HORRIBLE! I felt DISCRIMINATION at this place. I followed all instructions to check-in online only for them to have me wait close to a full hour and for me to see several customers go ahead of me. Adding insult to injury, the hairstylist I selected (Bridget, acts like the manager) did not seem happy to cut my hair and chose to skip me and cut other people's hair, perhaps because of my race and gender, or maybe the way my hair looks. Bridget then tried to blame me for the hour wait because she indicated that it was my fault and my responsibility to notify her that I checked in with her as my hairstylist. Bad service and attitude. Their computer already processed my check-in when I first arrived (as all customers do) so I did not need to remind Bridget every 5 mins. Bridget then refused to apologize and tried to shame me in front of other customers and an intern. The intern was trying to help but ended up making things worst as I ended up waiting very long and with a bad haircut afterwards from another stylist. I have 2 kids and had to pick them up from school after my haircut. So the hour wait was unacceptable for me because I did not expect to be at Supercuts for so long. Oh my God! These girls are awesome!! They make you feel so comfortable there. I have found my forever salon! I've sat and watched them with their clients, but you can tell that Bridget, Kate, Alyssa and Ciara treat everyone as a friend. Girls, you are all amazing! Thank you for being awesome and going the extra mile to make sure everything is done right during these hard times.. Supercuts facility looks nice, and it's easy to get in if your coming off the interstate. Not so much if your coming from the McDonalds\Moto Mart side. There is a small "L" shaped waiting area, but they have wifi which is nice if there is a long wait. You can request who cuts your hair on their online app, but I'd recommend you request a person 30 minutes before you intend to get there, and be aware of shift changes as that person might not be there if you take your time (it happens lol). Price is on par with other similar style chain haircut areas, so I was expecting the same quality and service. As with any service industry job tipping is an integral part of the employee income (I make it a habit to tip well above and beyond if the service is truly deserving). Sometimes they have coupons or sales on Facebook. They have a military, firefighter, and police discount. But, this place has one of the best kept secret in the area, a quality hair cutter...er...stylist\barber, and I'm exposing it. I've had my share of "jacked" up haircuts in various places and now that I've found someone to cut my hair the way I want it is a huge relief. I get my hair cut every other week by only one stylist, Mariana. My family also gets their haircut with her. She has the most outstanding customer service I've seen anywhere, managed my expectation and the haircut I want vs. what I can pull off lol, and a lot of life experience outside of the Midwest. Makes for good topics of conversation. Greeted with a smile and always an excellent haircut. I would recommend you go there, but might want to reserve early as when I go, Mariana usually has a large wait from other people wanting to get their haircut from her. read more

The employee was rude. They didn't do what I wanted. I wanted a 3 on the sides and they shaved gave me a 3 on the top. Apparently they do not understand clear communication and now I have to wait months for my hair to grow back. She did not seem to care at all about her job or my satisfaction. I'm new to the area and have not had the opportunity to find a salon/stylist. I'm African American growing out a short pixie cut. My hair is thick and I needed the back of my hair tapered. I called prior to my visit to inquire about their experience with ethnic hair, and was told they were able to accommodate me. I arrived and had the pleasure of meeting Tiffany. We did a quick consultation, in addition to me showing her a picture of what I was looking for. I was highly satisfied with my cut and would definitely recommend her! She did a great job! read more

My son and I recently switched to supercuts and are extremely satisfied. My son being a 12 year old boy is obsessed with his hair and said "we should start going there dad". Kaitlyn was our stylist and she did an excellent job, she's friendly and actually has a conversation with you. This is our spot for haircuts! read more
