I've been following Libby's instagram for a while and have been obsessed with the colorful hair looks she's been doing. She really takes the time to listen to what her clients want and explains exactly the process she will be doing. She colors all different types of hair which just tells me what she knows her stuff very well. Highly suggest going to her for all your crazy hair color ideas!!! Casey is the absolute best! My oldest daughter has had two haircuts prior, both of which she has bad experiences and freaked out. She felt very comfortable with Casey and sat so well and didn't cry for once. My youngest daughter had her very first haircut and didn't budge and was so good! Once again, thanks to Casey making her feel so comfortable! I highly recommend Casey for all of my families hair needs! I have been going here for my color for a while now. When Kayla went on maternity leave I went to several other stylists for my color, but it never colored my gray roots. I pointed out to several stylists that I continued to end up with hot roots--two tone hair and asked several times for this to be fixed. Each one of them basically told me my gray was hard to cover. Hello. Gray typically is hard to color, that's why women with gray hair go to a salon to have their hair colored. The last time I was in, they were having a promo, with a discount if you re-booked within 30 days, so I did. Fast forward, I now can't make that appointment so I called tonight to re-schedule. It was like "Who's on First?" I called back and went over all the same information with the next person who answered the phone. At some point, I threw in the towel and hung up and just decided right then to go back to my previous salon. read more

This is a wonderful hair salon! I had my wedding hair done there 12/2011 by Lisa and have been going back ever since! Lisa gets my long thick hair. She is so talented and keeps my hair long and well kept, cuts amazing layers into my hair to help with the thickness and is super sweet. She's very responsive to what you want done to your hair and checks along the way about the length, layers etc. I even took a huge leap to get highlights and she mixed a very natural, subtle color for me that looks great. I have "long" hair and she's very patient putting in all the foils. I can't tell u how many stylists groan when they see all my hair. Lisa just makes my appointment long enough to accommodate doing the job! I can't say enough great things about Lisa and this salon! All of the other stylists are very friendly too and always a pleasant experience here. read more

Before the women worked on my daughter's hair I explicitly asked her if she has experience with curly hair, she said yes..Fast forward we come to the end of the cut, it is uneven and cut too short, I informed her that it was uneven and she proceeds to tell me that my daughter came in there like that...WTH? I was livid, so at that point the manager stepped in and corrected the situation as best as she could without cutting more hair and making it even shorter. Will not go back there again! read more

I've been here twice and both times were terrible. I had the same girl each time. Not sure exactly her name think it starts with a C. She didn't do what I wanted the first time and cut my hair way too short. The second time I went for baylage highlights and she asked me several times if I was sure that's what I wanted to do. Then proceeded to have a low key attitude and just really didn't want to either do my hair or be there so I just left. I ended up going to Lisa Thomas and getting it done cheaper and better. A lot better attitudes at LT too than hair cuttery. All the stylist seemed like they didn't want to be there including the girl I had. read more
