Well I booked an appointment on Monday with Laura and specifically asked if she colored natural hair. According to Laura she does so upon my arrival I spoke with Danny to get checked in and to my surprise I'm met with I discontentment and an excuse of I didn't know you wanted me to do your hair and I have an appointment in 30 minutes and leave by 6pm. Disregarding that I spoke with her and booked her the day before. I see in Orland Park African Americans aren't welcomed at this "Super Cuts". read more

My mom came in asking for a minimal clean up/trim for her hair today (who has a bob) and came home very disappointed in the way the worker had shaved her sideburn hairs so up high without asking, now she is going to try and fix it herself at home since it is something that cant be undone. Went in for a trim of my hair and a clean up on my beard. Left with 1/2 inch off my hair and a chin strap beard! The lady was nice but not the best at hair and beard. Now I have to wear a hat til my hair grows and a goatee because she killed the shape of my beard. read more

I had gone in a couple weeks ago for a short angled bob, even bringing in several pictures to show the stylist. I showed Kristin the cut she stated she's done this several times and said she would cut the hair to have a few layers. After leaving it looked great from the front however the back of my head had several layers and had a very blunt line 2 inches above the shortest length. I don't know how someone thinks this looks good. I left and had gone back a few days later to have it fixed. I saw another employee at the same location who tried to even out the layer that she had messed up and even this stylist was confused and seemed irritated that kristin did this. I have been going to this location for almost 10 years now. Justine did my first haircut when I first went here and she still continues to cut my hair. Everyone is very friendly here and I've never had any issues. The stores is always clean as well. I used to go to Mario Tricoci for years and sometimes was not happy with how my stylist cut my hair and of course paid a lot more for not being happy many times. I've been going here about 2 years when I'm in the area, and bring my kids too. I've always had a good hair experience here, I especially like working with Nicole. Even in her absence, the other girls have done a decent job. The only thing I would change is what some of the stylists discuss with their clients. Called ahead before closing and was greeted with..."We're closed." I corrected the woman and told her I had just called. The other woman came out from the back and huffed and repeated that they were closing. I own a business and if four people walk in to my establishment willing to pay...I do not remind them that my business is closed. Very unprofessional...very rude.
