The salon was smaller than I expected, but it is well-designed and provides a tranquil atmosphere. Design-wise, they incorporated a natural color palette, which includes an impressive array of indoor plants that adds a lovely zen-like quality to the space. The lighting includes both warm and cool colors to maximize the visibility of the client's hair color by mimicking natural sunlight. As usual, my hair stylist Brooke knocked it out of the park with my hair cut and color refresh. She consistently delivers great results! The other Yelpers who gave the salon low ratings were due to their specific stylist. Brooke is always professional, prompt, and willing to give her clients the best possible outcome. 5 stars for my stylist alone, but the salon is gorgeous and it really enhances the experience. read more

I booked an appointment with Mariah on the website. Luckily I made the appointment on Wednesday night and she had an opening today (Friday). I was going in for a much needed haircut and Mariah was so nice and easy to work with! I had made a mistake on NYE and used a color conditioner that turned my hair a green color and even though I only booked a haircut she was nice enough to put a toner on to fix the nasty green. I don't leave negative reviews for businesses often, as we all know how damaging it can be to their reputation. However, this place is incredibly unprofessional, unwelcoming, and unethical. I often visit NV and thought it'd be a great idea to have a trusted hair salon. Based on the pictures and the excellent social media marketing they upkeep, I didn't think twice before my booking of toning my highlights to compliment my darker roots, a keratin treatment, and a trim. The salon is absolutely beautiful and very clean-absolutely beautiful. If the location matched the service, it would be perfect. Out of the little respect I have left, I won't mention who took "care" of me. This woman was 30 min late to our first in the morning appointment. I submitted pictures of what my hair looked like and what I wanted. I don't speak hair lingo nor processes, that's their job. This "reputable" stylist slapped dark toner on my hair, and my hair is now jet black. Something I never asked for. My hair is so dark that it's purple in the light. My roots aren't even that dark. I am ready for any Morticia Adams castings, if any are around. This lady was rushing and having her assistant Alyssa (who is great, btw) do most of the work for her. I felt like I was under a time watch, she couldn't have cared less that it was too dark and simply said it would lighten after a few washes. Who says that? What kind of stylist allows their customer to leave saying that? Where are my dark highlights like the picture they ask you to submit. Clearly, she didn't even look at it. The keratin treatment was fine, not the worst, not the best. The haircut... That night I had a dinner and one of the guests asked why my hair is UNEVEN. I was so embarrassed. I cannot believe that this lady showed up 30 min late. I stay in Henderson and had no problem being on time for HER. She was rushing because her next client was already there when I was paying. I cannot fathom the fact that this owner allows her customers to leave displeased and then blocked them on social media. Like I would go after her or something. How immature and such a coward act. I do not need to be a social media influencer to get good treatment... so not humble and all an act. I will never come back to this place, but hope that a stylist like Alyssa gets the chance to succeed. She was sweet, eager to learn, and a good personality like hers will take career far. I did not pay for the color, but should receive a refund for the chopped cut and unprofessional experience. Go to a different salon. I started coming to this salon in Spring of 2021. I take my hair very seriously and have no issue splurging. I've seen Marie since day 1 and have loved her up until this point. The cancellation fee applies unless you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment which is reasonable to ensure the stylist still receives some sort of pay for a missed appointment. I have a chaotic lifestyle with three young children and scheduling is hard for me - I have missed three appointments over the course of a year 1. I had Covid 2. Had food poisoning and 3. Babysitter cancelled - sucks but I have paid the cancellation fee with no issue with respect to my stylist. Marie works 1-3 days a week and has a very full schedule. She books out months in advance, if you miss an appointment, it's a long wait to get back in! But I've loved her and her work. I had blonde done which over the last year have spent over $2,000 in cut, color, products, treatment cost + 30% and up tips because I always want to make sure she is taken care of! My schedule sucks. In December I had to miss out on an appointment due to my babysitter cancelling on me. The next available appointment was end of March - with Blonde, that sucks because it's so grown out, it looks kind of trashy BUT no problem, willing to wait since I am committed to my stylist. By the beginning of the month, I received news I would be traveling unexpectedly. I called Wildflower directly to cancel my upcoming appointment. The receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule, and I told her no because I wasn't sure what was happening in my life and didn't want to take a slot I couldn't commit to. Great, I followed the process and for once in my life felt organized enough to have this under control. NOT! Yesterday I receive a confirmation text for my upcoming appointment in two days. What? I cancelled this. I specifically remember calling. I text the business line as nice as possible explaining I did call in to cancel this, I won't be able to make it, please remove it so you don't think I am a no show and please do not charge me. The owner replies that no one remembers speaking to me (of course they don't - they messed up LOL) and the normal policy is that if it's not cancelled in advance, the fee applies. Wait whaaaat? I literally called and did just that! I text back a long reply explaining I can pull my phone record to tell them they date, time and length of call. I thought I did my due diligence in calling the business directly. No response. This morning I texted my stylist directly - letting her know what happened. I expressed that I love and appreciate her work and time but I am very upset with Wild Flower and how this has been handled and will not be returning. She responds in THE COLDEST way saying "my salon didn't say they were charging you, they were just letting you know that's our policy". Followed by and this is why I am VERY upset "I'm sorry you are unable to keep up with your hair". GIRL WHAT! Yes. My schedule sucks. Being a mom of three young children is HARD. I do take my hair very seriously; I want to maintain myself and look good and feel good. I buy every product recommended to me, follow every piece of advice and work the best I can. When I read that, I was almost in tears. Thanks! I DO want to maintain my hair, but I also want to stay with my stylist, when your waitlist is months out - I didn't realize that was ME not taking care of my hair. In a nutshell - this salon is an Instagram worthy hot spot - the salon is beautiful, the stylists are all young, very pretty, tight knit group of girls - it's absolutely easy to feel like you walked into the mean girls table at high school here, whoever stands at the front desk is always catty but I don't care - I loved my stylist and what she did for me. Apparently, it doesn't matter how much you spend - you have to be a social media elite to be valued here - they don't want your money, they want your status otherwise you aren't it. I never received a response from the owner. I was never told, so sorry there must be a miscommunication with the call you made, we appreciate you, we value your business. Not even from my stylist! The owner was a great hair stylist who was so great she branched out with her husband to create a beautiful brand that is amazing and has so much potential. But please - take a business course if you haven't. It doesn't matter how beautiful your salon is, how great it looks on social media - if you lack in customer service and make your clients feel like crap you won't be in a great spot in years to come. I have been going to Kylee since 2017 after a friend recommended her to me. I have followed her when she moved salons and when I moved across town. Kylee is knowledgeable and an expert in her field. She is so talented and I am always confident that I will leave the salon with beautiful hair. Mariah took time throughout the whole experience - from the beginning to talk through what I wanted to the hair wash and massage to the cut to the blowout and styling. And she was so sweet too! Also loved Unite, the hair product line the salon uses. Every product that was used on me works, feels and smells great. And it all has built in thermal and UV protectant and not tested on animals! I've been wanting to reduce my hair for a long time and I finally did at this beautiful salon. The prices are a little confusing on the site but they are under a price increase so it's best to talk directly with a stylist to get an estimate. Mariah Martinez (@mmmmriah) was my stylist and she is amazing. From when I first texted her over the phone, she was super informative and friendly. When I met her, she was even cooler. She's very relaxed and she kicks ass at hair. She brought my hair to the blondest it's ever been and I'm in live with it. I get compliments all the time and I feel like a new person. Throughout the whole process she was informative and she even answered some other questions that I had about my hair and what products to try. Got my hair done at Wildflower tonight and I'm just sooo in love with everything. I have that new hair feeling where once you leave you just want to keep taking pictures of yourself and sharing how pretty you feel :) The moment you walk into Wildflower you feel pretty! There's real plants all around the salon, which I've never seen before at any salon in Vegas. The receptionist Christina was seriously so friendly, she offered me Mothership coffee right away and acknowledged that I was there. Kylee was on time, and not only listened attentively when I said what I wanted to do with my hair, but actually asked questions about my hair history, what product I used, where I want my hair to be and all that. At the end of my cut she even showed me how to style it myself so I can keep it looking pretty at home! She's truly passionate about what she does and it reflects through her work. I was referred to this salon by a coworker who recommended I have Leah color and cut my hair. First impression: The salon is in a great location and the decor and atmosphere was amazing! I love all the live plants! The cute pregnant receptionist was sweet and offered me water or coffee (no wine unfortunately which is what I prefer at a salon because I am a huge lush). Where do I begin. I have been a client there for a few years. My stylist is out for medical reasons so her assistant did my hair. I went in to to get Bella mi extensions put in. She told me to Venmo her the money and she bought the extensions. I never saw them in the package or receipt. When I get to my appointment, she tells me she has wash them. I have never heard of this in the 8 years I've been getting extensions put in. I feel very happy leaving the salon with fresh new hair. Two days after I leave the salon, I wash my hair. As I look down I see my entire tub is black with dye. I am very confused because I didn't dye my hair . I had a root touch up 11 days prior but the amount of dye in the tub was not from the root touch up. Then as I blow dry my hair I notice blonde patches of hair at the root of the extensions. When I go confront my assistant and the owner about, they dismissed me and my daughter,treated us like trash and barely acknowledged what I was saying. Maybe because I'm Hispanic? I don't know . But the owner said she's not responsible for what happens after I leave the salon. So not only did they treat us like crap, they kept my $700 I spent . Look at what they did to me. read more
