritated and appeared rushed. She was absolutely not gentle, and would push my head down forcefully rather than ask, and would comb/brush my hair aggressively. She finished my haircut, and did not hand me a mirror to look at the back (which has always been common for me to encounter). She also did not ask me where I part my hair normally, as she cut it in the middle, and seeing as cosmetology is not my profession I figured she knew what she was doing and that when I parted it normally, it would look fine. I assumed everything was straight and even, which I suppose was my mistake. I paid, tipped well, and joined my mother for errands. My mother pointed out that there was at least a half inch difference between the left and right side of my head, and that as she cut around, she went up (my mother used to cut hair). Gina left chunks of hair longer than the rest, and basically butchered my hair. I have since gotten it fixed by a different salon, and they were shocked that Gina let me walk out looking like that. If I were her, I would be embarrassed. I know my mom has been to this same place, and had good luck with Sandra. I cannot speak on everyone who cuts hair here, but I can say that I will NEVER recommend Gina to anyone. Update: Gina has since responded to this post marking it as "funny." First time at this location, and let me start of by saying wow this location does not feel like a supercuts, it's new , modern , clean, and feels like an expensive salon. The surrounding shopping center mimics this feeling. I had Ellie cut my hair and I look good. Her attention to details and overall level of service was amazing. She spent the time to understand what I was wanting , she went over the look I was going for and executed the look. Upon arrival, we were refused service saying it is their policy that they can't cut hair if child can't sit up alone or if they cry. My name is Robert, I booked an appointment for a haircut for 1:00 pm on Tuesday, May 28th 2024. After I received my hair cut from Phillip, we walked to the cash register. He asked me my age I told him that I was 72 years old. He called me a liar My date of birth is 03/21/1952 do the math. A senior citizen haircut is supposed to be $19.00. He not only called me a liar about my age. He charged me $29.00 for my haircut, because he didn't believe that I was 72 years old. I am also afflicted with copd and carry a portable oxygen concentrator. I am on oxygen 24/7 due to my illness. I did not appreciate this man calling me a liar. I told him that I would go out to my car and retrieve my wallet with my driver's license to prove my age. He told me that I could not leave the building without first paying the $29.00 for the haircut. I left there very upset and this is not what I would call good customer service. I took my 7 year old son to get a haircut for his birthday. We were assisted by Cyndria. She asked how did I want my son's hair cut. I told her, and she ignored me. I asked her did you hear me? She replied very rudely, I don't want him to look stupid, in front of my son. She became very argumentive and refused service with a bad attitude. I've been living in Vegas for some 20 plus years and I finally found the hairdresser for me. Her name is Venus and she knows how to cut your hair according to your facial structures. I went in and showed her a picture of a really short haircut and she did it like the picture but she left it a little longer than the picture because she said that way if I wanted to I could style it. My hair is natural curly and was really long but now it is really short and I love it. That girl can cut hair. And she is so nice and cares about her customers. Found Ellie through Yelp and decided to take my curly haired babes to see her. She was able to cut both their hair in 30 minutes. Ellie did such a beautiful job! She gave them visible layers and didn't judge mommy's old diy job. She recommended products to help them manage their hair for daily swims. We bought 2 and we will be back to buy more from the Paul Mitchell Curl line because it works amazzzzzzing. So my 10 year old said "Ellie really knows how to work with curly hair! She doesn't tug or hurt when she combs through my hair. She's also really fun to talk to. I like that she taught my how to style my hair." My 6 year old: "can we give her 6 stars? Today was my 1st time here. Its super close to my home which is a mystery why it took me so long to get here. I came in early saturday morning and was immediately greeted by Jordan. I love this place bc it's so close to where I live and very affordable so I've been coming here a couple years now. When I started it was fine. Nothing great but nothing bad and everyone is always nice. I'm female and kind of picky about my haircut sometimes, so I usually request Heida bc I feel like she truly just understands what I'm looking for and always does a great job every time. I always leave happy. I can't really speak for anyone else though. Before I started requesting Heida, it was kind of hit or miss for me to be honest, but that was a long time ago and they seem to have some different staff now. I think a girl named Jo was the other one I liked. Everyone appears to do a good job though from what I see and I would recommend! There used to be long waits sometimes but since they started doing by appointments, I never have a problem so I prefer that. I just love that I can get an affordable, convenient haircut that I'm happy with and not have to go somewhere else and pay out the a$$ for the same thing lol. Sometimes you just need to find the right stylist that's on the same page you are I guess no matter where you go. Over all, nice people and good experiences. You won't know unless you try. Mid length hair cut to a pixie Jordan is very knowledgeable ,has great suggestions, and she listens to her clients .
