I made an appointment several days prior to the day I needed to have this done in order to go on vacation without gray hair. On that day, just 40 minutes before my appointment (it's about a 45 minute drive away), while driving to my appointment, my phone rang and a hair stylist who was not even the one scheduled to do my hair called. She told me they were running "a bit behind ". I assumed she meant about 15 minutes. She then told me it would be an hour later than my appointment! I could NOT do that . I was leaving the next morning and had worked before leaving for this appointment and had not packed and needed some last minute things for my trip. When I informed her I couldn't wait that long and asked why I was just being informed so close to my appointment time, I got no explanation other than "running a bit late". I was then put on hold, she came back and informed me she would "make it work ". I asked how, she replied; " I have my ways". I was so relieved. Then, 5 minutes later, my cell phone went off again and it was the owner, Leslie. She informed me that they could not provide the "quality of service " they usually do, therefore she told me my appointment was cancelled! I told her I needed my hair done for my vacation. She repeated they would not allow me to come in. Completely unprofessional and unreliable! If you need your hair done for any special reason, they cannot be counted on and they make NO APOLOGIES!

She gave me amazing advice and steps on how to start my curly hair journey. She said once a week to provide castor or olive oil to my hair (any brand but make sure it's 100%). The other week to provide protein to my hair (Aphogee) so it won't be so dry and brittle. The other week to use Olaplex so my hair can be strong and shiny. Ever since I followed her weekly treatment plan for my curls they are now full of life and bounce I really can't believe it! Every person who has done my hair color or styling has done a fabulous job, be it Nancy, Stella Ivana, Tara, Donna or Silvia. They are all knowledgable and are good listeners and take care to make sure we are happy with the cut or style. They are really good at what they do. Shannen, the Salon manager and Kayla are always courteous and greet clients with their winning smiles. They have always been very helpful and make the checkout process smooth and effortless. Both Shannen and Kayla complement each other at the front desk and are a great team and make clients feel very valued and comfortable.
